Hotel Ornato - MiniHotel Group: what do users think?

Patrick Pennarts: To say its worth its price might be much, because everything is expensive these days, but it was definitely worth a stay. Friendly staff and clean room made our stay a good one. Perfectly located just outside the city center, the tram stops right in front of the hotel and for only €7 you can take the tram all day. The beds were kinda hard but that didn’t bother me as much as my girlfriend. The breakfast was good (they have scrambled eggs, which are my favorite). Overall very pleased

Алексей Степаненко: The hotel is really worth it! We stayed for 1 night and this was one among the cheapest hotels in Milan. Also, we bought the cheapest room for 2 people for 62 euro, we were upgraded for free and got a better room with a hair dryer (in the cheapest room it's not included). Located 2 minutes from the tram stop and 20 minutes by tram from the Duomo cathedral, it's a comfortable place to spend some nights in. The hotel is located in a new building so it's new and clean. The room was fully clean, the stuff was very friendly (and by the way, not only do they speak Italian and English, but they also speak French and Spanish (before us there was a family from Spain and they spoke to a receptionist without any problem). Didn't find any drawbacks, so... my recommendation!

ΠΗΝΕΛΟΠΗ ΠΑΣΤΟΥΡΜΑΤΖΗ: It's a city hotel out of the main city... you have to learn how to transport to the city centre. You can get the bus 42 or the electric train number 4 and then take a map to go to Duomo and the rest of sights. The room of the hotel is spacious but not renovated and not really clean. But you have a decent stay. The staff is friendly and helpful! Cessay from reception is really helpful, always smiling and trying to give you all the information you need! Breakfast was great, not so many healthy choices though... the restaurant needs renovation too...We would stay again if it was not that far from the main city...

Afrodite Sideris: Excellent experience with this hotel! We stayed 4 nights. The room was big and very clean. Breakfast was very - very good! All the staff was super helpful and kind!! The price for the parking is really good! There is also tram in front of the hotel if you want to go to Duomo ect. Extra tip the restaurant " 2 fratelli" only two steps from the entrance of the hotel. Highly recommended! We will return for sure next time we will visit Milano! Thank you very much 💖

rahma musa: Cozy & minimalistic room and toilet were clean smelled good enjoyed our 3 days stay front desk staff are friendly and helpful very close to tram stop . pharmacy , grocery shop and cafe nearby

Bendito: A very good hotel if you on a budget. My son stayed here with his football academy and I visited him daily. The hotel vibe is really great. All the front seat staff that I met were amongst the friendliest I have come across in Italy. They always willing to help. My son enjoyed his stay and I enjoyed visiting him there. It’s a good place. Restaurants are very close by. The bus and tram also very near by. I would recommend this place for budget travellers. It’s worth it.

Christina Dimitrova: A surprisingly good hotel with big and comfortable rooms, well connected to the city centre with convenient public transport. The breakfast was also very good - plenty of options for all tastes, which is not very typical of Italian hotels in general. The staff is efficient and kind. The only minus was the centralised AC, which cannot be controlled from the room, despite the presence of controls on the wall. It was mostly making noise, without being very efficient in cooling the room and it was too hot.

Patricia Keizer: We've stayed with you're hotel for the past 8 years and this was the first year that our stay was disappointing. The room was not the room that we've booked. We've booked a Happy Twin Room, but we got an very empty hotel room next to an emergency exit. The Bathroom was sort off clean, but could be better. We used to get shampoo, conditioner, soap and showercaps but with the new management, we only got soap. I could not turn on the light properly, without the fuse popping out. It was not very safe. And the breakfast; why is it not possible to have some responsible food? Only white bread and croissants. And cake.. but no whole wheat options. And only sweet options to go with the bread, except for a very cheap cheese and ham. There was some fruit, but is was not ripe jet so it could not be eaten. And last but not least.. the coffee. We're in Italy, where coffee is like holy water. But the coffee in the hotel is just very bad. Bitter, tasteless. We've experienced better with Hotel Ornato. In our opinion the change of management was not an improvement.

Věra: We used this hotel during the FORMULA 1 PIRELLI GRAN PREMIO D'ITALIA 2022. It is a "short walk" from the Milano Greco Pirelli train station from where we went to Monza. The hotel is a short walk from the Niguarda Nord tram stop. The hotel is beautiful, clean and the staff is friendly and smiling. A short walk from the hotel is "Ristorante Pizzeria I 2 Fratelli Milano" they make great pizza and have excellent cooking. But there are more restaurants nearby and a LIDL store. I can recommend this hotel.

Dennis Daar: We got a free upgrade that’s why i give 3 instead of 2 stars. The room was specious but nothing special. The older man at the reception is not qualified for the job.We where waiting at his counter to ask something because he was busy with another client. In the meantime another customer comes and stands before us and he wanted to help him before us instead of saying that we was first. The younger guy at the reception though was very nice, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok nothing special either

Milan Suite Hotel: what do users think?

