Yoann Tarantini: I went to Leica Milano to ask for a small and good quality camera. What I can say is that they are very nice and welcoming. I definitely recommend them if you are looking for good advice. What I personally enjoyed is that the sales professional called Enriko didn’t try to push the sale. He asked me about my photo experience, if I tried other photocamera and told me also about the good points of the competitors including Panasonic. I personally enjoy when a sales person talks to you about the product with passion for the quality of the product and not just willing to sell you its product without considering how you will use it. So thank you Enriko for the good moment in your store. I didn’t buy anything because this was my first visit but he gave me his business card and we will keep in touch.

Markus M.: We went to see the exhibition there on Tuesday, 29th October. The exhivition is very well presented, and there is a selection of Artbooks at the end of the room. The staff is excellently friendly, and very helpful. One of the staff, a very sweet girl, evern offered to try out the 0,95 Noctilux there, with my M5. Unfortunately, I did not have a film with me, having used the one with me already. This is a shop that as a Leica owner or somebody interested in Leica Cameras you shuold stop by if you are in the vicinity of Milan, It is conveniently located just off the square in front of the Duomo, and directly next to the Galeria Vittorio Emanuele. Absolutely recommended!
Green Apple: This is place is amazing, a real delight for anyone who loves the Leica brand. I definitely recommend to ask for Fabrizio, the store manager. He will lead you into a magic journey where style meets perfection. No place is inspiring like this one, and you'll keep this experience with you anywhere you'll go with your Leica.
Nicu Gutu: Purchased a used LEICA M6 fully packaged with all documentation and original strap. A representative by the name Enriko called me abroad 2 minutes from the moment I booked the product. In a very friendly manner, explained in small details all it's features and nuances and helped me to coordinate the payment method. Thank you for a great LEICA service.

JP: This shop looks more like a gallery (and they actually do showcase some work on the back part). It feels like a boutique for very specialized photography, and you know, Leica is the best out there.
Mr. Zhdanov: Amazing place if you are Leica fan. Have both Gallery and store at the same place. Very recommend for Leica fans.

Der Timm: Very nice flagship store of Diesel. Many of the fashion pieces there hare priced higher than in other Diesel stores. It in the end of the day, you can really get these very rare pieces her you can’t get anywhere else. At least it was nice to come around and see, in which direction fashion is going to move. :-)

Lilian Lavagna: That’s such a pity for a Diesel, the staff don’t know anything about customer service. The shop assistant came to us after 5,6 minutes while she was standing and talking with her colleague! Totally ignored us , we didn’t see respect , she acted like she’s not in the mood to work! She was not absolutely helpful. Wanted to check sth online and you won’t believe me, In that big store they don’t have WIFI!! Won’t go back ever. Diesel must teach its workers about customer service.

Richard Yeung: As a big fans of Diesel for more than two decades, my shopping experience at Milano Flagship Shop on 16 July 2019 2:30pm was unpleasant and disappointed. Diesel represents a symbol of fashion and top quality of jeans. I come from Hong Kong and visited countless of Diesel shops around the world, including LA, San Francesco, London, Milan, Rome, Paris, Munich, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Copenhagen. They always deliver consistent and attentive customer service, but this is not the case on 16 July 2019 with Laura Boga. The customer service is completely unhelpful and below expectation. I have asked for W32 L34 jeans of two different style. She gave me one W32 L34 and another of W32 L32. I am a 6”3 tall guy. I believe that she didn’t have a sense of size of inner length of jean and checked carefully the size that customer asked for. The worse experience is that a “black face” was given when I asked for a clarification on the size of W32 L32 jean she passed to me. This was surprising me. Did I visit a Zara H&M or Diesel?

MOONDOLITA: The security tags have been left on my purchases.. on jeans and a shirt. Soo.. check every item carefully and don't trust the staff. Horrible experience.
P B: Large open layout store spread across several levels. The men’s floor is as expected, much smaller than the counterpart. There was a good selection of items, however, I am still waiting for them to get over the skinny jean trend and have more of a variety of slim and regular fit jeans. Some of us like to be able to sit down with out strangulation. Staff was friendly, but you actually didn’t see them too much on the men’s floor.

