Z.D Xu: Originally pre-booked an Alfa Romeo Giulietta Aut with full insurance for a 10 days to the Dolomites with a stop to Verona 1) Arriving at the front desk and was told that the Alfa Romeo has a very low clearance which is not good for mountain drive as it will get damage very badly (the road is actually paved all the way with no off trail) and she knows we bought full insurance 2) She suggested a upgrade to with a extra 30 euro/day (Audi Q3) which we declined. She finally convinced us to get a Minicooper Camden full electric, and the nightmare begins. It was our first full EV experience 3) we were told the car has a battery autonomy of well over 250km (actually 183km per manufacture) 4) were told that we will same on fuel as it’s an electric car (it ended up costing more than gasoline) and there will be charging station everywhere for free lime McDonalds, supermarket. Etc. (False, you need a functional phone with data, download an app and hope it can connect. Super charges are almost inexistant and regular charging station takes well over 4-6h to get the battery up 30%) 5) they gave us the car at 25% battery and we went back to the agency to ask them to help us find a charging station and the staff told us the battery is full at 100% on the left side of the pic and the 2 barres at the right is the RPM?!? And told us everything is ok and just told us to go and never intended to help us (It almost left us stranded on the high way without power) 6) Milan to Verona takes around 1.5h usually and end up taking us over 8h as we where constantly trying to find charging stations and everything down to minimum energy usage (no AC, no fan, no audio even) 7) In conclusion, the front desk knew about our itinerary to the Dolomites windy up and down road and still pushed us to get a city-drive EV car (by the way, we saw less than 3 charging station in the Dolomites) They have been dishonest about the mileage, gave us a car that’s 25% charged and told us it was 100%! Luckily, we were able to switch to a full gasoline at Verona airport after 8h of scrambling around looking for charging stations.

Ulrike Deslee: We were very happy with this small office at the Piazza Duomo. The young gentleman was very kind, we were allowed to leave our luggage for some time in the office. The information which he gave was correct, accurate, not trying to sell us all the extras by force just by gentle explaining. The car we got was clean, working well, on time at the delivery.

Ronen Mashal: I ordered a 7 seater from the site, to ensure we have room for luggage. Firstly, Sixt was the only agency providing this category. Cudos. We found the rental office very easily. The agent at the desk was very helpful and spoke clear English (still rare in Italy). The car was as expected, with ample room for 5 grownups and luggage. It ran smoothly without a problem for two weeks until we returned it. The return at the airport was easy and quick.

She had a beautiful energy and her smile was contagious. We rented the car for almost 2 weeks, had no issues with it and returned it in Rome at the airport where the staff was also very kind. Hassan Al-Sulaiti: This car rental office is a rip off. I reserved a car and paid in advance and agreed to collect the car the next morning before opening hours and the employee said someone will be there. The employee only opened the office after the opening hours and due to an argument between the employee and my travel partner I was refused the car. Me, the person that reserved the car did nothing wrong. It was an employee enforcing her powers over me. She said she will make a full refund but until now there has been mo email proving this. Avoid.

Zaid Abed: Worst experience ever, I recommend picking up from different branch not this one.I arrived after working hours due to a delayed arrival so I called sixt customer service and they told me it’s ok you can pick it up the following day and will charge you starting from your pick up date. I went to pick up the car and the agent basically kept using the word because you are late we don’t have the car you picked will give you different one Jeep renegade while my original car I picked is BMW 3-series or similar so I was like that’s fine, then she was like the jeep is a higher grade! So we will charge 50 euro extra per day! And this is the only car we have since you are late or if you want you can cancel your reservation! I had an apportionment and just wanted to leave and wait until they ask for feedback, I was given 7/8 tank and still was charged for not returning full although it was noted, my advice avoid this branch and ensure the tank level is noted or just tell them I want it full if you can wait! It was noted but still got charged so now I have to contact them and share the picture of pick up versus return.

