A M: Upon arrival the attendant was rather friendly and accommodating and ensured us that everything would be fine. I was quoted 25.00 for a van rental fee which wasn't a problem as we needed a van, but I had to leave that "cash". We were quoted 80 euros per month for the storage space. A little much if you ask me but then again...apparently he was giving us a deal. Yeah whatever! I asked if this was the total price and he said "Yes, you don't have to pay anything else for the van, it's all covered by easybox." After we visited our box, I asked about the van and he said that it was only available on a Wednesday from 9-6 pm. and don't forget you have to bring 270 euros for a deposit for the vehicle. I was rather astonished because I had just asked him if the insurance was included but as you can see it was not. The deposit was returned but we sure as hell weren't expecting that. The day we arrived at our box, nobody came out to greet us to show us how the process worked. Earlier that day, my husband had arrived early at 9:30 and had to wait 1 hour for them to give him our card. Considering we only had the van until 6:00 pm, you think she would have dealt first with him and then the other clients but she made him wait! It was a waste of our time for moving and delayed everything. After our move we arrived at the box and again nobody came out to greet us or show us where to put the van. Then our pin number didn't work. Nobody came out to explain the details or how we could contact the attendant via intercom and we were trapped between the gate and the locked door. We would have been there for hours had my husband not gone up the ramp to stare through the window at the guy. Then they told us they would come right out but nobody did. After 45 minutes of waiting, my husband walked back up the ramp and asked the guy about our pin. We finally were able to start unloading. I noticed there were trolleys, I walked over to get one and realized I had to put in .50 cents to get it. Now I'm thinking, we just spent 160 euros..(plus that morning my husband was asked for an additional "security deposit" for the storage space of 70 euros.. why? I don't know, we had just paid two months upfront, what's the deposit have to do with our storage if in the contract it says after 2 days late payment they block your space!) But then I couldn't believe I had to find .50 cents for a trolley. Of course not having it, I had to walk back up the ramp, go to the attendant and walk back down. Moving isn't easy to begin with but these guys don't make it easier. Poor customer service, quick to take money and really don't care about your stuff at all. Will not be recommending them to anyone I know. I'm waiting for my two months to be up, but my question is, so what happens if my stuff gets damaged? Do I get that 70 euros back?? Probably not, this is Italy, they'll find an excuse to keep it I'm sure but I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Rented for two months due to moving to a new building, but between: works, interruptions in the 24-hour access service (in the end we agreed on a new code every day), fragmented information from the sales rep and promised tools not available (pallet truck advertised as available 24 hours a day available, but disappeared from one day to the next); I decided to get organized and empty the box ten days in advance! Never again.

Walter Fucile: My experience with EasyBox has been undeniably very positive. All the staff, from the commercial, to the administration to that of the structure, have always been very professional and polite. But above all, the problems when important deliveries are awaited without being able to be present are on the agenda. The thing that most of all left me satisfied was the ability to take charge of each of these, finding the best solution for me as a customer. Should I need extra space again for some time, I have no doubt that I would turn to them again.

Giorgio Greco: The only negative thing I can say is that when I called to inquire about the costs I was offered a 50% discount offer on the first two months ... But I was NOT informed that it was necessary to add the insurance cost 30-45 € plus VAT. I only found out when I was already there that the final price would have been much higher than what was budgeted over the phone. Having said that I have nothing to say about the staff and everything else which is great. But unfortunately there was no transparency in the information and booking phase.

Mariano L: I asked for a quote but they did not inform me of the compulsory insurance of € 30 more, I found myself with all my things already downloaded, and a non-competitive price to pay, which I did not like at all. Katie K: Super clean with really a really great security system in place. I have complete faith that are items are safe here. It's very easy to move goods in and out of the units. Gian, the owner is spectacularly nice and went well above and beyond helping us with the worst move imaginable. We've used storage units in the USA and it's refreshing to have such an easy and friendly experience. I found the prices to be reasonable and Gian was very willing to work with us to get us exactly what we needed.