Paul Monaghan: Very nice hotel with lovely friendly staff all trying to make you feel welcome. Rooms were nice and unique and bed very comfy. Breakfast each day was delicious, and a lovely touch from the staff always asking if we’d like cappuccino made in the back. Snacks and tea were also made available in the day, which was also a nice touch. Just a shame the place in not bigger in size to accommodate a bar and restaurant. All in all though a very happy few days for us

Monika Kozar: Overall, hotel was nice and good for the price. Staff was extra friendly, room and bathroom very spacious and modern, and we had a big balcony with a table and chairs. I wish I could give it 5 stars but it definitely needs better cleaning - balcony door was dirty and floors weren't up to standards (we could see it from our feet being dirty after walking on the floor, they definitely need a proper clean)

Minka _: Comfortable beds, a spacious room with a sofa, two desks, a balcony, stocked fridge, plus a safe, microwave and a discreet but well appointed closet. Fabulous! Courteous and helpful staff, and a hot plus continental breakfast which starts early and ends late. Easy access to trams. Loved it.Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 4/5 …More

Lottie Smith: Lovely rooms, very friendly & helpful staff. We wanted to watch the World Cup final and the channel wouldn’t work in our room, after about 15 mins of someone trying and no success they moved us into a different room next door so that we could watch it! They even brought us some complimentary Prosecco & nachos as an apology but we thought WE were the ones being difficult! We were really amazed at how helpful they were.

Igor Rudez: The place is an excellent choice to relax after a busy day. Rooms are spacious and breakfast is delicious. The real downside of the hitel is the location. Situated in the suburbia, it might be a good choice to live, but as a hotel with no caffes or bars or restaurants nearby...hmmmm.Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 2/5 …More

Simona Pucher: I stayed here 4 night 2 night were for 280 and the next to for 780 a night - probably because of the F1 Monza Definitely not worth the money Room was very dark although on the page it looks very bright I had a pile of hair next to the bed…. Somebody was vaccumcleaninf at 22:00 two nights in the row Also parking was not free - 18 euros per day Anyway Room was nice and big but It looked little bit cold - i was missing a rug Slippers was good Big TV Kettle with tea options was amazing Breakfast was fine - but 16 euros per person Also bathroom equipment was good - shower and bathtube The location is little bit far from the city center - underground is far, you can go either by bus or tram To sums this up: It was a nice stay but a little pricey I would probably not choose it again
Response: Dear Mrs Pucher, Thank you very much for your suggestions and for the review. We take into high consideration the comments of our Guests who are a source of continuous improvement for us. We hope to see you soon and to have you again as our Guest at the Milan Suite Hotel. Warm regards The Milan Suite Hotel staff

Sh Mer: From arrival we knew we were going to love it , The decor calming, beautiful & luxurious, The service from Nicolas, Ray & all other staff is excellent, The entrance at the beginning of the hallway to the rooms wowwww , very impressive The rooms are beautiful as well as the garden room all very tastefully done , loved the toilet was separate from the showered area ,

Alex Pecha: Very nice hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are really large and comfortable. Had a few minor issues with the room when we arrived, but the staff were quick to help out and resolve them. Honestly the biggest downside is that the location is outside of Milan by a bit, but otherwise highly recommend.Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 3/5 …More

Linda Luu: Very good service, friendly and reasonable price including breakfast, the bus just outside, the tram just in the corner. first time in Milan and first time stay at Milan Suite Hotel, we were very happy.

Ioannis Konstantinidis: Totally worth stay in Milan. Perfect value for money and even more. Very big rooms, extra clean and the staff was super friendly and polite. Many thanks to Jefferson who made our stay a lot easier. The hotel is at a very nice location providing everything you can ask for and outside of the hotel there is a bus that will take you in 7' at Milan City centre.5

Adam's House: what do users think?

Cris Rocha Alves: The man it was nice to us, and the place it's not bad if you are staying for short timeBut they charge us 3 euros for a special tax, when we arrived.

Die baltische Meeresgöttin: Good experience ! Bathrooms are clean the room as well. The location is good and the personnel is kind and helpful.

Arnaud Chokouadeu Tchuengoue (RabbaRabbi Docta): Affordable housing for city visitors

ebu akgul: Worst than a stable

Milos Kacarevic: Basically, it's perfect.

Fr. Michael Chukwu: Ok place

Pierpaolo Merico: Sugar is mine if you buy it! For a little sugar in the coffee the owner's answer! Sugar that was there available on the cabinet in the corridor with a small oven. Not to mention everything else that cmq already described in the other reviews! A dump! The key to the main door is not left! Can you explain to me how someone enters if there is no one in the hour missing this guy? 🤣🤣🤣 Absurd !!! Anyway never again! Arrange that hovel as best you can and make it a little more presentable!

Andrea Calanchi: A nightmare.
I arrive at the facility, intercom 3 times and nobody opens it, after 2 minutes I call and a man answers me and opens the door for me. Going up to the second floor it feels like entering an old house with dim light and carelessness. The "reception" is a small room with stacked plastic bottles and the gentleman at the check-in begins to proclaim himself in classic speeches against immigrants and the like (all with a poor Italian).
"Double" room that turns out to be a square and middle, with the door of the room that closes badly. No privacy. Broken mosquito net and deafening noise of cars whizzing by on the road all night. Floor constantly creaking and mattress creaking worse. No bulbs. No towels. Shared bathrooms with dirty floors. The rooms are close together and being the old structure every time a person gets up to go to the shared bathroom doors creak and floors creak disturbing sleep. Through my wall I could distinctly hear the snoring from the next room. I understand that for just over € 50 in Milan you have to settle but I have hardly had worse experiences.

Osvaldo Boggia: As far as the hostel is concerned, it can be said that the space for sleeping places is too small and also in many of them there is no light point, wardrobes are also insufficient, the number of bathrooms instead allows you not to wait. However, an evaluation must be made on the Expedia site, from which I booked: very inaccurate and contradictory, it is advisable to avoid it or at least compare the substance of the offer (not the expense) with other sites

Sergio Correa: The gentleman was very nice, the bed comfortable and the bathroom fine. The service according to the price 15 euros a night. Pay three euros to start but it's normal in Italy. The only thing I didn't like was the roommates snoring and loud music from the headphones. Not suitable for sensitive dreamers.