Max Grigoryev: Highly recommend this Sixt office. Whenever we travel in Europe, we use Sixt - reliable, easy to book, pick up and return cars, in office experience is always perfect. This time our experience was far and beyond perfect - Anastasia helped up so much, got us a great car and generally was very attentive making us enjoying our rental experience. I would highly recommend this Sixt for renting a car and going to the beautiful Italy.

Sabri Jarrah: Professionals, and friendly. Ask for Julia, she’s one of the best I’ve dealt with, beautiful smile & solves the problem. I rented a small hybrid fiat 500, and drove it to como, the car was clean, tidy and tiny.

Diane Henry: Warning! Scam rental agency. In addition of not giving us the good car range we paid for and with cuts on the upfront tyre (see picture attached) we are stuck 30km away from Milano as the engine started to choke ("insufficient oil pressure") and we have been told to put some oil again. Now the garage has come but Sixt is not willing to send us another car and we are supposed to take a cab on our own to get back to Milan. We are losing a 2 day rental to visit Come Lake just because of how bad these guys are.

I had a trip problem and the manager and his team helped me a lot, trying to find solutions (it wasn't a car rental problem) to help me have a good trip. Very nice and helpful people :) Edit : I changed from 5 stars to 1, because even though everything I said above is true, I ended up being charged almost 300 euros more that what was agreed based on an invoice. Even though the team was awesome and nice, overcharging like this and despite what was agreed on an invoice I received is very wrong.

Alex Andreanov: Booked a car for 12 pm. Got there 12.05.. there was a line… 1.00 pm I finally got to check in desk. Then quite fast registration.. and 1.10 I’m waiting for my car. 30 later, I went back again to ask where the car is, they say oh sorry it’s coming, one moment, it on the way.. but probably the car was on the way from Germany because at 14.30 car was not there! I had to go to the center of Italy for an event, obviously with 3 hours delay that made no sense, so I canceled my reservation.. thank you for ruining my Saturday.

Be careful when you pick up your car especially when they ask for your electronic signature on their screen ... don't let them scroll down the contract for you (how foolish of me...)

raj shah: Extremely professional and friendly company. No need to worry about overcharging, taking money after returning car under false pretences and trying to sell you unnecessary insurances . There is one price for the car and one for full insurance and a deposit of 250 Euros, which is returned upon no claims . I recommend taking their insurance for total peace of mind. The other great advantages are: all the paperwork can be done via email. Car is dropped of at the airport and returned there . So , you land , pick up your car and away you go to enjoy your holidays...... wish they were operating at all airports!

hardijs janovskis: Everything good. I was little afraid to rent car in Italy so I find this company had good reviews. After renting with them I understand it is for a reason. Everything was exactly how we arrange it on whatsup. Deposit was back in two days no problem. Car was in good condition, price was fair compared to other companies. Actually, during Covid-19 it was not allowed to use public transportation in order to get home from MXP. So I think Savaln Rent Car was the best and most economic option. Salman Sadeghi: We had a wonderful experience with this Savalan rent a car service, we took a twingo from them for 4 days and from the point where we called them for the first time until we handed back them the car after our trip everything was smooth enough to be appreciated. Rates and the condition of the car both, were way better compared to Europcar and other famous services. Peter manco: Hired a car at Milan Airport, told the guys I wanted to drop the car off in Milan city instead of coming back to the Airport. The guy that ran the city office just happened to be the counter as we where picking up the car. I asked him what time are closing the city office and other related questions. Everything was fine up in till this point. As we went to return the car the next day, we noticed the office was closed, I was little upset as we had tight schedule. I waited around wile trying to call the out of office number that nobody picked up the phone. 20min later, the Milan office guy comes, as I explained to him that we would like to drop the car off, he said the office is closed and that I needed to go to the next office. We called to the office in Milano, after a lot of phones we left the car in a garage in the dolomites and took taxi to Verona airport to get a new car. We paid 450 Euros on this taxis just because we got promised on the phone that we will get our money back. We sent a lot of emails in the past month to costumer service. Nobody answers us. ‏It was me and my wife's honeymoon, we saved every penny for this trip and you ruined it. ‏A company that does not answer after payment. I have never experienced such terrible service. Frustrating!