Maheshwaran Jothi: The winter fever already started here I guess. It is always a wonderful experience to walk around this shop. Each floor has a unique collections and brands. Do not miss the 7th floor with so amazing sweets and pastries. Not to miss the view of Duomo from the roof top. Must visit when you are in Duomo. One stop place for shopping all famous brands! Look out for the offers to grab them.
VORASAK: Beautiful Department Store, especially around Christmas Time. Excellent selection of products. Very good service. Food Department on the top floor was great. Gadget Department in the basement was interesting. The Kaiten Sushi Restaurant was good too.
Boris Maric: Unreal selection of brands and fashion. From high street to super luxury, there are probably more than 100 branded stores inside.
Sunny Vo: Next to Duomo, you can find many nice products and hight quality.
Samantha Barbagallo (Samantha Hussey): This place is always too crowded. You wait forever for the elevator (we have a stroller) and you'll wait forever for a staff member to come and help you. Some are friendly and some are not so friendly. In the past I've had staff members look at how I was dressed before deciding how helpful they were going to be. This I know because someone who walked in behind me with designer bags hanging off her was treated like royalty, opposed to a brief short answer for myself, dressed in normal casual wear. Overall a stressful shopping experience that's not worth spending my money there.
Amin MG: It's a nice place for fancy people who want to have fancy style. If you go with your best suits or dress you'll experience a high respect and you feel so welcome. In my experience prices are one of the highest rates in the world but you need to visit there once in your life.
ella ornella: Beautiful store but very bad customer service from staff! They always answer like you disturb them or you own them something. They also look down on you and always have to check you out(what handbag, make-up, shoes or clothes you are wearing). This should not be judged in any place, country or shop! If you want to spend your money, you should not be put off by staff!
Md. Tosikul Islam: There are a lot of famous brands available in this place. During holiday, it’s little bit crowded.
Riccardo Centofanti: Great mall across several floors with best italian brands. Highly recommended.
Marija Dragičević: Sometimes crowded, coffee is "drinkable" just inside but it's fine. Amazing view and atmosphere because of the Duomo.

TheOfficial BaristaGirl: This is an amazing place to visit but do yourself a favour and buy something. The staff are incredibly helpful and so eager to be the best at customer service. My whole experience in the store was amazing. To be able to peruse the amazing engine block or f1 car hanging from the ceiling while shopping some of the great items was just incredible. Im bummed I did not get the staff members name as she was so patient in helping me select the sizes I needed for each of the people I was buying gifts for and she also spent perfect time to wrap everything well so that I could bring it back to Australia safely. There were even items not on display that I knew Ferrari sold that she was able to find like my racing like leather sneakers. One of my friends that purchased from the store also received great service. One of the best experiences I have received in a store its not just all Ferrari hype. Very cool place. Thank you for being so awesome.
Fabien Bourgogne: A great experience as a Ferrari fan. The store is really premium, stuffed with a lot of nice Ferrari branded clothes and products. This is a bit expensive but worth it for those who have the budget. The staff was really nice despite the organization was looking a bit messy… but we visited the store in a crowded moment due to Monza Formula 1 race happening the same weekend, hence lot of peoples were looking to buy Scuderia Ferrari shirts at the same time.
Ideal Thunder: I liked the store, this store is really unique like they added an replica of a Ferrari car on the stairs. Everything there was made by Ferrari. The brand was looks expensive despite it's cheap price. I only spent 20€. The only problem is that there's not much to buy, I recommend adding more Ferrari stuffs like Bags or more.

Andrea Diaz: Absolitely HORRIBLE customer service. 5-6 sales associates just standing around the entrance not doing anything and seem bothered if you ask them anything. We already knew what we wanted to get so we asked them for it and he seemed so annoyed the whole time. We made two SEPARATE purchases and they told us we could only get one tax refund, when we asked her why she said “just do one and you give him whatever he was gonna get back” so make me work double instead of them just doing their only job? The store is literally empty, we’re the only people in here and they refuse to be of any service. Such a joke of customer service. Also, we came on a different day to ask if they had the jacket I wanted in stock and she said she did but could not show it to us, we just had to purchase it without seeing it first and again, we were the only people in the store.

