Fredrik Qvale: Contacted the doctor on phone on request from my Norwegian doctor while on a business trip. He gave me somewhat of a free consultation on the phone as he found he didn’t have the necessary equipment for the relevant tests he referred me to the right place. Very friendly and helpful.
Lindsay Hill: I found Dr. Freilich on the US Consulate Website. He was available for a last minute appointment and was the first doctor to respond to my emails. He is originally from the US, his English is perfect and his exam was thoughtful, through, and extremely helpful. I felt really listened to as a patient and very grateful for a trustworthy doctor while traveling. I do not usually write online reviews, but this I had to write one for him as going to the doctor in a foreign country is stressful in and of itself, and Dr. Freilich eased the anxiety. I highly recommend him in general, and especially for anyone looking for an English speaking doctor while in Milan.

Excellent communication, issue of a medical certificate, interest in the patient even after the visit. The home delivery service costs 200 euros but is worth it all. I felt followed. Well done.

B D: Brilliant customer experience. Easy appointment booking, no waiting time on site, English spoken by all staff… Dr Bassetti was also super good with quick diagnostic and prescription. We had to amend the prescription slightly as I was leaving for 2 weeks and he sorted it out directly on WhatsApp, amazing! Strongly recommend this place!

Went out of their way to find the medication I needed (even though it’s not common in Italy) and the whole team from reception to doctor were just brilliant. The RMN staff, competent, professional and very empathetic, welcomed me and accompanied me during the execution of the exam with a smile and warmth. All without shirts, young, beautiful and helpful, they were a real sip of joyful positivity. The beauty of the location is undeniable.

MAX: The hospital has been completely renovated, very clean inside. I accompanied my 88-year-old mother for a cataract (ophthalmology) in her right eye, very well organized, kind, polite, caring, they assist the patient very well. Check-in at 7:30 am and 8:00 am was already the first for the operation, time between preparation, waiting and operation about two hours and the next morning at 7:30 the check-up visit awaits you. Carers cannot stay in the waiting room and must return after approximately two hours. Mom confirmed to me that they are very professional and nice, both doctors and nurses. Mr. Sebastiano from the ophthalmology department very kind and by phone (when you can speak) very understanding and polite. I decided to remove a star because it is practically impossible to talk to someone on the phone and even if you leave the number on the answering machine no one will call you back, on this two stars would be more than enough.
Giovanni Marcato Terapista: I underwent hip resurfacing surgery by prof. Moroni. Admitted to the first floor on December 5, 2022 and operated on the following day. And already the second one I do, in January the right and now the left. Of the prof. Moroni and his team, there is only to speak well. He is a person of rare delicacy, his trusted doctors one better than the other. We hope they learn as much as possible from the master. The structure is optimal, perhaps the rooms are small. The restaurant needs improvement. The paramedical staff deserves all my esteem! Kind and thoughtful, always available and ready with a word for everyone. Commendable and deserving of a nice pay raise. Good job, everyone.

annamaria lavazzetti: Excellent nursing home. I thank Dr. Orlandi who followed me for many years and Dr. Scarpone who together performed my surgery for a bad knee osteoarthritis. The right I had done 6 months ago with excellent results. I thank all the nurses and the OSS who are wonderfully full of humanity and attention to the patients. Special thanks to Yasmine wonderful person who makes you forget you are in a hospital. The physiotherapist is also very good. The only thing out of tune in this nursing home (and it is not a pico thing), is the canteen that leads the sick not to eat because it is definitely inedible.
