And for the price I paid, the quantity wasn’t worth it, even for top-notch ingredients as they claim (which I can very well believe). The three “scoops” together were like a single scoop in the ice cream world. As for the staff, I wouldn’t say they were unfriendly to me. But there was something missing from the experience of being served.

Fabien Bourgogne: The best ice cream I ever ate so far! The cone is high quality and there are a lot of ice cream flavours which are really tasty. The way the ice creams are done is impressive and the hot chocolate coming from their own chocolate fountain is amazing. I highly recommend this place to those who loves ice cream… and even to those who don’t like! That is a great opportunity to make peace with ice cream ;)
Ahmed Reda Donia: Venchi is extremely joyful place where you can buy ice cream of unparalleled delicious taste. Also you can found chocolate of various flavors but all tasty. Prices are as reasonable as any other local ice cream shop. Venchi also has multiple branches divided across Milano in a friendly manner wherever you cruise Milano you can find a nearby place even in Malpensa airport.
underwatch: I’m not a big fan of ice cream but I saw a lot of locals are queuing over this place so I decided to try and it was literally one of the best ice cream I ever tried in my life, I cost me 5 eur but it was so so delicious.

Aarna Pandey: Venchi is a must try Gelato in Italy! It is available all over Italy, from Rome, Florence and Milan. Venchi is the home to mouth watering ice cream, they have spectacular flavors with great quality. Some of my families favorites were Pistachio, Cheesecake, and Vannila. But, there are a vary of chocolate options and fruity options. The pricing of Venchi is the same as other smaller shops, ranging between 3.5€ to 3.8€. Venchi also has a great selection of chocolate, that takes up a whole wall of Venchi. This a must try ice cream available when traveling to Italy 🇮🇹 🍨🍦🍫
Frozzard: If you are searching for a unique ice-cream experience, Venchi is the Place to go. Not only is the service personal friendly but also the ice-cream product ways too delicious. The only downside you will witness is the long queue in front of the ice-cream store, I have never seen as many people waiting for ice-cream like here at Venchi in Milano.
Arvind Yerram: Venchi is undoubtedly one of the best shops in Italy for gelatos and there is no better place than Palazzo Lombardia to grab one after a long walk. Varieties here are a lot and is not that costly compared to the locality. I have tried the combo flavor of stracciatella with cremino and I liked it.

John Berger: The Best Gelato in Milano - I love the gelato at Venchi. The flavors are great without that sickening-sweet-after-taste you sometimes get from gelato at other places. It is also amazingly creamy. I usually get a small cup with two flavors, dark chocolate and carmel. As a bonus, Venchi accepts Apple Pay. Godere (Enjoy)!!
Amy Ng: It is a small kiosk in the Milan station. The gelato here is very good! I would rank Venchi 3rd place (1st goes to Grom and 2nd goes to Gelateria La Carraira). They are known for their chocolate so I recommend getting some sort of chocolate flavor. They also offer Italian chocolates for sale which make great souvenirs.

S E: I had such a heart warming experience, of course the Gelato is amazing but the service is very kind and professional, after I was refused to try ice cream from neighbouring shops across the street and was treated rudely, I went to Venchi and asked the lady if I may try ice cream before I buy bcuz I was refused by other shops, she was so kind and made me try and make my own mix I bought chocolate as well and was given a gift to make me smile as it was my last day in Italy and just wanted ice cream thank you Venchi and for your angelic staff

Carolina Carbone: Small stores with American Snacks (sweet and not), with really nice staff It’s quite pricey and you can buy most of the things also from ODStore, but I like the fact I was able to find Vegemite, La Croix, and jerky Can’t accept Amex payments

Esra Adak: I come here all the time. Last week, I celebrated my birthday with the staff Narmin and Antonio. Very kind and good people indeed. The next time I went, I ate a bowl of ice cream with hazelnut and pistachio. There was also the attendant Narmin, who was very friendly and polite. In addition to its delicious ice creams, Venchi has become an attractive place with its nice staff. I am very satisfied and will go again soon.
Vivian Doan: Ylenia was so helpful helping my family and I pick chocolates. She was very patient with us and even offered us to try some before buying. I have been to many Venchi around Italy but this one has the best service! It is also not super crowded as others locations and you won’t feel rush especially if you are overwhelmed with all the offerings and not sure what to get. Thank you Ylenia and the rest of the crew! Come here if you want great chocolates with great service.

Matteo Ceniccola: We chose them for our wedding candy. Despite being in summer and closed for holidays, as soon as they reopened, our order was processed and delivered in a very short time! You can find everything in an industrial format, it is impossible to enter and not buy anything.