Marketing Strategy: Impeccable service. The managers are very serious, helpful and reliable. The prices from what I found around are the best on the market and the practicality of use is the best. The boxes are all very close to the entrance ramp and loading and unloading is very fast. For someone who is always short on time like me this is a great advantage. I've tried other centres, where I wasted 15 minutes just to get in and get to the box. Recommended.

We did not make reservations in advance. After arriving at the place, you can check what size of the locker the bags can fit. Georgia Chronopoulou: An easy and cheap way to store your bags near to the main train station! With two types of storage it’s very easy to fit even the largest luggages! The system had a few language options which is a bonus and very thoughtful. It is easy to use. You select the type of cabinet, the hours and your contact information! They will provide you with a PIN number for you to unlock later the cabinet! You can only pay via card! For 5 hours in the small cabinet (fits 3 big backpacks and even some other smaller things we had) we paid 9,99€ which we divided by 3!!! In the main train station you have to pay 6 euros for each item!!!!

Elinor Ackerman: Easy to use and secure. Make sure you arrive ahead of time to take your luggage out—when we dropped it off there was no line, but picking it up had a long line. It would be better to have two machines—one for drop off and one for pick up. Also, don’t stuff your bag in—we did this and it ended up breaking the handle. No fault of the storage but just a warning.

Glenn Fleishman: Stow Your Bags was just as easy as other reviewers said. It was a short walk from the main train station. The kiosk was straightforward to use, and the price was quite good. We were able to fit a giant backpack, a rolling suitcase, and a small bag in the "maxi" size with room to spare. I didn't realize how relatively few lockers there were. We were there off season (is there an off season any more) and didn't reserve one in advance. Next time, we would definitely do that to avoid being disappointed in case they were all in use.

Eli Berkovich: It's a rather small place, around 50 lockers, half of which are maxi sized for big luggage and half are for hand bags. We were lucky to come yearly in the morning. The process was quick - enter your email, phone number, pay with a card and receive a 6-digit code to unlock the designated lockers. The plus is that you can stuff the locker to the fullest, so we managed to have a small suitcase put open in two halves alongside the big suitcase. It costed us 20€ a locker for a day. We actually needed about 10 hours, but the price goes like 1-2-3-6 hours and then a whole day. Mind the opening hours, it is NOT 24/7! The door is easy to miss, there's no sign outside the building.

Michael Lomagno: BEWARE!!!!!!!!! If you use this place to store your luggage, be sure to remember which number the locker is and even better , take a photo. Why? Because in a rush, I didn't remember which number. I just remembered the general location. Once you enter code to open locker, the correct door should open, yes? NO!!!!!! A different door opened and no luggage. I call support. I try to explain 10x and they said I should have remembered which locker. Why isn't the locker number in the confirmation? I get disconnected from support. Do they call back, no? Again, I try to explain. The wrong locker opened. Finally, after a very tense discussion, they finally opened the correct locker. NO APOLOGIES, NOTHING, NIENTE. An important thing to keep in mind: a wrong locket opened. What if there was another person's luggage inside? In theory, I could have stolen it. Also, they kept asking me which locker. So if i tell them any locker #, they will open? They should know which locker which customer used. This is very bad or can become a bad situation. Will never use them again.
Response: Hi Michael, we are sorry for the inconvenience you have had, however please note that the opening code only opens the assigned locker, so you have probably deposited your baggage in the wrong locker, if you have forgotten your number, you can call us via intercom and with your surname we can trace your locker number but only if you have used the locker assigned to you. Obviously we had to open more lockers to check where your luggage was (not being able to know) and obviously according to our system we knew that these lockers were empty and therefore we could open them, (to avoid making you spend too much time looking at the cameras) so you please be careful, before using the service we recommend making sure that it works correctly as it is an automatic system, thanks anyway the same!

Vanjq T: Lockers are way smaller than in photos. In one “maxi” locker fits only one checked in baggage. Don’t let the photo fool you, like me. I took two of them for my personal baggage, because i had a backpack also. Too expensive. Price in add doens’t match the real one. Price for 5 hours is 16€ for one locker. Wouldn’t recommend.

