Mario Verdicchio: The kindest store assistant ever. Ms Barbara, if I remember her name correctly, took care of us in the best possible way imaginable. If you need bags or suitcases and you want to give Tumi a try, I fully recommend a visit to this store in the center of Milano.

Kitty Bling: Upon starting my recent Italy vacation in Milan and arrival to my hotel, my Tumi luggage handle became stuck in place. With the handle not retracting I was at a lost on how I was going to travel thru out Italy with a broken handle. I took my luggage to Tumi Matteotti to see if they could repair prior to me leaving for my next Italian city. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the part in store so I had to purchase a new piece to continue my journey. In providing what can only be called exceptional customer service, the store associate Ari stated he would try to order the part as a rush, repair and then deliver my original luggage to my return hotel in Milan (my Italy trip began & ended in Milan). To my delight, I received a message from the store that the luggage was repaired and would be dropped off at my Milan hotel. Upon returning back to Milan, my luggage was waiting for me. Just an amazing customer service experience and I can’t thank them enough as the piece is a favorite and I didn’t want to have to leave in Italy. Bravo!
