Ulrich Heimberger: Very disapointing and unpolite unfriendly Service to get a simple packing Box from a new TREK bike for transportation of a Mountainbike with the airline. At least I hat to buy an 800 Euro EVO Box. We came from a 500km 17000 m 7 days Trip from Germany to Italy
Matthew Richardson: Very strange experience. First server really helpful and friendly showing me two bike options available and in my size. My partner sat down in the seating area (because I take a long time to make a decesion). Second server asked what we were doing or whether we needed help. I said no, as I was thinking between the two bikes. He then proceeded to inform us that we couldn't stay in the shop. Due to covid. Apparently we were not allowed to sit, even though there were no notices or markings to say the area was off-limits. It was very bizarre especially as all restrictions have been lifted in shops . . . But it's apparently their preference. Which is fine. Just make it clear and ensure your standard is maintained throughout because the first server was not wearing a mask. I would not go back there.

Douglas Wertz: I visited Milano Cycle Shop to find their selection of Assos clothing and I was not disappointed. The selection was well rounded complemented by other high quality brands. The service was complete, knowledgeable and friendly. They spent over an hour with me with no pressure to hurry along. Even received a couple complementary items upon checkout. Highly recommended! From the looks of the mechanics area, I would judge that their mechanical service is excellent as well.
Pete Butler: I had a fabulous experience with Milano Cycling when I traveled from the U.S. for a race. Upon arrival, I realized the front brake on my Madone was damaged during transport. I was troubled, because I knew I needed a complete replacement. I went to the shop, speaking English, struggling badly with communications. The team (Fabio and Robbie) was patient, kind and helpful. I felt like a priority, and was treated like family, even though I was babbling like a confused American. They had all the parts on site, and sent me a message when the work was completed. I also bought a shop jerseys I can tell my friends in America about my new friends in Milan, Italy. Thank you for making my trip to Italy a wonderful experience.

Paolo Amodeo: I discovered Ciclicoss while I was looking for a solution for my over saddle. Among the partners suggested by SMP saddles, they are the only ones in Milan to have the saddles on trial available and to offer a 360-degree service for its choice, measurement, installation, etc. I went to them and explained my problem, they did their utmost with patience and competence. They took my measurements and selected the model that could be suitable for me. They mounted it and put me in the saddle by adjusting the position of the saddle and mine, effectively solving the problems I was complaining about. I can only be happy with the work of Massimo and Claudio. Trust this shop, you will not regret it.

Francesco Siddi: Bring two bikes on February 13th: one returned on February 19th with a phone call asking to collect it immediately to free up space, (favor done immediately and also arranged with material bought by them previously). Damiano: Bad experience, 20 minutes in a row to be cleared in 2 minutes, they don't even seem to want to sell bikes. Lukas Zeevo: I took my bike to replace the inner tube. While I was waiting, I asked for information on bikes and seat covers for sale, they replied in monosyllables. They seemed to be doing me in favor of replacing the tire. They did not want me to pay with an ATM despite having the pos working and I was forced to go and withdraw. They left the wheel fixed on the ground without mounting it on the bike. I had to insist on having it mounted. They will be professional but also very rude and not very helpful. I will not go there again.

Richard Bao: Honestly, this has been my best shopping experience EVER in Italy. The gentleman who helped me speaks excellent English. He was extremely patient in answering all my questions. I had my previous bike (from a different shop, not so great of an experience) stolen just the day before so I stopped by Rossignoli in a rush to get a new one. They had so many beautiful bikes that are quintessentially Milanese. I can't be happier with my purchase. Make sure you buy at least two locks just to avoid having your beautiful Rossignoli stolen.

Nicolas Breuillé: I rented a sport bicycle on Saturday night to ride on Sunday and I received a full carbon Cinelli. It cost me only 45€ and people there were very kind and helpful (they change the pedal, adapt the bike size, advise about interesting roads and provide free helmet). I highly recommend this shop.