B&B Hotel Milano Sant'Ambrogio: what do users think?

Susan Tyrell: 5 stars!! I stayed here for one night and I can highly recommend the hotel. The staff was very friendly, the bedroom was super comfortable, everything was clean and tidy, you have everything you need in your room and if you need something extra you can go to the reception or they also have a 24h store at the -0 floor. The bed was very comfortable. I would recommend to get the breakfast, it was really good and complete with everything you need and lots of options, the staff around the breakfast area was also very helpful and friendly! When I’m back to Milano I will definitely stay again with you! Thank you so much ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Rebecca Crutchfield: My daughter and I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel staff both in reception and at the breakfast were kind and helpful. The room was clean and sufficient for the fair price. There were unexpected and positive surprises such as a lovely upper floor terrace, a cute children's playroom, and a blow dryer (which I had not expected). Great location, wonderful time.

Nicholas Ong: Pleasant front desk, rooms were clean, good sized for a double. Wish there was some basic hotel amenities such as laundry or laundry bags. Pillows need to be firmer as they sag and I felt like there was no pillow. Would be nice if there are some toiletries/bar soap in the bathroom. Nice roof terrace. Good if you just need a place to sleep / solo traveler with basic needs. Surroundings are quiet which is a plus.

Brian Henry: The staff were all helpful and welcoming. I had problems with another hotel and the B&B staff were kind and assisted me with switching locations. They offered a discount due to some booking issues too. The breakfast was a nice continental style, all the coffee, juice, pancakes, eggs, and yogurt you want. My rooms were very clean and the AC was nice with the unusually warm weather in Milan. Thank you to the fantastic staff at B&B! I will recommend you to others in the future.

Sze Ying Yau: Overall, the stay at B&B Hotel Milano was very comfortable and enjoyable. The room was very spacious and clean. Staff at the reception was also extremely helpful in terms of helping us with airport transfer on the day of check-out and recommending restaurants to eat at nearby. A minor issue we had was we arrived after 11pm, in which we had to use the self check-in machine that was placed outside the hotel where it was quite cold. We also had to request customer service to reset the machine as the system was not working as expected, which delayed our check-in process.

Jason Mount: Remember to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any hotel. This website will compare thousands of hotel sites and normally will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This place is one of the highest rated in this area. I have been staying here for a long time. If you stay for a few nights you will love it I'm sure! Very lovely staff! They always tried their best to make our visit as good as possible. We had a very nice room and it was always well cleaned. The breakfast was super delicious as well. I would choose this place anytime if I come back to Milan!

Tássio Santos Costa: So amazing! Lovely people, clean rooms, excellent quiet residential location and the best breakfast I’ve had in a hotel in years. The team in the breakfast room is sooo lovely and efficient. I accidentally dropped a tray and they immediately came to help. At the reception, Isabella and Susanna gave me invaluable tips for Milan. I can only recommend. 😍

Alexandre Tissot Demidoff: It was an excellent one-night stay to present at a conference in central Milano. The room was comfortable although a bit cramped. The bed and pillows were comfortable although a blanket would have helped. The bathroom was properly working and up to date. The breakfast was superb. The hotel staff all were kind, responsive, and professional. I will stay again!

Pierre Drie Torres: Really pleasant stay. The location is nice and quiet. The folks at the desk are very friendly and helpful. There’s an elevator but the stairs are pretty easy if you end up on the first floor (one floor above the main floor). The rooms are modern and clean, and as are the bathrooms. The only negative is the shower water pressure as it’s not the strongest (though the sink one is powerful). All in all, I would definitely recommend this place if you were in Milan for a few days. The Last Supper is a 5-minute walk away, too, which is a plus.

Edwin Katerberg: Stayed here 3 times now in the past 2 months. Great concept. No need to carry a key, you enter the hotel and room by entering a code. Good room, comfy bed, fantastic breakfast. Quite central 25 minute walk to the cathedral and large entertainment area. 140 euro was a bit steep and almost double what i paid in the summer though.Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5 …More

Magville Hotel: what do users think?

Alison Cooper-Mullin: The Hotel Magville is an elegant small hotel. Our charming room had a little balcony with a bistro table and chairs overlooking the delightful courtyard. The breakfast is very good - best omelet I have had in ages. But what I really want to highlight is the staff. So cooperative and helpful. I left my phone in a taxi and they spent quite a bit of time tracking it down. I was of course thrilled to have it returned and thanked them profusely but felt it important to say this publicly.

Jolanda V.: Excellent service!! I absolutely loved the stay and whenever I return to Milano, I’ll book the same hotel. Clean, quiet place, friendly and very helpful staff. The breakfast was a cherry on top.Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5 …More

Stephan Watervoort: Perfect days in Milano before Lago di Garda. Breakfast was great with fresh made eggs and real italian made coffee. Good location. The hotel was a bit noisy but no late guests so was perfect.

Patrick Bartosch: This is a very nice, cute hotel. The guy at reception was incredibly nice and helpful. The main reason I’m only giving it 3 stars is because it was insanely loud. Baby crying all night and morning. I could hear every word from the person and TV next door. The walls are paper thin. I would have not gotten any sleep without earplugs. In addition, the room was very small but very nice. The breakfast was average. The lady serving me didn’t speak a single word of English, which was surprising in a big European city.

