Ilya Moroz: Add Wi-Fi for customers! I wanted to show the model I like, but there was no mobile connection in the store, and no Wi-Fi. Within 10 minutes, another customer came in and asked for a Wi-Fi too. Otherwise all great, the stuff is very helpful and the selection is awesome.

Blake Doyle: I was shopping around City Life Milan last year in May 2021. Needing some sunglasses I thought Rayban’s have an ultimate rep. After entering I was kindly approached by a young man asking me if I needed help in English. “No thanks I am only looking.” I responded. Moments later after having an idea of which sunglasses were right for me. I asked another tall young man called Andrea for help in which style, size and colour looked best on me. Then he spend loads of his time helping me try and test over 10 pairs of sunglasses. It’s funny I remember because of covid, all the ones I tried could not be returned without being cleaned, I remember their was a collection of my taste in glasses. But after browsing the store I decided on some Polarised Blue light lens sunglasses. I am very happy with my purchase because not only did I receive a great pair of glasses that really helped with my driving and day to day business but I got a free eye test the same day as my purchase. But I have to end this amazing purchase with a huge shout out to Andrea who not only helped me select, buy, straighten, and insure my glasses. Andrea has excellent customer service and will take time to listen and understand what the issues are and help fix them in every way possible. He helped me get my glasses repaired after I only cracked one lens and I contacted him and his store at City Life on the last day of the insurance by phone. I highly recommend to everyone the 10€ insurance for one part replacement. Now my sunglasses can be out in the sun again. 👍👍👍👍👍👍Andrea TOP 🔝

Five from five! By the way, I had a bad experience in the main RayBan shop near the San Babila in center of Milan. Two VERY unpleasant guys served me at 19:30 21/12/2021. Don’t understand how they still work there.. I came from other country and one of my wishes was to buy a classic RayBan shades, 🤷🏼♂️ almost ruined my dream…

I went in for a belt and came out with a bag and purse too. Unfortunately I didn’t try my belt on properly so got the wrong size initially (make sure you try before you buy). Use Global Blue so we can get a reasonable tax refund for our purchases. Planet tax doesn’t do CC refunds in Italy and has a horrible provider- forexchange which doesn’t give fair value.