Nicole D. (Nica): What an AMAZING store! It is ridiculously big, so many spaces, but the concept is amazing! It is kind of underground woth many many different areas, like rooms with absolutely everything you need to find for anything haha, clothing, decor, cooking, etc. I only thought the furniture and clothing parts were not as amazing as the home part! They carry so many different things for kitchen, papercrafts etc!
afshin faghihi: One of the best design stores! Made of different spaces and fifferent levels. I very pleasing just to walk and see. But not easy to walk and navigate!

Marcus Armstrong: As many others have mentioned, the store is cavernous and offers a huge selection of home furnishings, accessories, textiles, utensils, gadgets etc. at reasonable prices. A WORD OF CAUTION based on personal experience: if you reside outside the European Union, you are entitled to shop tax-free, and based on a 22% VAT rate the saving can be substantial. The cashiers will tell you that they do offer tax-free shopping but will fail to mention that the service they use will eventually refund only a portion of the VAT, which is misleading and less than transparent.

For such efforts put in in enhancing the shoppers' experience from the moment you step in, the final touch of servicing by an apparently not-so-happy staff member just ruined it all.

Mohammad Anwar: A very interesting Apple Store. Entrance is quite different and the store is immense inside. The waterfall from the entrance is next level, once you get there, you’ll understand. The Architecture overall is nice. The square is fancy and beautiful. Helpful and friendly staff with smile. A good feeling place to be while in Milan.

Waited 20 minutes before finding someone to register to wait list. Then instead of 5 minutes waiting another 15. Looks like Apple Milano tries actively to discourage customers from buying in brick and mortar shops. Pretty successful for me.

LAURA AMUSHIENWA: ‘‘Twas a bit difficult to find the entrance. But their services are quite good. The staff that attended to me was super patient and answered all my numerous questions. Though the issue was fixed but it developed another after they fixed it and they ended up giving me a brand new phone for free. I was amazed 😱. So for their service, I’d rate 5 star.
Giovanna Mundstock: Very nice as usual, I love this store. One small feedback, it is the second time I go to the store and try to test the AirPods Max without success, I don't know why, but it was not reproducing the music from the attached tablet. Some accessories like the AirTags were missing, probably due to the big sales during the holidays. Other than that, sales people very nice as usual, their staff is very international, they speak many languages in case you need.
Nick D: Amazing location. Terrible customer service. This has to be the worst Apple store I have visited in Europe. The staff was unprepared, uneducated, unavailable, busy and even rude. Two people were not able to answer a simple question about a magsafe battery. We wanted to buy a watch band, however all of the ones for trying out were size 5. They were incapable of assisting us with measurements. Three people were “very busy with a problem” and they directed us to another which just said he can help in 30 min and we decided to just drop it. To top it all off one guy came aggressively shouting at me for touching one of the new watches which apparently are put up only to look at. It seems they don’t want to help you or even sell you anything and just lost a customer. I would not return to this location again.
Michaela Spitzer: The shop certainly looks nice but customer service was appalling. It was very busy and there were many employees around, but only one of them took payments which meant that there was a very long and slow queue. I only wanted to buy an audio jack but gave up after waiting in line for 10 minutes.
Linh Phan: I have been to quite a few Apple stores in every city that I’ve gone to but I have to admit that this store is very spectacular. The water fountain is very unique. The staff is quite helpful as well.
Amin MG: I liked it, staff are multilingual and supportive.And they don't press you to buy, you can enjoy communicating with them about latest technology without feeling you're wasting their time.