Aranza PA: Could have been a little better for the price, like nicer sheets and amenities, 30 min from the actual center. Parking “on site” will be €€ so just park on the street. Like reviews say it is loud which might be an issue if you are a light sleeper, the alarm next door went on since 7-9 nonstop.

Carlo Zeccola: Excellent hotel. Clean and well appointed. Staff were excellent. It isn’t in a great location, some of the light switches and taps are in awkward positions. The rooms can be noisy if there is activity in the corridor. Otherwise an excellent place to stay.

Leo Lau: This is a wonderful botique hotel located in a residential area of Milano. Although the hotel is not located in a central area, it is around various transportation lines to get around the city quite easily. The decor and atmosphere is quite well done. The staff is quite friendly and very helpful to provide help to point out what to see in Milano. Ionella, Simone, and Andrea are standout staff who demonstrate great customer service and attentiveness. There was another gentleman who was very good at the front desk and customer service but I forgot to ask for his name. The rooms are clean and new. There is elevator access in the hotel. We did have some issues with shower drainage but the staff assisted to work it getting it resolved. The cleaning staff were also quite nice and did a great job servicing the room. The hotel included a nice breakfast spread of pastries, charcuterie, eggs and sometimes omelettes. The accompanying cappuccino was very welcomed.

Marios Kordilas: Amazing hotel. Thanks for the hospitality. Very beauty small boutique hotel, near the center (20' walking), lovely staff, very beautiful design and big room. Very clean with very tasty breakfast (the best oil bread ever...)Very nice proposal for a Milan city.
Response: Very kind of you thank you, these words help as to start over after 3 terrible months

Stephanie Gomez: The best service you can get. From the moment you walk in to do your check in the owner welcome us with cappuccinos and bread. Breakfast is really good and the hotel over all its very pretty.Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5 …More

Lena E: Room was super loud. poor maintained! Also I’ve noticed they’ve been leaving very bad comments towards customers having bad experience with them, harassing them in replaying rude things instead of improving their poor service! Hotel Nasco: what do users think?

Gavin Haynes: Larger rooms at a good price. Very helpful hotel staff. The included breakfast was nice. Rooms are clean and much larger than you'll find in a lot of Europe. Food & drinks: Breakfast was included.

Maryam H: Hotel for workers, not for leisure. Breakfast very poor, most of things are sweets. Not worth the price. I was very surprise that this hotel has 4 stars, in my opinion should have 2. Not recommended. You can find cheaper and better in Milan.

Talor Browne: Rooms are very run down and dated with a lot of wear and tear. Redeeming feature is that it's quiet. Breakfast is pretty good standard in its class but I would not stay here again.

Kety Katamadze: Very quiet place, great service, clean and tidy. Administrator speaks English which is helpful for tourists. + Breakfast was delicious which included in the price.Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Great value …More

R Thompson: Great rooms, more like a studio with big bathroom and two desks. Larger than average hotel room, tastefully decorated. Great selection for breakfast and reception helpful in lending us an adapter plug. Giving 4 stars as it was lacking in some areas such as no kettle in the room, only one pillow each and no iron, hairdryer could do with upgrading. Bit of a strange policy that you have to leave your key with reception when you go out. We had a room at the front and it could be noisy but it wasn't loud enough to wake or bother me. Overall great hotel and would stay again, easy location to access Milan from and worth the 80 euros/night price we got by booking in advance.

Rahman Khokhar: Comfortable, clean, great staff. Enjoyed my two nights in the hotel. Perfectly located near tourist areas and 1min walk to tram stop. Bonus, they had a Mosque within the hotel.Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5 …More

Patrizia Andrea Donati: Beautiful hotel and the staff is very kind! The hotel is connected to the rest of Milan with metro and tram stops which are few metres away. The only 2 things I could complain about are that a couple dish of the buffet breakfast were cold and the bed in my room was a little bit noisy.

知久美咲(Hj): Breakfast:Super yummy, various foods,You can ask" Could you prepare gluten free bread ?",they did it. Thank you so much. I enjoyed. Women of receptionist: kind. When I late check out of a hour...! Clean: so so The tram stations are complex for me.Sometimes stop, sometimes not.

21 House of Stories Città Studi: what do users think?

Mrs Mrs: We booked this hotel as we liked the fresh, modern concept and liked the idea of a multi use space. The hotel is very modern and designed beautifully, the garden for example is a really nice space. The rooms are of a good size and are worth the price. The rooms are designed in a way which uses space efficiently and I liked the layout. The shower had good pressure and the bed was so, so comfortable! The location itself is residential but sometimes it's nice to be out of the main part of town. The metro station is really close by, so it's easy to see the attractions. The hotel has its own on-site restaurant. We chose to eat there during our stay. The waiting time for our meal to arrive was rather long, but the food and ambience was decent, so we didn't mind so much. Breakfast is tasty, the pastries are baked freshly and the coffee was good. The choice of soy and standard milk is a good touch.