Vidar Johnsen: Well, it does store your bags securely, but there's one single computer to open and lock your locker, and guaranteed to be a queue of computer illiterate people trying to figure out the principally simple menus for opening, closing and paying for the lockers. There should have been an app for this to avoid that hassle. It is sort of walking distance from the train station, and sadly, the best unmanned storage locker option around.

Kim Jordan: We rented a two-bedroom apartment because we were going to have a potential third person. We got here and we were given a studio apartment. The air conditioning did not work in August (boo!) and the cabinet door was broken. We had to get a hotel room because the second bed was a couch sleeper. We were unable to get any information nor contact until 4pm on check-in day, which was troubling since we’re in another country. All together, they only got one-star because there wasn’t a lower score to give them. BTW, communication dried up when I asked about the bait and switch…what a surprise! This was posted by James Edwards using my wife’s login (she has the international phone).
Response: I am a bit confused because I don't recognize your name as our guest. If you booked a two-bedroom apartment, I exclude that we gave you a studio apartment, because the agency through which you booked would not allowed it. I suppose you stayed at another property and recommended any reader of this post to refer to the reviews on Booking.com, Expedia, Hoteles.com or Agoda where only verified guests who stayed with us can post reviews

daniel labenski: We had the worst experience we ever had. They charge 290€ for one night, for ugly disgusting apartment, that was not clean, the towels had storng bad smell, it was cold and we didn’t have the remote for the A/C. Called the reception many time - no answer after 9 PM. Had to climb with my luggage 4 floors because the elevator didn’t work!

macro1976: Charged us two times and didn’t even have a room. Left us in the street with no where to go with two young children. Would not even reply once they got our money. No key, no room and charged us over $300. Avoid at all cost. Just look at the response from the owner on any and all complaints. We are certainly NOT one of your competitors! I don’t see how Booking keeps them on their site. My bank will refund my money and we also wrote Booking but it take 12 hours for a response and this just happened hours ago. Only fake reviews are the ones that are over one star. Don’t just walk but run from this place. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
Response: Firstly I would like to point out that I cannot identify who writes this review. The fact that he writes that he has been charged twice would suggest a fraudolent activity on our behalf, which considering that we have been operating on the short term rental market for over 20 years working with major agencies such as Expedia and Booking.com (where you write that you booked our apartment) is not realistic. The fact that you are writing your review here and not on Booking.com and some of the things you write suggests that you have not been our guest because you didn't show for check-in during the opening hours of our reception and that substantially you seem to be complaining about the so called no-show penalty we retain when a guest doesn't show because we keep the apartment available to this guest and forgo the rent from other potential guests. Anyone interested in reviews from guests who actually stayed at our apartments can read them on Booking.com or on Expedia. The fact that you write that reviews over one star must be fake demonstrates that you are not in good faith.

Mudit Dalmia: Short version/TL;DR: Yuck! Long Version: In our experience this place was not like the pictures. It was small and crammed for 4 people (2 bed apartment). It was so run down and cheap feeling that I wouldn’t even stay there if they paid me. I’d also like to mention that my blankets were found dirty. We also got only 1 set of keys for 4 people. We were told that if the air conditioning was left on for too long we’d have to pay extra for electricity (what..??). Would never ever ever stay here again. Would in fact stay extra far far away.
Response: I am sorry you found a dirty blanket. Cleanliness is of high importance to us, but mistakes can happen. Our reception at the ground floor is always available to help our guests in situations like the one you describe and we would have been happy to replace your blanket with a clean one. The apartment you stayed in corresponds to size of what you booked (studio apartments are 30 sqm and one-bedroom apartments 50 sqm and two-bedroom apartments 70sqm). Where you booked we also clearly state that we charge for air conditioning one euro per hour of usage. I don't understand why you complain after check out about facts that were evident to you when you booked. We usually provide our guests with one set of keys but provide a second set upon request

Cruxade: we got a water heater which turned out to be busted, no broom to clean, one dirty towel, a shelf that kept falling off the wall and its only support was the radiator underneath it. There was a power outlet under the kitchen sink (WHY???) and the sink kept dripping making both it and the power outlet unusable. The TV was slanted downwards which made it somehow look more depressed than me when I saw the apartment.
Response: This guest was together with three more under-age Erasmus students that left a review here, in our apartment 502 where they broke the kitchen faucet causing a flooding and an electrical short circuit which obviously stopped the correct functioning of all electrical appliances until we could send someone to fix their damages the following day. This group was part of a group of 50 Erasmus students who stayed in several more apartments and no one else complained here except these four guys in apartment 502 whom we charged the cost of the repairs of the damages they did to our apartment.