Allyson Anatra: Very rude woman clerk today kicking all of us out at 7:40pm. Google says UO closes at 8pm so which is it? I recommend re-training your staff and teaching them how to not only to tell time but how to speak to their clientele with respect. Will not be returning.
Andrea Pizzorni: It’s good store they don’t sell vintage clothing for kids I saw a few kids looking for clothes and it’s a bit pricey for some people but it’s a pretty good place
Adrian Andonovski: Great range of really cool stuff (clothes and way more). For the most part overpriced but when items are reduced you can find them for a price you're happy with. Their own range of clothing is quite good quality but corners have definitely been cut to reduce costs (exe. Plastic zipper on 115 euro winter jacket) . Overall a great place to find all those trendy things you see in magazines/movies. Well worth a look!

P B: probably the simplest Urban Outfitters I have ever been to. The layout was quite different than my previous visits throughout North America, and the selection of items was not as wide here. As expected, the men’s section was rather small, not many items to choose from and the store brands were more prominently displayed as expected. The staff was welcoming and helpful, especially when I got lost in the maze of the women’s department and couldn’t figure out how to exit. This location has an accessible entrance.

Desilio Neto: Very crowded, queue to enter and didn’t have my shirt size to uniform number 1, although I bought the number two. You can customise your shirt in the store, but have to queue again
gabriel valdovinos: As a Milan fan from the USA, finding milan merchandise with customization options is difficult to find in the states. I ordered an authentic shirt and requested and purchased all the shirt sponsors that are on the jerseys of the players when playing games. I received my shirt with a missing sponsor and requested help fixing it. Their solution was to refund me the additional amount spent on the customization of the sponsors. As it was the best solution for them, I'm left still with a shirt that's lacking the look as seen by the actual players and I can't help, but slightly dislike the appearance of my jersey knowing it's missing something. For what they charge for the jerseys and the customization, you would think they'd do a more thorough job of making sure all customization requests were met, but unfortunately mine did not get the professional attention needed.
Qiu Pengxiang: The shop locates in the center and easy to find. The shop was very crowd yesterday probably because of too many fans for the champions league match against Chelsea after 6 hours. Almost every popular size of fan articles on the second floor was sold out. No staff takes care the second floor, all staffs are busy dealing with customers on the first floor. The shop is just too small for a such famous club. The worst thing is the shop doesn’t sell scarf, one of the most used fan articles!
Doruk Duraner: I love AC Milan with all my heart, and the store was filled eith valuable memorabilia from the club's rich history. However, it wasn't as big and flashy as I'd hoped from a club as big as Milan. With some minor adjustments, it'd get a 5 star, but still, they have my heart. Forza Milan.
George Toumanidis: A nice and magnificent boutique! The staff was super polite! The only disadvantage is that the second floor is not always open!
Ondřej Mareš: I´m warning others about very bad customer service. I did my best and tried to change a size of bought jersey (sent a request ca 1h after its online purchase, btw. no chance to connect with the store directly via phone) - REACTION of the service AFTER 4 DAYS, when the jersey (customized) was already delivered. Of course there is no chance to change it now as it was customized (even with IBRA on the back, guess one of the most selling jersey). Sorry, but this is very poor interest in own customers and fans, even beyond the borders of Italy.

Hugo Leo: TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I made an online order for 2 jerseys. After realizing that I had made a mistake with sizing I attempted to modify and cancel my order (within 30 minutes of placement) using the correct online forms. The reply I received was generic and of no help regarding no cancellation of customized products once they have been made. After more cancellation attempts through the online form and unanswered calls, I received and email 11 days later saying that the order is ready for dispatch! 11 DAYS after attempting to cancel my order! Now I have 2 jerseys that cost $220 AUD each that don’t fit me. Never again will I buy from this store.
Elad Shemesh: Terrible customer service! Bought a shirt with my son's name on it. Letters started falling off a day later. Emailed + called the store - no reply. Nothing. Poor quality for an expensive product and zero customer service.

David Power: I was in there yesterday, 12/07/2022. The guy behind the counter yelled at my 8 year-old son for bouncing a basketball. Then he yelled at another customer who was apparently taking too much time in the changing room. Horrible atmosphere. I've been to the store in New York many times where it's fun, informative and inclusive. But this store is snobby, has an extremely limited range of products and teams represented and obviously horrendous customer service.