Sulmaan Azmat: Great hotel, big modern rooms. The staff was impeccable and super friendly. Breakfast was good! It's a bit out of the central Milan but it's about 5-7 minute walk to the train station where it is easy to get to where you need. All in all, satisfied! I recommend this hotel. If we find ourselves back in Milan, we will stay here again.Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 4/5 …More
Response: Dear Sulmaan, thank you so much for this amazing review. We are glad you liked everything of your stay and expecially our staff! Come back in Milan soon, we will wait for you, Best 21WOL Team

Daria: We stayed here for 4 nights and it couldn't have been more comfortable. The bed was huge, the room was well ventilated and very clean. It was really quiet at night, which is a very big + compared to other hotels. The breakfast was also delicious, although there aren't many salty options. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's a 9 minute walk to the metro and 21 minute walk to the central train station, which is pretty close. I would hiiiiighly recommend staying here!
Response: Dear Daria, we are happy to read that you experience with us was so positive. Thank you for sharing it here ! We hope to see you again soon. Best 21WOL Team

Andrada Paul: Excellent! We stayed for 3 nights and we were very happy with the room which was cosy, clean and modern, but above all we were happy to be surrounded by the kind and professional staff they have. Breakfast was diverse and included a lot of fresh products, such as home-made pastries. We were also delighted that we could have breakfast on their terrace. The backyard is also a big plus. Situated in a calm area, but not too far from the metro that helps you get to all the important tourist spots.

Soph lmd: Came here for my birthday with my boyfriend. Unfortunately didn’t do anything when they confirmed they would change the bedroom in some way for my birthday. Was given a drink to make up for this which was nice! Hotel was lovely and clean. Interior was gorgeous and wouldn’t have changed anything about the room. Breakfast was lovely and the chefs were also. Staff were absolutely lovely and there english was great! sadly didn’t catch the names of who helped us but thank you greatly for being welcoming. Would definitely come here again!!❤️
Response: Dear Soph, we are happy to be able to make you spend a happy birthday with your boyfriend! Unfortunately for the date you chose it was impossible to give you a larger room but we still managed to give you a category design room and in a high floor. it’s nice to know that you enjoyed the passion with which we work to make every instant and every detail perfect for you. Birthdays are a serious thing here in Italy and we always like to pamper you a little:) We hope you can come back to us soon ! Greetings 21House of Stories Team

Hassan Munir: Good 3 star hotel.. staff are really friendly. Restaurant on the ground floor is good.. breakfast is also good.. highly recommend for business trip or if you are visiting the city. Hotel location is great. Nearby restaurants and cafe .. the metro is only 5 minutes walk so you can get anywhere you want.
Response: Thank you so much Hassan, we are happy you had a great experience with the hotel and the staff. Citta Studi it's a vibrant area of Milan, an hidden gem for most of the turist but you had the opportunity to live it at his best! We hope to see you again. Best 21WOL Team

Maria Nemenman: Is it possible to speak about staying in Italy without talking about food? You know the answer. Then let’s go straight to the point. Food at the bistro is so good that you find yourself coming back to the hotel for dinner day after day despite all the endless options out there in the city. Bravo to Roy the Israeli chef who married the Italian cousin with Middle East flavors and products and their babies are amazing!

Akram Salem: - Terrible value for money, you barely get anything for the price paid. - Rooms are tiny, like a prison cell. - Wi-fi almost doesn’t exist in the rooms, only at the reception. - No A/C in common areas even in summer. Also, its weak and barely works in the rooms. - Very unfriendly vibes, staff don’t even smile (with the exception of the guy who checked me in) and all of them were very upset when you ask them for any simple thing. - Slowest elevator in the world. - Breakfast is a joke. - Location isn’t as central as you may think (I don’t know why its called central). Nothing is a walking distance. Edit: Its funny how you don’t like to be criticized at all and you talk about learning something! How funny?! It was obvious upon check-out that you didn’t even care about making things better, you only cared about the reviews. How about you give a better service from the beginning? Its very unprofessional but expected from a hotel like this to take things personally but let me tell you that I actually enjoyed many of the hotels I’ve been to, just perhaps not the ones in Italy and it isn’t your job to judge this or even comment about it. Do a better job at what you are supposed to be doing instead of judging customers. Also, your reply is full of lies. I wasn’t offered a better room on the first day. The manager who came up to my room on the second day (the night before my check-out) clearly mentioned that he is now offering a better room because of my review (that’s all you and your team care about). I obviously declined because it wasn’t worth it to pack and unpack for few hours. Also a final tip, teach your staff especially the ones at the breakfast area how to smile and perhaps start with yourself as well!
Response: Dear Mr. Akram Salem, As we discussed during your check out, we are sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. Most of all because we have tried in every possible way to match your preferences, but we've just received denials from your side, thereofore preventing us to do our job, that is to make our guests happy. We try to learn something from each feedback, but in this case is a bit difficult: you've been assisted from the first moment, you've been offered with a room upgrade, you've been called by the Hotel manager and you've refused everything. Our rooms are new and pretty cute we think, but of course it is possible that someone doesn't love them. We see that you pretty much dislike each hotel you've been to, and we took a bit of comfort from it. Nonetheless, we wish you all the best 21WOL Team

Kerry-jane Prout: Friendly staff, super comfy bed. Stayed for 4 nights over Monza weekend. Garden area is very peaceful and pretty, with a small bar area but no draft lagers or beers. We only had one meal, dinner, which was tasty and freshly prepared and the menu was really varied, all sounded good. 20 minute walk to Centrale railway station, 40 mins to Duomo and centre of the city. Tea, coffee , water and toiletries all available in the roo..
Response: Dear Kerry Jane, thank you to have the time to write this lovely comment. We are really happy to read that you had a great experience here in 21WOL and that you appreciate a lot of services and details of our hotel. We wait you here for a beer in the garden :) Best 21WOL Team

Nic B: Amazing hotel. Friendly, kind, professional service. Reasonable price. Lots of communal space in lobby, cafe /breakfast area. Garden area, lots of outdoor, comfy seating. Tasty breakfast, varied selection. Amazing coffee. Free Internet throughout. Great location. Rooms are comfortable, I enjoyed the complimentary soaps, shampoo, smells fab!
Response: Nicola thank you thank you thank you <3 You shared with us a lot of love and good energy, that's what we love of our job, meet people so positive and friendly like you. We really hope to see you again soon. Best 21WOL Team

Ostelzzz: what do users think?