The room was not opened for me until after I paid and when I opened it I found a dirty room. dirty bathroom. The salon is dirty. Dirty smell all over the apartment. Response: Dear Mr. Alzamil, if you really believe what you are writing here, then you should proceed legally against us. What you write evidently doesn't make any sense. You should have solved your domestic problems before booking a discounted non-refundable rate. For other readers: mr. Alzamil's problem was that his wife wasn't happy renting an apartment where she would have to cook and wash rather then staying at a hotel with restaurant and laundry services.

Karen Withington: Great location for train and airport shuttle.. but be aware we arrived no one at office then told our apartment was in a different area 15min walk away.. refused this as to be near station was why we chose this location . Linen old.. bed hard...dirty dishes still in dishwasher..and they required a bond!!! This wasnt mentioned at time of booking and if you overuse the air com you pay for it !!! Pretty false advertising but once we sorted all the fine print out and cleaned the apartment it was perfect location for our needs to day travel to France Monaco and Switzerland .

Carlos P Garcia: The staff was not very very accommodating. Request is a no no. You cannot contact them on weekends. We were assigned on a different address away from the office/reception so we have difficulty for any communication with them. We (5 pax)were booked for 3 nights and they supplied us with just 1 toilet paper, 1 set of bath towel each and 1 foot towel for all. They did not even escort us to the apartment room which ended up with some defects which we don't know if they will charge us because they imposed us to sign a contract as we checked in with so many fine prints. Though the room was modern with a living room, dining, kitchen, and a large bedroom with closets. They have folding beds with mattresses. I would not recommend this apartment to my friends. Never.

Roberto Manzo: I had a bad experience with this organization, first of all by telephone we were not given the precise dimensions of the box and we had to go in person to check the dimensions, since we live an hour's drive away it was not the best, I also strongly advise against this solution because they oblige for the whole month and once the contract has been stipulated there is no right of withdrawal and moreover there is a footnote inside it with an automatic renewal not well specified in the agreement closing phase. In short, best avoided!

София Дутчина: Loved it! Extremely quickly helped to sign all the necessary contracts for renting an apartment. Upon arrival, I was provided with all the necessary details and had a small tour around the block. Super polite and easy to reach!

Adam P: AVOID Renting Milan! Smoothish experience when renting out, turns out to be a nightmare when the rent expires. A €2700 deposit on my son's apartment was reduced in excess of €1088 (40% of the deposit was simply stolen by the landlord), and the payment was made only after 2 months and 8 reminders, when I threatened them with retaining a lawyer. Since then, the agency remains simply deaf to my complains, there has been no response whatsoever. BTW, when signing the contract I receved an English translation, but it appeared to be DIFFERENT than the Italian original.

Dalb Goma: I recently stayed here and I am shocked that this place is listed as a 5 star hotel, I loved the decoration in the bar and the restaurant, also breakfast is a good 8.5/10, another ok thing is its 17 min walk to the duommo, but the rooms oh my God, so small, bed seems cheap, service is what you would expect in a 3 or 4 star hotel, air conditioning did not work. Also the place does not feel luxurious due to the area. Did not have a bad stay but definetly will not go back.

Nami Babaei: We arrived late at night and the code didnt work for 25minutes, noone answered the number they provided and the worst part was the sound of street cars and garbage trucks all night long. The owner instead of making up for the problems was rude and just tried to justify to hide the real issues. Stat away from this tourist trap!

Αναστασία Γιαρένη: Our family group of 5 persons, stayed at the apartment located in Via delle Asole 2. The spot is absolutely in the centre of Milan. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The best part is the direct communication with all the associates of Heart Milan agency. They always responded quickly and were helpful in everything we needed. They also arranged transport to Malpensa Airport with a nice minivan at a reasonable price. I definitely recommend accomodation at Heart Milan's apartments.

