Kemi: We visited this store when it first opened in 2017 and found the staff very friendly and the range of goods really interested. We bought a number of items to use in our Airbnb in Milan and also to bring home to the UK. A year later we had a problem with a glass pot that we had bought from them and they very kindly changed it for us when we returned to Milan. Excellent service. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

As for the prices, I only say that I went in to buy a kitchen scissors, which elsewhere would have cost me about € 30, I bought it for € 7.90 with a three-year warranty and with more functions incorporated, bottle opener and nutcracker ... DO I NEED TO ADD MORE? No, I would say no.

Silvia Lugani: I waited 15 minutes near the cash register, with my mother, standing, to pay for a product purchased by my mother, 85 years old, disabled, with an evident crutch. When I pointed this out, the response from the 2 sales assistants was that they were making a change, that the customer was before us and that the second till is just a computer. Perhaps the 2 shop assistants do not know that it should have been their responsibility to give priority to the disabled as is the case in all commercial establishments.
Samantha Maria Rizzo: Very well stocked and pretty good prices! The lady who served us was very kind and also gave us advice on how to best keep the pots we bought. I have never been there but I must say that if I still need kitchen items, I would definitely drop by. Also sells hair straighteners, fans etc ...
