Robert Shipley: Lanna Thai massage was a wonderful experience. We reserved 90 minute Thai massages with 2 lady masseuse. We each had our own room and the massage we received was excellent. We were asked if we preferred strong or relaxed massage and enjoyed the relaxed oil version. Very calm, professional and clean establishment that really cares about your experience.

Marc Jerome: Our family of five stayed three nights at this property. I want to recognize the staff, the service and the facility. The staff was warm and professional all through our stay. The treatment rooms, sauna, steam room and gym were all terrific. They were especially welcome after a cold day of walking the city. Kim, the massage therapist, was excellent. Overall, we enjoyed using the Spa at the Mandarin and would recommend it highly.
Kenya Bonita: As a seasoned patron of many spas, I could not recommend the Spa at Mandarin Oriental Milan enough. After 2 poor experiences elsewhere in Milan, I decided to splurge and come here. It was the best decision ever. Skilled, professional and courteous always. I recommend the Detox and Revive treatment. The manager Virginia went well out of her way to accommodate me. All of the therapists are exceedingly well-trained, but treatments from Jovi were a highlight for me. I have a metastatic recurrence of breast cancer, my body is very damaged from chemotherapy and multiple surgeries. My nervous system is very delicate. I felt such relief coming here. The pool is very tranquil and I really enjoyed the steam room with essential oils. The body products are high quality and aromatherapeutic. The facilities are well-maintained. All of these things are rare to find in Milan, as most places are dungeoness and run-down with linens that smell rancid. Not here. It is worth your patronage!

T S: The spa was excellent and we pretty much had the entire place to ourselves. The private spa suite was lovely as was the tea, fresh fruits and nut which were laid out. I would certainly return, Martina(if I spelt correctly) was excellent throughout and a credit to the Mandarin Oriental Milan, she was exemplar of the standard of the hotel.

Dina Gallo: Maison Thai is wonderful. I’ve booked both the 60 and 90 minute massagio by Ben, and each time she was amazing. She is skilled at massage therapy and stretches your body to work with you. My body felt relaxed and great after. It is a very thorough massage at a great price. I highly recommend and can’t wait to go back the next time I’m in Milano.

This is a quality massage at a very reasonable price.
Nevaeh Kay: Visited Milan for two weeks and needed a good massage after being in the office all day sat at the desk for long hours. They made me feel super comfortable; they’re super sweet and kind in there. I did a 90minute massage and the prices are amazing for what you get. I had another massage for a similar price for 60 minutes and it was terrible, this was exactly what I needed. However, if you’re not a fan of the back cracking at the end, best to mention at the beginning because it may come as a shock. I will definitely go back.

Maggie: Gréât massage thaï traditional style (which is simplisme to deep tissue but with a Thai style of more back cracking and some assistantes stretching at tte end. Very clean and relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. Most speak some basic English but it varies by the person. Had two massage in a week while traveling in Milan due to back pain and it seems different person has a slightly different style. I like Anna’s style the best snd it fits my needs exactly on the level I need (maybe a bit stronger than I am used to at times but very good 👍🏻). Felt so much better the day after! Helped with my upper back and neck tightness. Not the cheapest in town but with high quality and great location. Will be back next time in town. ☺️

Golden Thai has a great deep tissue massage that helps work out the knotts that exercising leaves behind. Facility is pleasant and clean and the staff is courteous as well.

Very minimalistic when it comes to shower gel, hair and bath stuff - one bottle fits it all, but cant say hair agreed to it. I love the hotel, however it is expensive and for such a rate I expect that furnitures are replaced when they look outdated/have scratches. But would always book the hotel again.

Lindsey gumann: My husband and I were staying at the Excelsior Hotel Gallia for our honeymoon and got massages and booked the private spa with a jacuzzi, saunas and showers and it was amazing ! The massages were a great way to relax on a travel heavy trip. They gave us champagne and snacks during our private hour. Definitely an awesome honeymoon activity. Anna, Francesca, Benedetta and Noemi were so nice and made sure we had an amazing experience! Highly recommend a visit if you are staying at the hotel!

Angela: Private spa, massage, aperitif, all at the top and all just for the two of us, with no other people present! The large whirlpool tub is wonderful to say the least. Super relaxing massage that really regenerated us. Environment with attention to every detail, avant-garde, welcoming, clean, quiet. Tasty sandwiches, 8 in total, of 4 different flavors. Very competent, discreet and friendly staff. We will definitely meet again!

He checked to confirm my satisfaction with his pressure and my comfort periodically... I received massage from Giancarlo twice during my extended stay in Milano. The first when I arrived after long flights from USA and the second after travel, dance workshops and a small injury. My body was much happier both times. I highly recommend.