Anton: The staff was great. They were really efficient, helpful, and chill. I was provided help instantly as I asked about the broken locker in my room. The service itself was overall really good, as they were friendly all the time and brought good atmosphere to the hotel. The room, meanwhile really small, was comfortable and I was able to sleep there with no problems. I also would consider sleeping in a capsule hotel as an experience, because surprisingly it was really exciting. The rooms, including shared bathrooms and showers, were clean. The breakfast was simple, but good and diverse. The location was perfect; right next to the center of the city, including a close-by train- and bus station. Ostelzzz exceeded my expectations, and I would recommend it for the service and experience alone. Rooms: Really small, but point of the capsule hotel. Comfortable beds, one locker in your room, socket, curtains that work as your door. Safety: The hallway with all the capsule rooms were accessable only by customers of the hotel. People can only access the hotel from the front doors which has open view from the reception. Food & drinks: Breakfast includes foods like bread, croissants, several kinds of sweets and deserts, coffee, juices, and so on. Has bar; alcohol, energy drinks, candy, pizza, lasagne, etc

Kristen Nowosad: The staff are friendly and accommodating. Areas are nice and well maintained. Bathrooms were clean. Breakfast is a nice addition. Would be nice if they installed a ramp so you dont have to lug your luggage up and down the stairs when you first enter the hostel. The pods are very small and hot, and the hot water for showering runs out rather fast. The pods desperately need some sort of fan or method of air flow. Once you close the curtain at night it’s like a tiny little oven. They are also very small so if you have a larger suitcase that you want to keep with you instead of in storage, you will be totally cramped in there. The two times i went to shower the water was not hot. When i asked, all they really did was shrug and say they would try resetting the system, which did not work. It is a little pricey for the accommodation, but the location is great.

Matt Barrowclough: Great location and all the staff are very friendly and welcoming. As others have also mentioned, the main issue is how hot the capsules get as there’s no air conditioning or airflow within them. Installing AC in each capsule probably isn’t realistic, but if there was the option to buy or rent a mini fan from reception that would definitely make things slightly more comfortable. Overall a great place and I’d recommend to anyone for a few days.

Marrian St James: Staff at this place are all amazing people. Really polite already ready to help and assist. However the place is a complete dumpster. The hygienic conditions are not at the top, our bathroom was the only one outside of our room which was really inconvenient. Good thing is breakfast is included, and the location is also really good, but that’s all. In case you’ve got other options just go for them.

Catalin: I stayed in one of the fancy pods with a door and I must say I don't recommend them, it is really hot inside and there is no air, had to sleep with the door open which loses the point of having a door in the first place. The people where nice and the breakfast average, some juice and croissants. The bathroom was okayish, not very dirty but the shower had some black spots. Pretty quiet and enough spaces to enjoy and chill.

Sarah James: I loved the room style and the staff were so friendly. Overall stellar concept. Only critics I have are: no trashcan in room, and there were ants in the bathroom (nothing major, but could become a problem if left). Overall, well thought out. ❤

Brendon Cavainolo: Very friendly staff. The rooms are small but that's kinda the point since it's a pod hostel. Very clean bathrooms. Locations is very close to metro stations that can get you into the heart of Milan. The free welcome drink is awesome, and if you're still thirsty, the drinks are pretty cheap after that too!Rooms: 4/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5 …More

Luk As: Very disappointing. Don’t recommend it. - The capsules got extremely hot (as everyone commented). There was no hot water in the showers. Bathrooms were very dirty. Although seemingly quite new, the hostel was in a very bad condition. Not a social hostel: Very few social areas and no activities (pub crawl etc.) on offer. + Staff seemed nice. Wifi was good. Breakfast was okay.

Amer Batshon: The staff were amazing, so friendly & hospitable. The cabins were super clean, quite, and the location is 12 mnts to the center by metro. Price wise it's very reasonable. I highly recommend it. Worth to visit again

Manuel Andrés: Convenient location as you are 15 minutes from the station walking. Staff is absolutely amazing and friendly. We had a cabin for both of us and it was very comfortable. Recommended place for a budget stay.

H T: Clean rooms.Good location.Walls not enough isolated... You can hear everything from the bext room.Rooms: 3/5 | Service: 3/5 | Location: 5/5 …More

Jasmin Mo: It's a nice hotel for a very fair price. The rooms are very tidy and the furniture looks quite new. The bathroom was quite small, but looked very nice and I liked it. They don't offer breakfast, but there are various places where you can get your breakfast with fair prices. There are a few bus stops and tram stops near the hotel, its just a five minute walk. For the tickets there is also a shop near the hotel, also a five minute walk from the hotel. For food, there are also many places for that, the nearest place is just next door. All in all, it is a good place with a very friendly staff.

Karolina Wierzbińska: It should be no stars! The bedsheets and towels were clean but the room and bathroom were not. The place was dusty, dirty and freezing. 5 degrees on the outside and no heating in the bathroom at all and in the room it went on at 8pm and could not warm up the room. The walls are tin as a paper ! You hear everything!! Very noisy place. Waste of money.

Daniele Bonaldo: The place is in a convenient location, well served with public transport to the city centre and with plenty of free parking spots in the streets around. The room was very modern and new, with a comfortable bed, big bathroom, AC and a 50" Android TV. Wifi connection was decent. The staff was friendly.