Louise Burrows: Firstly the car we picked up was awful. The passenger seat could not move backwards or forwards - we had adults in this car and could barely fit in. The car was also very old and terrible to drive, as well as being very expensive. When we complained about this, they did not offer any refund or discount. When we picked up the car, the assistant instructed us to check for scratches on the outside (she never told us to check for equipment on the inside). Unfortunately, we had a flat tyre on our last day (flight in the evening) due to a screw in the road. Sicily by car sent a mechanic to come and change the tyre with the spare in the car. He had to use his own car jack as there was not one in the car. When we returned the vehicle to the airport, the assistant claimed that the car jack has been in the car all along and that we had lost it. When we explained a thousand times that that was not the case, they finally agreed that it probably was not there and they screwed up. However, they still insisted on charging us £250(!) for the car jack. We asked for proof that the car jack was in the car before we received it and have been provided with nothing. They have insisted on charging us for this. My third party insurance will not pay for a car jack. This is an absolute scam! Even though they admitted they were wrong, they still did not correct the charge. The whole ordeal was very frustrating and upsetting, especially when we did nothing wrong and were never told to check the car for internal equipment. When I have continued to ask for proof - they have ignored me and continued to charge my credit card anyway. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. There were other people at the desk who were also dealing with issues.

jim sotiropoulos: Ιt is the first time i evaluate so low. I asked a car without a credit card like fiat panda. Τhey give me a nice opel corsa. Until i take the car everything was ok. They told to give 300euros as a guarantee but they charged me 315!!! The day i took the car i immediately put 25euros gasoline (about 11litres). I took the car from milano and we drop off in bologna. The day i drop off the car there were 37/45 litres deposit. But they told me that i have took the car with 45/45 litres!!!!!!Even this was real they had to give me about 20euros less from the quarantee. That means 315,00-20,00=295,00€. Τhey gave me back 248,0euros without an explanation. I have sent them few mails but no answer. They don t respond to me. And of course i dont have my quarantee back. They own me 75euros. Not 1 star but zero star is the right choice.

Izumi Kobayashi Sakamoto: DO NOT RENT HERE! : Unilateral random charges to our card!! 1. We rented the car for 3 days, the initial day of the rental they took HALF a day to give us the car (Around 1 pm). Making us loose all our appointments of that day. 2. They charged us 300 additional euros. When we asked what happened, they say it was "damage on the car". But they don't know which kind of damage, not able to give us any explanation about the charge. At the moment of giving back the car, no one was there, so we left the key in the box and took pictures of the car. 3. They have made several unilateral charges to our credit card, some of them disappear after, some of them stay and are called a "damage on the car that we don't know what it is" Update: As recommended we have contacted the Customer Service team, who has no clue on what we did to the car.

Wouter Keekstra: TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH BUDGET MILANO LINATE We rented a car for 3 days and after waiting for hours and missing appointments, we received the car. When we returned it, there was nobody to receive the car. We returned the car in impeccable condition. Now they charge without any notification to my credit card ridiculous ammounts (around 300 euros). When calling customer service, they say it`s bacause of damage, but they can`t tell me what kind of damage. I send them pictures of the car showing the car has no damage whatsoever. Please don`t rent a car with Budget at Linate airoport. I rent frequently at Lintate airport and my experience with Locauto is pretty good. UPDATE: one week later and after several phone calls and emails, I still have not received any feedback or even an explanation why they charged my credit card. This is unbeliveable and unacceptable. PLEASE DO YOURSELF AND OTHER CUSTOMERS A FAVOUR AND DON´T RENT A CAR AT BUDGET LINATE. THESE KIND OF BUSINESS PRACTICES SHOULD STOP.

Alex: The worst experience in my life. They do fake scratches and will charge you extras after the return. They charged me for gasoline, a scratch and some other mystical reason however the vehicle has been returned on time, full tank and no new scratches. Full coverage has been purchased to avoid those things, but still they charged me. This is a scam organization , not a business. Will report It everywhere I can. ))) DOn't rent here, no way. Go with Sixt or others, who is a little more expensive, but don't do mistakes like we did. Good luck.