Teresa: Great discount designer clothes and shoes. The store was jammed with everything from missoni scarves to dolce and gabbana shoes. Worth checking out.
Sandra Bonsu: Affordable designer items can be found here. So many brands you probably haven't even heard off! It's a huge store with an upstairs. You need to take your time to look through things!
IB West: The sales were great in comparison. If you decide to go I suggest giving a few hours. They place things on the self all day. It will also take time to look through the lower and upper floors. They also have another location around the corner.
Jason Lin: Discount fashion outlet for high end surplus. Med size layout with men's on top floor and women's on ground floor. Fashion trend styles with a good mix of casual and business attire. Theres a second smaller dmag outlet about two blocks away.
Larry Carroll: With several locations it's a great place to shop and find designer brands at half price or less. When we went we were looking for spring/summer stuff and (of course) most of what was show were winter items. But if you can't make it out to the suburbs where the big designer mall is, this is your spot.
hsnayaz views: Saw the store and like. It has very brands to do shoping.
Matias Nestor Cuevas: Great selection and great prices. I've found so many gems and it's the only place I go to get designer clothes. Not everything has amazing discounts but it's obvious if you know anything about designer clothing. If you look hard enough you can get some crazy items for amazing prices. The only thing I would say is don't get any of the Supreme stuff they carry because it's not Supreme New York (the famous super hyped brand that all the kids want these days), it's Supreme Spain which is a "legal" knockoff of the real Supreme. Sadly it's really easy for people who don't know about this sort of stuff to get scammed, in a sense. But keep in mind, this isn't DMAG's fault. All the other items are legit though. Other than that, this place is awesome.
Daniel Bao: Not worth your time, all the items are randomly stacked. Not by size, and they are only giving about 30% off.
Marian Hopota: Good prices. A lit of designer clotes at good price.
Nicholas Hood: If you like designer, and want to save money or find odd sales and deals, last years style or any other number of lower priced higher end articles of clothing then this is probably the place to come. Although still at times quite expensive, the alternative for some may be totally unaffordable and this place their best chance to rock something stylish! Or if nothing else a brand name on it so you can perpetuate their advertising at no added cost to them.

REZA SADEGHI: A nice shopping centre! I recommend this place for all travellers to Milan! You can find almost everything there and if you are into specific brands you can find them there. Also a series cafeterias and restaurants are available in first floor.
Senaka Csilva: Excellent shopping complex in Milan. Amazing architecture of building and landscape. Many coffee shops,vine and other food places, great place to walk around!!!!
Chandhar: All good brands are incorporated under single roof that give you a chance to have more and more options for shopping. They do have food court at 1st floor which provides a lot of food options but I don't know about the availability of Halal food. The plus is the availability of rest rooms that too are free of cost and very clean.
Tehseen Ullah (Hafa): A wawoo place where no body can be bored. Lots of first class restaurants, a metro station, huge buildings, and greenery. love it
Vlad Carstea: Beautiful architecture and interior design, the outside area is great as well. Shops are on the ground floor, food court on the 1st. Some bars&bistros on the ground level, outside. Definitely worth it if visiting Milan - the only downside is that there aren't a lot of shops/brands there.
Atabey Heydarli: Nice place, with lots of luxury and good brands for shopping. Here you can find everything, from the grocery to a luxury car(Porsche).Also it has a nice eating floor full of delicious restaurants and place for studying and working.
Serdar “Travelmate”: Welldesigned, peaceful area. Everywhere is clean and tidy. Not too many brands but there are enough
Andrejs L: Modern shopping center with limited number of shops and food court. You can find something from clothes if you are lucky but not a place to go for shopping.
Edgars Miķelsons: Wery nice shooping center. A lot off brand shoops. Meny coffe shoops, vine and other food places. Sugest for everyone, if you are in Milan.
Darckghost Rider (ure_unique): HIGH RESTAURANTS CHOICE. Lots of shopping windows. AMAZING GREEN AREA.SUPER HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