Brock Young: We are two Canadians who just moved to Milan for work. We weren't sure how to get bikes, but Milan is such a bike-friendly place that we knew we wanted some fast! There's Italian Kijiji, and a similar app called Subito we tried, along with Facebook marketplace. In the end, a few people pointed us to Rossignoli. We ended up with two great used bikes, all tuned up and ready to explore Milan with, at a good price. Our rep was named Roberto, and he was awesome at setting us up. I'd highly recommend Rossignoli to anyone in a similar situation. Make sure you buy or bring a good lock!

I took it in September and since then I do 300 km a week (2019) the bike is raining or not raining every morning you go .. .or made only adjustments ... and changed puncture-proof tires ... also used it on Sundays for two outings ... long ... Lainate ..morimondo ... and lainate varese ... both on white roads ... that normal roads respond well ..... long live the Made in Italy ..and not the Cinesate ......

Arnaldo Farias: Good service, low price (14 euros), but a very poor quality bike, with old and outdated components. He compromised the tour of Milan, because the bike didn't work.
Amir Plez: Bad service! I changed the inner tube 4 times at the shop and it got punctured after a very short time; moreover, every time I brought him the bike for a specific problem, in addition to solving the problem, at the end of the work, at the time of delivery, he said that he had made further changes to other parts of the bike according to him "failures" and in the receipt he also added these works without warning; not to mention the sky-high prices! On the fifth time I got a puncture, I was told that the problem could be the wheel of the bike, offering me anti-puncture tires for 40 euros each.
Tamagno Ricardo: In 3 months they changed my rear tube 4 times, each time punctured after a little ... and then after the 5th time tell me "ah maybe there may be a problem with the tire"! Offering me as an offer to do my job without making me pay the labor, but still making me pay for a new inner tube and a new tire !! Not recommended

Sonny Crockett: Since the legendary Masi business has been continued by Simone d´Urbino, everything is a mess. I have been waiting for my frameset for 1 1/4 years now and almost nothing happens. Except: Mr Urbino answers from time to time and makes false promises about the working progress. Means that answers can take months if they come, but almost all answers remain unanswered. This is the best example how excellent craftsmanship meets personal and communicational incompetence. It is really disgusting, rather leave your money to one of the numerous other excellent and helpful framebuilding artisans out there. I am not the only one who is being fooled by this guy. Never again!
Brian N: Charmingly basic workshop with a massive historical impact to bicycle racing. Very nice traditional road bicycles in steel and aluminum.
Stefania Rubini: At Masi you can breathe true cycling, the one raced with impeccable, quality and long-lasting bikes. The entrance to the workshop is very inspiring, with vintage magazines, paintings of great runners, tools, easels and Campagnolo pieces. A place that puts you at peace with yourself where time stops. When you consider the work behind the construction of a frame, the prices are extremely adequate.
Paolozang: Top ... kindness, competence and history ... family environment that deserves respect .. I brought my Masi to bring it back to its original ... I had impeccable service .. they changed the components, all original and from the time to a surprising price... thank you!

Arnaud BOURGEOIS: Reactivity on the exchanges by mail. The bike arrived very well packaged. (Good follow-up on the shipment via DHL), and was consistent with the photos (very good general condition for the occasion) It had been very well cleaned with Kosher so be careful, I needed to put some grease on all the mechanical parts (it hadn't been done). Otherwise there was a small problem of a non-compliant part. Anna from the online help service quickly solved the problem and sent the replacement part. I thank Anna and Bike room for this distance sale!