Ruggero Corcagnani: 2h30 min to be served at the desk, only to find out that the car I booked and pre-paid was still not available and that they apply weird old-fashioned bail payment policies for which they do not accept nominative debit cards if the characters are not embedded. They didn't even care to solve my problem as I book through rentalcars. In the end I had to go to Sixt and pay a lot as it was without reservation Extremely rude and unprofessionals, do not rent there

Eshi Dhaliwal: If you are traveling from out of country.. DON'T rent car from them. They will not disclose all the charges up front. They lie. First they can't speak English properly. I asked them everything and Guy kept saying yes yes yes. There was a lady working with this guy and they kept talking in Italian and laugh. I should have known that there is something fishy. They gave us GPS saying that there is no GPS in car and internet won't work in mountains which was a big lie. They never said anything about airport charges and told me if I want to drop of the car at Malpensa Airport there will be only 15 euro extra charges where I am being charged crazy amount. I would suggest don't bother to rent car from them in Europe. I dropped off the car in less than 12 hrs but still being charged for 2 days just because there was no one at drop of location (Malpensa Airport) and i dropped the keys in drop box. How is it my fault as customer that there is no one available to take the car. Also, even though i filled the gas tank right before dropping off the car. they still charged me and now no one will call me back or fix my bill. I have been calling them everyday. I am so disappointed. In Canadian dollars, I have paid about $490 for a basic car for 1 day whereas when i rented the car guy told me it would be only about 50 euros if i drop it off before 24 hrs with full gas. SAVE YOURSELF AND RENT FROM SOMEONE ELSE.

The Aviator: Never again with Budget at Linate Airport: We rented a car for 0100 PM. Our flight was delayed by a couple of hours, I called them and told them that we will be late. They said no problem, will put it into the system. Unfortunately I did not get a confirmation email. When we arrived at 0600 PM, the agent had to check if our car was still available. And of course it was not there anymore, but they offered us the next higher category for 181 Euro more. For our reserved car. I did already pay 224 Euros, so almost double the price for the rent. After lots of discussion and no signs of help, I took the next higher category. So for me it was a total rip off.

Hideki Miura: Consider bringing your bicycle to travel around. It can be much faster than waiting for them to deliver your car.They have an interesting system in which they rent more cars than they have available. I was there roughly one hour before the reservation time, which, for serious and professional companies, should not be a problem. Then I returned exactly on time to find out they still didn't have a car for me. The very impolite attendant simply asked me to return later, in the afternoon to see if they would have something - a surreal response. One hour later they came with a car, with higher rating than the one from my reserve, but I would have to pay extra for their mess. Two hours later I got a disgusting FIAT Qubo, but since I was late, I had to take it. It took me longer to fly from the Netherlands, including the trains I usually take, than to drive from this airport to Lecco. I was not even surprised to see other people having the same problem while sitting there.

Jacki Jacki: Don’t expect them to have the car you asked for. Requested bmw series one, got a clio instead because “it’s the same category”. Decided to upgrade to a different car for 25 euro a day, since the clio was a joke and somehow got scammed into signing an “additional product” for 250 euro, no clue what it is. There is also another suspicious 135 euro ”airport fee”. Can’t believe this just slipped in like that and I didnt notice. Absolutely the worst rental ever. Read the contract twice!