Fabiano Aljava: Cozy room, beautiful, new bathroom and well cleaned. The service is kind but doesn't speak English. The surroundings and location is not so beautiful and seems dangerous in the night.

Corina Dickson: You cannot control the room temperature for your own needs, most of the time the room was freezing. Also no complementary tea or coffee, no complementary anything!

Rafael Deogracias: Pretty cool, clean and nice place, for a fantastic price. There's no breakfast though

Daniel Kubat: cool location, clean but very (VERY) noisy, there is almost no sound isolation between rooms:(

Vasantha Gowda: Loved it. Little far from the city centre though.

Ashish Kumar: Well kept rooms, connected to Milan Center.

La Cordata Accommodation - Zumbini 6: what do users think?

Yonatan Javier Álvarez Aguilar: Good place for a couple of nights. Good atmosphere, lockers and clean

Sri Gupta: Very good reception, they speak a little English also which will be very helpful to foreign people. The rooms are quite affordable 22-100 euro per night depending on the requirements. Kitchen available for cooking, who plans stay there for long periods. Has a bar and full fun time in weekends with music. Rooms are so clean and will have cleaning service twice a week.

Marvin “Kio” Unger: Spent a night here and will spend another one. Staff is kind and helpful; in particular the lady at the reception. She speaks German and English quite well, too. You'll also be aided with recommended places for food and how to get into the inner city. In addition, you have access to a kitchen and there's a supermarket, a Lidl, nearby. WiFi is respectively fast. Usually, they'd offer a breakfast buffet but not during COVID times. Overall, it's a decent budget hotel, which seems to follow COVID-19 guidelines well.

Mrinmoy Dutta: The room was. Kitchen is in 3rd floor. There is a park ar neighborhood. Ludl discount shops, pizza, caffee, restaurants, mobile stores all are within 1.5 km

Must to be Wild: Best hostel I have ever stayed with a perfect price for Milan. Actually a guest house. Some rooms are available for the hostel visitors. Well organized, modern, top clean facility with helpful & kind staff. A big cabinet with a locker is available in the room. In the cabinet you will find your towels, linens. The room is full of light with a big window (it's a kind way to ventilate the room or leave your shoes out after a busy day of walking with exhausted shoes :D) Well organized kitchen with a cabinet shared for you. To the center, if you don't want to walk to the subway (about 1 km), there is a bus stop for bus 74, located 100 mt from the hostel. That bus will connect you to the Navigli and a metro station. Just take into account the bus times. To The hostel, take the tram #2 or # 14 near the Duomo then you will find the stop for bus 74. This tram line, parallel to the river, is a good alternative for metro.. Finally, don't forget to check the bar in the entrance floor. I've had the chance to listen the live music (blues). They are really good... Finally, whenever I will have the chance for Milan, I know where I will stay... Thanks for everything Zumbini.. A dopo 🤘 P.s. Don't forget your earplugs if you're staying in a dorm room. My mate was not snoring, he was actually roaring :D (a kind advice)

Rachel Taylor: This place is awesome.location isn't great but clean, friendly staff, communal kitchen. Great shower. Best hotel I've stayed in for the price

Katie Howard: Lovely hostel. Room was comfortable and had large locker space. The kitchen was great and had a kettle and stove. There were also terrace areas where you could eat. The only criticism is that the room was too hot at night.

Andrea Pellegrino: Very nice hostel. Stayed there for three days. Very clean and friendly staff.

Jozef Zich: Fine hostel with appropriate rooms with good internet connection, location is not totally in centre but close enough. I missed there any kind of atmosphere and organisation of some events.

Steve Hr: Kinda sketch area. Very nice rooms for the price. Breakfast was bad, but large rooms and space to cook your own meals

Rachel Zip: Staff was very friendly and the spa was amazing. It was included in our visit and was such a nice way to wind down after a day of traveling and shopping. Do NOT miss out on the spa! Just ask the front desk to reserve a time for you. Would absolutely stay again! And it’s only a 15 minute walk from the duomo.Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5 …More

Dalb Goma: I recently stayed here and I am shocked that this place is listed as a 5 star hotel, I loved the decoration in the bar and the restaurant, also breakfast is a good 8.5/10, another ok thing is its 17 min walk to the duommo, but the rooms oh my God, so small, bed seems cheap, service is what you would expect in a 3 or 4 star hotel, air conditioning did not work. Also the place does not feel luxurious due to the area. Did not have a bad stay but definetly will not go back.

Mandy F: Great hotel! Very nice staff. Clean and comfy rooms. Location is superb. Love the decoration of this hotel. Breakfast was really good and diverse

Kearon Bowloski: Excellent service all around. Especially at the front desk which always took initiative to help us and solve any issue the room was super Super clean and hotel had great wifi and air conditioning

C. McD. Goodrich: Terrific hotel, although maybe not the same level as some other Relais and Chateau properties we've stayed in. The breakfast every morning was fantastic and I would consider staying here again when visiting Milan in the future.Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 4/5 …More

