Dina Gallo: Maison Thai is wonderful. I’ve booked both the 60 and 90 minute massagio by Ben, and each time she was amazing. She is skilled at massage therapy and stretches your body to work with you. My body felt relaxed and great after. It is a very thorough massage at a great price. I highly recommend and can’t wait to go back the next time I’m in Milano.

The massage was a mix of acupressure, deep tissue with oil and stretching positions. I felt much better after the massage and I will definitely go back! This is a quality massage at a very reasonable price.
Nevaeh Kay: Visited Milan for two weeks and needed a good massage after being in the office all day sat at the desk for long hours. They made me feel super comfortable; they’re super sweet and kind in there. I did a 90minute massage and the prices are amazing for what you get. I had another massage for a similar price for 60 minutes and it was terrible, this was exactly what I needed. However, if you’re not a fan of the back cracking at the end, best to mention at the beginning because it may come as a shock. I will definitely go back.

Maggie: Gréât massage thaï traditional style (which is simplisme to deep tissue but with a Thai style of more back cracking and some assistantes stretching at tte end. Very clean and relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. Most speak some basic English but it varies by the person. Had two massage in a week while traveling in Milan due to back pain and it seems different person has a slightly different style. I like Anna’s style the best snd it fits my needs exactly on the level I need (maybe a bit stronger than I am used to at times but very good 👍🏻). Felt so much better the day after! Helped with my upper back and neck tightness. Not the cheapest in town but with high quality and great location. Will be back next time in town. ☺️

Robert Shipley: Lanna Thai massage was a wonderful experience. We reserved 90 minute Thai massages with 2 lady masseuse. We each had our own room and the massage we received was excellent. We were asked if we preferred strong or relaxed massage and enjoyed the relaxed oil version. Very calm, professional and clean establishment that really cares about your experience.

Yesterday I had my first massage, I came in with the pain in my lower back that has accompanied me for the last 7 months and I went out without. Patrick Braun: Today I called to set a massage, and unfortunately I was caught up at work and couldn’t make it. When I finish my job (16 min after my massage supposed to be) i got my phone to call and try to get another time today (since I was offered 2 pm, or 4pm (...) ) and for my surprise I got a very rude message from the owner, calling me bad names and saying that I am a bad person. Without even trying to reach me by phone since I had to lost calls, and without asking, just putting out all negativity. I would never recommend anyone to put they money in this place, so many nice other places in Milan where I was super well treated and without someone caking me an uneducated person. i don’t treat or talk to people I hate bad, don’t think a place should treat their clients like that.
T R: SPA impossible to use because of communication problems of staff. False advertising about schedules. This SPA do not hesitate to employ aggressive, disrespectful and above all impertinent people. Cleanliness is poor: used towels that hang, strong smell of javelle, poor cleanliness of the soil

Andrea Libardo: This morning we went to this charming and welcoming SPA center for the first time using the Groupon offer. The staff immediately proved to be helpful and professional, giving us a small tour of the place and accompanying us to the changing rooms to get ready for the course. We were able to enjoy all their comforts such as the Jacuzzi, the sauna, the Turkish bath, the emotional showers and the relaxation area with herbal teas and biscuits. There was also a minor mishap for my fiancée (she had a slight illness) and the staff were quick to help. Thankfully, everything resolved quickly and we were able to end our experience peacefully. We were 100% satisfied and will definitely be back soon.
Alessandra Lampasona: Spa for couples booked through Groupon. The staff, kind and available immediately via email and wa. The spa is extremely small and sadly so are the changing rooms. The practice, given the spaces, would allow entry to only 4 people (both for the wellness center and for the changing rooms and the herbal tea-relaxation area) but unfortunately the delay of some customers affects the others with many inconveniences. Well stocked herbal tea. Never seen so much choice! Half hour couple massage. Relaxing and in a bespoke environment with heated waterbeds. The owner was super nice. Congratulations also for the good quality prosecco.

Phuphana Khampanil: Definitely one of the best Thai massage ever tried . The personnel is very polite and respectful. They ask you what kind of massage and the level of strength you desire. I chosed a traditional Thai, no oil, full strength, and was fantastic. The lady that performed the massage , I think her name is Kin, is very small and minute , but her hands and technique are unbelievable. The shop is located on the east side of Milan, easy to reach with Bus 73 . I booked with WhatsApp and was super easy. wow !!

I came to this place looking for a Thai massage and plantar reflexology and chose this place because of the ratings and good reviews of others... I got a common and basic Thai massage. No sense of intuition, connection, even if I expressed her what I wanted/needed, she would just stick to rushing to the basic stuff. Very far from being a healer. I have taken many Thai massages before, in many places in the world including Thailand. What she did to me is what they teach you in the yoga certification training to do to your students while they relax in Savasana after the class. About the plantar reflexology; she would just rush her knuckles through my feet very rapidly and massage my legs, it was a foot massage, NOT a plantar reflexology massage. I would not come here again at all. Not to mention the dog barking either upstairs or next door, maybe even indoors. Very disappointed.

Ewelina Kulka: I book the massage with my husband for the fist time in this place, I had relax massage with the oil and my hubby traditional Thai. The place is amazing, really beautiful place, the staff polite and gentle. The massage was really relaxing and pleasant. For sure I will come back to try new treatment.

ryspencer2: I’m from California and purchased a gift card for my wife for Christmas. The place is new and clean, but the customer support was bad. We made an appointment (hired a babysitter) and arrived on a Saturday afternoon but the place was closed due to COVID. Understandable, but why were we not contacted to let us know it was closed? They said they would call us on Monday to confirm our appointment for the following Saturday. No call. We call them and they are now full on Saturday. Instead of apologizing and saying sorry for the confusion and for not contacting us not once but twice they call my wife “ignorante”. How are you supposed to relax at a spa after arguing with the staff? The entire experience left me rather surprised as to how they think we would want to come back again.
