Y: The overall experience is so easy and fantastic. Named easybox for a reason:) I received the call 10 minutes after I requested the service online. All the staff are patient, professional and pay great attention to details. They speak English. They responded to my questions quick and helped me arrange a moving service at a very reasonable price. The check-in process is great. The unit is much larger than imagined and very easy to access. I would recommend to everyone!
Saleha Arodia: Really easy to communicate with them. Also even the small locker was big enough for all my bags and then some. They were accommodating and spoke English which was a major plus for me. Getting my stuff picked up and dropped off by their courier was also really easy. Would definitely recommend!

Walter Fucile: My experience with EasyBox has been undeniably very positive. All the staff, from the commercial, to the administration to that of the structure, have always been very professional and polite. But above all, the problems when important deliveries are awaited without being able to be present are on the agenda. The thing that most of all left me satisfied was the ability to take charge of each of these, finding the best solution for me as a customer. Should I need extra space again for some time, I have no doubt that I would turn to them again.

Violetta M: Great solution when you have an evening flight and the hotel is further from the center. Location less than 5 minutes on foot from Milano Centrale station. We did not make reservations in advance. After arriving at the place, you can check what size of the locker the bags can fit. The procedure at the luggage storage was smart & fast. 24/7 would be a good solution We recommend 100%
Georgia Chronopoulou: An easy and cheap way to store your bags near to the main train station! With two types of storage it’s very easy to fit even the largest luggages! The system had a few language options which is a bonus and very thoughtful. It is easy to use. You select the type of cabinet, the hours and your contact information! They will provide you with a PIN number for you to unlock later the cabinet! You can only pay via card! For 5 hours in the small cabinet (fits 3 big backpacks and even some other smaller things we had) we paid 9,99€ which we divided by 3!!! In the main train station you have to pay 6 euros for each item!!!!

It was the cheapest offer I could find. Have since used this company in different cities and never had any issue
Elinor Ackerman: Easy to use and secure. Make sure you arrive ahead of time to take your luggage out—when we dropped it off there was no line, but picking it up had a long line. It would be better to have two machines—one for drop off and one for pick up. Also, don’t stuff your bag in—we did this and it ended up breaking the handle. No fault of the storage but just a warning.
Michelle Moscardini: Stored my bags here for a week. It was easy and quick. I used two large lockers and stored two large and two small suitcases with room for other small items. It worked great. It does get a little crowded with people coming and going.

Andy Gilmour: Excellent storage company - highly recommended. Staff are very friendly & helpful (very patient with those of us with limited Italian) and their facilities are dry, clean and secure, with 24-hr keycode access.

Convenient and easy access to the structure and the garage, the equipment for handling boxes or other bulky objects is also well maintained. The only flaw is that on the coldest days a frozen patina often forms on the access ramp and in the parking lots where the sun never shines.