Benjamin McEldowney: I used the Easybox service for 4 months while arranging my move to Italy. Simple to organise from abroad, efficient staff and competitive prices, I would recommend it. I found it particularly useful to access the storage by tram no.4 from the city centre, as I don't have a car.

Jamie Plummer: Extremely easy to open/close contract and obtain instructions to access the box. Understand that you will need to cover the items stored with an insurance, best to use the insurance provided by Easy Box. Insurance might not be included in the initial quote. The location and box were super easy to access and was able to come and go as needed. Staff were easy to contact and available to resolve issues when they arose. Would use again!

The location of the building is convenient - as is the access - and in a non-chaotic area of ​​the city. Matt Wollert: Honestly as far as expectations go for Hilton this does not meet them. For one, Diamond Members looking forward to the "Executive" lounge, don't. The coffee machine is broken and doesn't dispense milk, they were serving whole unsliced pieces of fruit that you had to slice yourself with a butter knife (not easy) for breakfast, and water. For dinner time, they had self pour beverages which was nice but the appetizers were single bites of me and salad in tiny bowls. Not exactly what I would consider to be "Executive." Obviously this is a management problem; the staff was quite friendly and very helpful in getting me situated in my room. The room was okay. Sleeping area is nice but the bathroom is quite dated and the walls were very scuffed. The provided balcony was quite large and I would have loved to hang out on it but there was no furniture out there in order to do so. Just 200+ square feet of concrete. Quite strange. Luckily we were only here for one night before a flight. One item to note: If you are coming as a couple, apparently they do not let couples sleep in a queen sized bed (We do at home just fine) so they had to "upgrade" us to a King sized bed, luckily at no charge.

Dub Karriker: Our expectations were not that high for a chain hotel so near the train station. We chose it for convenience and were pleasantly surprised. High quality staff, large well-appointed rooms, good food and drinks. The concierge was very helpful. Very easy to get around but we actually enjoyed hanging out at the hotel. Wonderful! Safety: Felt very secure. Walkability: Super near the train station. Easy walk.

JC Y: Stayed here back in 2019 and again this past week. Convenient to the train station, the hotel is a good choice when traveling in and out of Milan. The hotel itself is clean, rooms are spacious (by European standards) and we have always had excellent service here including a recent upgrade as diamond members which was much appreciated after a long flight. The breakfast is great with a lot of variety although when the hotel is full, it can be chaotic. A small grocery store is also next door and there are some good local restaurants in the neighborhoods within a few minutes walk.

Eiji Hokama: Stayed for 5 nights. Location is very convenient since is two blocks away from the central station. Easy to move around Milan and around Italy. Agents at the front desk were very friendly and kudos to the F&B team that made every morning a nice experience. They have a wide variety of food but maybe they could vary a little since most of the days were the same items. However, food was fine. Rooms are a little outdated. (Specifically the bathrooms). When ordering room service, I was a little surprised of their delivery fee of €8. I rather have them not charge a fee but tip the delivery agent instead. Not even food delivery apps charges that amount. Overall a nice experience.

A S E: Overall, the entire experience was lovely. I was there for 2 nights. Rooms can definitely use some upgrading. The temperature at the hot breakfast buffet was sub par. Though you could see everyone was trying to do their best that they could. One of the best experiences was definitely with Joshua. He welcomed me with his positive and calm energy; efficient and polite. It couldn't be a better first experience for this hotel. I highly recommend you go and say hello to Joshua, tell him A send you! :) I wish everyone at this hotel demonstrated this level of professionalism and sincere yet warm/ caring in a city which can be so fast-paced and seems a little isolating. Steffanie Jebb: Convenient location to the train station, grocery store, and food. Amazing, friendly, and helpful staff that makes you feel at home and welcome. Unfortunately, I had to leave earlier than expected, but my stay was very comfortable, peaceful, and safe. I couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. The food provided for breakfast was remarkable and definitely worth the money. Highly recommend if you should be in Milan.