Upcycle Bike Cafè: what do users think?
Mete Bilgiç: I have been there 7 years ago for the first time. From the first time until today, it has been one of my favorite coffeeshop in Milan. You can work with your computer except Sunday (if I am not wrong). You can fix your bike by using sometools for free, there are some tools in the shop. The personnel is very kind. I love Upcycle!
Oguzhan Kocabas: We a small group stopped for a short coffee break, the place looks like a university cafeteria. We ordered various coffees and croissants but not all of them were that good and tasty.
Albert Kołodziejczyk: Really nice place for studying and for coffee, and I love the bike themed design. But please be aware that the coworking times are limited. You’re allowed to work on your laptop before 12 and then between 15 and 18
Débora Pessanha: Good food, cute atmosphere. But considering I was also looking for a place to work with a friend we were a bit disappointed. We got there at lunch time and only after finishing lunch, asking if we could get the Wi-Fi and then starting to work we were approached but the staff to say that we couldn't work there until after 3pm 🤷🏽♀️ We understand that every place works differently but that information could be displayed or if it is displayed, could be in a more visible way.
Roberto Chiaveri: I thought Upcycle was just a great stop for a quick snack, but I recently discovered that's great for lunch (or brunch!). Healthy cousine, a lot vegan choices and the staff is very nice and welcoming. The place is warm, casual and expecially good for groups with kids! Update: word of this place must be spreading soon! The place is quite full at lunch hours, but service is still quick and qualiity of the food is still top notch! Highly recommended if you like an international, friendly place to eat, chill or do some work with a warm cup of beverage or healthy smoothie!
Natasa Popovic: My favorite place to study and drink coffee (it is possible to come to study between 15h and 18h). Brownie and cheesecake in this place are also great!
Sreenjoy Chatterjee: Quite a fun place! Lots of good food options, coffee is great and tables to work from. Loved it, will definitely be back!
ceren yaman: I went there to study, however we couldn’t stay long since they informed us during lunch time tables were taken. There were some left, but we decided to go away. The idea is good, decoration with bicycles is “interessante”. It was quite crowded, there weren’t a lot of space given indeed. I’d not prefer going again considering also the location.
Paolo Bettoni: Could be a nice place but you can’t use the laptop from 12 to 15 so it’s super bad for working (and that’s kind of what is famous for)
Pokol Júlia: A great place for reading or working out. Very tasty coffee and cakes and welcoming service. Absolutely great for a morning or afternoon meeting with friends or colleagues. Better arriving with fully charged computer or extension lead, because there's a limited amount of plugs.

Romeo Olivari: Driven by the positive reviews, I took the electric scooter for a tire change. 5 stars is not much, Mario treats you like a friend and gives you useful advice explaining a lot of interesting things. 40 minute drive one way + 40 return with a smile on your face because you have entrusted the scooter to a special and competent person at a very honest price.

Alessandro Rosa: Due to an accidental fall, the column of my son's scooter broke in 2 places, I started to go around the various shops, centers and scooter sales and assistance sites but as soon as I assessed the damage, everyone agreed, I'm sorry I can't 'is nothing more to do. Desperate I tried to search the internet for the various reviews and I focused on those about Mr. Mario and intrigued I contacted him. Immediately very kind and helpful and knowing that I was calling from Bergamo he asked me to send him the photos in order to avoid an unnecessary journey with the promise that he would try to understand if there was a solution but without guaranteeing me anything. After a few days we agree to meet in person and try to leave it to him but without giving me guarantees given the difficulty in finding the pieces as a hybrid scooter with an unknown brand. After only a few days I receive a message to pass because the scooter was fixed, miraculously Mr. Mario had managed to repair it by making a series of (impossible) modifications by adapting the steering column of another scooter to mine .. A true repair wizard .. Thanks again Mario for his kindness and professionalism. Best wishes Alexander

I paid € 90 for overhaul while in other workshops it is € 80, € 15 for oil and € 30 for labor. DOES 30 € TO CHANGE THE OIL DO NOT SEEM EXAGGERATED? and the revision 90 €. NOT RECOMMENDED !!!!!!! DEAREST AND NOT WORTH IT !!!!!!!
Gianluca Qu: A month ago I took my scooter to them and after I picked it up I heard a strange noise. Who knows what they've done! The fact is that the problem got worse and they asked me an extra € 300 from another much more reliable mechanic. I don't recommend them at all!
Andrea Pignatiello: Very bad experience I strongly advise against bringing any bike to these people .. especially bikes of a certain age but very well maintained I took my Honda for a tire change service and other jobs the price was around € 800 then I asked to restore the rust from the rust. muffler is the price has risen to 1300 € crazy stuff. Despite everything, after telling them that the price was exaggerated, they also gave me back the bike with problems that I didn't have before. I have changed the control unit giving me a control unit of another bike all ruined and modified. I can swear to you that these people steal money and pieces. BE VERY CAREFUL !!!!! Mechanics of this kind would only deserve to fail.