Alexander Øster: So the thing is that we ordered a car from budget and expected that all would work fine. When we come to the counter they would not let us get the car because we wanted to pay the depositum with another card, but that was not possible.. But the day before we talked with carrentals and they said it was no problem. After a helpful conversation with carrentals they tell us that they can just change the name on the voucher, but the person working at the counter first told us that they were not able to do it. After a long, stressful and provacativ conversation with the person at the counter they say that the only way for us to go, is to now rent 2 cars, because the car we rented wasnt there! which means that we have to pay double of everything.. Again after a long and meaningless conversation with the same person he tells us that the car is actually there, but the problem is still that they cant change the name in the voucher. And this is where it shows that noone should use this company. After a twohour long conversation we now just wanted to get going, which meant that we had to pay 400EUR more! After we make the agreement about what the price and everything is, the person at the counter just change the name on the voucher, which he earlier told us was not possible. This just shows that what the company only want is people’s money and not recomendations, which they clearly needs, ALOT! If i could, i would not give this company any stars, badest costumer service ever! I dont know his name, but he has black hair and beard, this guy should be fired. He have no idea how to work in a company like this. This guy have no empati what so ever with other people, they only think about making money even though we booked it much cheeper than what we had to pay! And by the look of the overall score as i mentioned earlier, other people are not happy with the service either! SOMETHING HAVE TO CHANGE! I will make sure, that noone who is in my network will ever use Budget or Avis in Milano Linate airport! And by the way all the other carrentalfirms in linate airport are really nice, and when we said that we had problems with another carrentel company, they just asked us if it wasnt Budget and AVIS... Which clearly shows that other people also had a problem with them. DONT EVER USE BUDGET OR AVIS IN THIS AIRPORT! THEY ARE RIPPING YOU FOR YOUR MONEY!

Shortly, 347€ is the amount i lost because of the very bad service and accountability at Hertz, also all of our plans changed entirely accordingly. So the amount we lost is xxxx. Stay away of hertz.

Mo Iggy Loh: The Hertz return counter is located between decks 4 and 5 of the multi-storey carpark. It's a little hard to navigate a big car in this complex, especially if you are not used to right-hand drive. However, the ground staff were very efficient and the returning process was very fast.

Adriano Giarratano: I booked and paid in advance as usual a vehicle, reaching the delivery office I realized that it was closed, although the opening time had not passed, I arrived at 7.40 pm in front of the door of Hertz in Via Cappellini and a stranger to the company, he told me that a little further on is the parking lot and that probably the staff had gone there. I am about to reach this parking lot, once I realize that there is nobody, computers and cars are there, unattended and left at the mercy of anyone who has entered. I wait a few minutes and arrive a couple of customers to leave their rented vehicle, at that time I learned that the place was completely deserted and mostly closed. I am a Gold customer, I had the vehicle assigned with a license plate that I received by message, I expected someone to wait for me to give me the keys, instead I had to take a taxi to leave. The next day I went to the agency, the very grumpy staff challenged me that the office the night before had been open until 8.10 pm, which was completely false and proved by some photos I took that evening when I realized that I could not take the vehicle, photos that testify that before 8.00 pm I was there to pick up the vehicle I paid for. After a brief discussion, I tried to find a solution and I was offered a car for the rental that I had paid for, so I would have had the car but I would have lost the day before (paid), in this case I agreed to take the vehicle. Unfortunately there were damages, at the desk they warned me of the presence of such damages, my good faith made me take the vehicle without thoroughly inspecting it, two damages were reported on the back of the vehicle, while at the desk they told me about two damages, one on the back and one on the side. With great astonishment on the return, the damage on my side was disputed, which we are sure was present before the rental, and then I looked for the photos sent by Hertz at the time of the rental. Attention to this thing, in fact I received 4 months old photos, therefore the damage was not present, and it was useless to tell the surly and rude staff that I had not done that damage. I have sent an official complaint asking to show me the photos of the rental contract previous to mine, from which it would surely be inferred that the damage was present before, I still have not received a reply, nor do I believe I will receive it. In short, this rental cost 160 euro for the damage and lasted one day earlier than originally paid. I hope this company can take action and stop ripping off customers with these subterfuges, I am completely disappointed with the service of this Hertz station, and I will do the right publicity by sharing this review wherever I can.

Pol: Shameful service by the tall guy from Hertz. After a problem with Expedia (the contracted deposit did not match the one they made us pay), the tall, dark-haired boy first lied to us saying that he was charging us the agreed deposit, seeing through the bank's app that they wanted to charge us more than €700. After refusing to pay said amount (since our contract said otherwise), the guy decided to start being rude, yelling at us and telling us to get away from the counter. He even got up to push us away and threatened to call the police (we encouraged him to, but he didn't dare). On the other hand, Elena was great and tried to solve the problem with great professionalism.