MrMQVO: It is not the first time that I go to this hotel, I have already mentioned the conditions of the rooms they are old perhaps from the 80s - 90s and for what you pay you would expect better room conditions. See ceiling photos where the paint is removed and the shower water does not go down. The staff is nice and the breakfast EXCELLENT, but the structure is starting to be old. I also had problems with the air conditioning on the first night and had to change the rooms ... at this point I would have expected help or compensation from the hotel which they did not give me. I repeat the hotel is not exactly cheap, I have a Diamond status with Hilton and I was expecting a different treatment.

Veronica Anne: I meant to write a review, and I'm a few months late. This hotel has the most AMAZING BREAKFAST BUFFET! It's a great location near the train station, with some nice little restaurants nearby. We actually ate at their little bar/restaurant several times as well, and the food was great. But the buffet is something else. The espressos, fresh cheeses, meats, and selection were off the hook! The scrambled eggs were amazing! No fake eggs, just creamy and yummy goodness!

Yair Zucker: Room was comfortable and overall tidy. Breakfast was comprehensive and of wide selection. Minimal interactions with staff were pleasant. Location near the central station means good public transportation accessibility, but it's also uncomfortable to go out at night. There's a handy grocery store adjacent to the hotel, which is a plus.

LV-Couple: Hotel conveniently located near Milano Centrale (3 minute walk). Lobby was busy but welcoming. Check-in super east. Restaurant and breakfast buffet served excellent food. The breakfast buffet was huge, offering a “full English” with more. The restaurant has one of the highest food ratings in the area. Our room was standard Hilton with a comfortable bed. Bathtub was very slippery and counter space lacking. The bad news was our room being very hot and it never changed after notifying the Front Desk. Members of our family stayed in another part of the hotel and the temperature was perfect. Would stay again but only in a room ending in single digits and below 20. For us, this hotel will be remembered as the one we could not sleep due to room temperature.

The breakfast area however needs updating/renovation as it’s super packed, so sometimes I wondered if everything was sanitary and would skip it.

Britney T: We initially booked this hotel for four nights and left after two terrible nights of no sleep. The walls and ceilings are so poorly constructed that we heard jumping from the room above and banging from the room next door all night. We made complaints to reception countless times to no avail. We ended up booking another hotel and left two nights early. The hallways are so dusty and smell old and should really be ripped out and refreshed. Furthermore, the lift is so small that it was a struggle getting in with my travel stroller. Not a family friendly hotel. Do not recommend. In response to your reply- I called reception and spoke to your staff about my complaints 3 times. I also spoke to the housekeeping staff and they also acknowledged how loud it was in the room from the guests above. Your staff were very well aware. Will definitely not be back, there are better hotels who actually care about their guests comfort.

Kristen Butler: Hotel seems nice at first, the lobby is beautiful. But it is an older hotel that needs updating. The elevators are tiny, the hallways smell, our room smelled like rotten asparagus and had stains on the carpet. The wall and ceiling had stains and damage. The room size was nice and the bathroom was huge. There is potential for the hotel to be amazing but needs a lot of work. Food and service at both restaurants were also just ok. Not the best Westin I have stayed at.

Wayne Cranston: Very nice hotel overall. Short (15 minute) walk to rail station. Room was large and comfortable. Lobby bar is beautiful and the bartender was super friendly and great at his job. It is old though and elevators were tiny, but really a small thing.

Shawn NGU: I don’t think this hotel even deserves one star. Poor staff service given by the receptionist. We booked the hotel room with breakfast included. Without checking the information clearly, the receptionist blatantly said that breakfast was not included in the package. Even though we showed the email that was sent to us to confirm the booking of our hotel package, she still insisted that we had to pay for the breakfast. I was surprised by the service given by the receptionist, especially since it’s a 5-star hotel. My family and I were really looking forward to the stay at this hotel. However, the first night was already an unpleasant one.

Mer P: Kind staff who are very attentive. Rooms vary - some are more classically fitted with rugs, gold framed photos and bathtubs. Newer remodelled rooms have wood floors and showers. Steam room is currently out of service. The gym has 2 rooms with mats, weights, and cardio machines. Breakfast is a variety of cereals, fruit, yogurts, eggs, potatoes, hand, cheeses and fresh juices.