Shaun O'Neill: This hotel is a shambles....and in no way is a "5 Star" hotel....I think they keep a high rating by paying influencers to stay there.....just check their Instagram Here is an unbiased review.... The good..... Rooms are nice, modern, bed is good Staff in general are friendly and its not their fault this hotel is so bad The bad..... Hotel Bar is the worst bar I've been too, such potential but even alone in the bar you wait 20 plus minutes for any service Wifi is a joke... 24 hour room service is actually just when he chef is around (but listed as 24 hours) Massive construction going on outside....7am and you are not sleeping anymore Homeless people everywhere - no issues but if you think this is 5 star you are in for a shock Aircon is useless TV has 4 english channels - advertise like they have every sky channel Overall staff are untrained - got sand blown in my eye by the porter, when ordering a cocktail the lady asked several times if it was ok, before i even had a sip....they are friendly but useless basically Honestly all the above i would put up with in a 4 star hotel....this is not 5 stars...even the way they handle complaints is amateur....if you get a good price its worth a shot... but will I ever stay here again....that's a firm NO

Meredith Borders: Had the most gorgeous stay here. Everything was attended to, the decor and food and service were all tremendous, and I had the best facial/massage ever from Andreas in the spa.Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5 …More

Raeanda Davies: Its a beautiful hotel with the most amazing spa ! Me and my hubby loved staying here 😍Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5 …More

Aleksander Pławski: Chateau Monfort is one of these hotels, where you feel really good. We can honestly recommend stay at this boutique - style hotel. The property is well located. Interior is just beautiful. The staff is very friendly, rooms are well designed and clean. The breakfast is very good. We are looking forward to stay here again.Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 4/5 …More

THANOS TSIARAS: What an amazing staying!!! What a service. What an GREAT STAFF!!!! Rooms, breakfast, Dry Martini, housekeeping. So professional, so elegant, so chic. I'm not just recommending that hotel I'm saying that it's a MUST if you want to live the experience. Eleonora from reception THANK YOU 🙏🙏🙏🙏, ELENA from reception thank you 🙏🙏🙏🙏 , ALEX thank you, the lady from the bar that she's making great Dry Martini, and ALL THE STAFF THE MANAGEMENT I would like to say a big big thank you for everything, for your kindness for your professionalism. You made our staying PERFECT.

B&B Hotel Milano Aosta: what do users think?

zena ruzycki: Hotel is being renovated. I had an old single room but the AC was only blowing warm and sleep was impossible. They moved me to a new room an nice and cool. Unfortunately the renovations are not well done and quality control was missed. The bathroom door opens weird so if the light is off you have to close door to access the switch and shimmy around the door and the hall wall. In the shower CAUTION there is no temperature safety and if someone runs cold water you Will get scalded. The breakfast was lovely served in the rooftop breakfast area. Room includes small fridge and safe which are nice. Ask for a room at the back as the front faces the station with lots of activity. Located directly across from the Central Station and transportation access is readily accessible. Would recommend

Judy Hung: Right across from the train station, it’s super convenient for transportation, and saves a lot of time. Even though it’s in downtown central area, the room is very quiet. With AC, it’s very comfortable with the hot summer weather. The breakfast was yummy; it’s 7 euros for the breakfast buffet. Would stay here again!

Esther Kool (Go Live Go Travel): Good hotel, breakfast view is gorgeous. They let us check in early which was nice. My pillow could have been better, but it did not bother me too much. The only thing I did not like at all was the big group of men hanging around all day and night in front of the hotel. I was traveling with my sisters and they "catcalled" every time we walked by. We tried to stay out if their sight by taking a different metro exit. It was not a pleasant vibe, especially at night.

Aria Perdana: Amazing hotel. The location is near the station yet not noisy. Great isolation. The breakfast are amazing, with the view as well. Room was clean, bathroom also with bathtub. Great hotel to be your base in Milan. If you want to go to Malpensa, there is a bus 5 mins walk from the hotel. Great experience and very recommended.

Avatsada C: The best breakfast. The room was great and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. The location is right by Central station very convenient. One bad thing is the people around that area (group of men, homeless). Feel unsafe.

Andrey Lopatin: Very nice hotel with friendly and kind personnel. Comfortable and clean rooms, tasty breakfast on the top floor of building with amazing view. Only 1 minute of walk to Milano Centrale.

majeed doos: Good hotel close to the station. Deal is goodEspecially mentioning the employee, Hamza. He was a person of high morals, elegant dealings, and cooperation. Thank you, Brother Hamza. I will come back to visit the place again for Hamza's sake

Jacob Lewis: A flight was delayed coming into Milan. We tried to contact the hotel, informing them that we were delayed and wouldn't make it into the city until after midnight. They did not respond. When we arrived, the doors were locked and we had to stay up through the night in order to make an early morning train. We felt unsafe the entire time and it was a horrible experience. When we tried to contact them through Expedia for a refund, they denied the request. I would NOT recommend staying here, as the business is unethical and lacks sympathy. I was very disappointed with the lack of communication and support.
Response: Dear Jacob, We feel sorry for this accindent that you faced Please note that we have a 24 hours opened desk , we have an intercom near the door, clients that arriving at late night they don't have a problem to checkin , they press the intercom and we open for them , we checked right now our intercom and it's working and it has a very loud sound , did you press the intercom? we've received your advice at 11:33 pm "certificated by expedia" that you are coming from other country on the same arrival date, that it should be a flight delay ! , it's mean that you perhaps already arrived in the morning? Please contact us more information maybe by mail to investigate better We remain at your disposal for any other clarifications Thanks, Best regards Hamza-Hotel Manager

Henrique Pina: Great location, clean and spacious bedroom and bathroom, delicious breakfast and a very friendly staff. Wish I had stayed for longer than just one night, would definitely come back if ever in Milano again.

virginia I.: Short pitstop here between trains and planes. Perfectly acceptable property. Breakfast on the roof was extraordinary!Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5 …More
