For example I bought a teddy bear for my daughter for 50 Euro, while the online price was 36 Euro. Beside this I found the service a little bit too cold and unwelcoming, which is very unusual for a toy shop.

After we left the shop she was really disappointed because your shop was the most exciting place in Milan for her. People never forget how they are treated, specially kids. She already explained this terrible experience to 3 of her classmates in ASM.

Pretty good prices and store on several floors. Pros is among others: huge store, famous icons like disneys cars, mario and alot of toys from big kids tv shows. The bad part is that it's quite tight. Also there are stairs to get down to the cashier and such, which makes it really hard to access with a wheelchair.

Alice: I have been frequenting this shop (both locations) for many years, because it actually has a really good assortment of quality games. But from today I certainly won't be able to use it anymore especially in the case of birthday presents. While phoning, asking if I could change a game, even quite expensive, because it was already owned by whoever was supposed to receive it, and having received a kind reply that they would have changed it without problems within 30 days of purchase, in fact instead in the shop I they made a lot of fuss as if the 30 days had already passed, which is not true receipt in hand, and then once I agreed to resume the game, they told me they would give me a voucher to spend within a week ... Obviously I kept the game I'll see if I can give it to someone else. Con Stroulios: Almost walked past this place, stopped and went inside had some wonderful stuff, great for kids, and that's where the children I me came out, has a variety of models that are all flat and you assemble everything. Its flagship product is the pinnochio series, a library book case collection of 9 volumes, depicting different times of pinnochio's existence, wonderful products, loved it bought 3 volumes. Worth a visit.

The owners are kind, patient and very knowledgeable about the products they exhibit in their restaurant. It is stunningly represented in lego and instantly recognizable. The store itself is also amazing. With a octagon style wall which itself is a genius idea contributing to the efficient layout of the store. The staff was quite friendly and helpful as well.

The products you find here are standard like most Lego shops. Considering they position in the city of fashion and design, they add a special touch according the events in town. This is the design week in Milan and they are offering a window to the event! Look for the Duomo cathedral made out of white Lego (see photos) symbol of Milan, the real building is a 5 minutes walk from the shop.