Marie Connolly: We decided to rent a car for tomorrow September 11th for one day to get us to and from the monza Grand Prix at the price of €160. We booked this car at 9pm, however, after reading reviews about this company we checked the opening hours of their office and although we were allowed to make the booking we then found out their office is closed until Monday morning! So at 11pm, just 5 minutes ago, we cancelled our booking only to receive a notification telling us that there was a “cancellation fee” and this Would be €130? This is absolutely not acceptable, your office will not be open, we cannot collect our car, it was your websites mistake, we should absolutely not have been charged a cancellation fee that was only €30 less than the cost of the Rental! Thrifty Milano if your representatives are reading this review, please be advised my solicitor will be in contact very shortly.

While I was there he did this to myself and 2 others while the local person that returned had no damages. Complete BS. Ibrf (Ibrf): I reserved a Mercedes van to pick up from this location but when I arrived the staff were very rude and she told me I need an international driving license which is incorrect because as a foreigner I'm allowed to rent a car and drive with my foreign I.D. for up to 6 months which I didn't know at the time and so I believed her bit then when I researched the topic later I found out that she was lying and that thrifty essentially scammed me out of my rental which ruined my vacation with the family I shall never rent a car from thrifty very bad service I will file a complaint against the staff member that ruined our vacation with an invalid law I definitely don't recommend this location.

Cyprian Dalli: The staff at the reception desk, especially Sara and Antonio/Andrea were very helpful in guiding me to a suitable car. They were very professional and kind! Picking and returning car was very easy and fast too. They released the deposit within a couple of days, which was amazing since I had experience of having to wait for a week or two with other companies. Only bad point was that I never received the original contract via email. However this might have been a system failure. Overall a very positive impression and service and I will definetely look out for Sixt when I hire a car again!

Houston Ng: Felt like a total scam… the sales almost scammed me by giving me a lower class. Almost wanting to charge me more for what I’ve booked for. Not sure if that’s for revenge or what, he gave me a car that almost looked like a crime scene has happened there. It’s filled with grime and dirt in the interior while the trunk may have experienced an explosion inside.. it’s filled with some dried white dirt. Too bad I only noticed this after driving out of the parking lot.. they should pay me for the cleaning fee. PS watch out for the upsell, they want you to buy whatever insurance or protection forcefully as well.

Msworldwide1: Update: This is my second visit to this location. The staff at the counter were amazing. Super friendly and patient. The guy in front of me was having issues with his credit card and was calling the bank and trying different cards. He was being a bit difficult refusing to move and allow the attendant to assist the next person in line. The staff was so patient. Finally they got him to move and they were so apologetic about the inconvenience even offered us coffee while he assisted us. Gave us a restaurant suggestion and it was an amazing experience. The car was clean ran great and the return was easy and convenient. You just park and drop the keys in the drop box and go. One thing to note when booking online the final price is never the same. Also check your final invoice. I was charged for 3 days snow chains that I didn't have nor did I ask for. 1st visit: Staff friendly, prices fairly reasonable. They got me in and out quickly. Tire pressure needed to be checked, and the guy told me it would reset itself. It never did. I paid for gps and I explained I needed to go to Switzerland. It didn't work the entire time.

Trevor Dunkerley: Excellent service at Malpensa and Marika who sorted us out was superb. Very friendly whilst being utterly professional. Paperwork was handled swiftly and we were on our way within 30 minutes. Car was excellent too. Only downside was the increased price we paid this year but this is a global situation and not caused by Sixt.

Turkka Taipale: Hi, this feedback goes only to employee who works at Sixt at Malpensa airport, Milan. 1. He tried to sell full insurance for us, which is normal. After saying that we are interested in only cars external body insurance, he did not take the insurance package off. Just before signing the rental deal we noticed that the whole insurance package was still there either we did ask him to remove it from our deal. This gains no trust in between customer and Sixt. 2. He was also trying to sell us full tank of gasoline, which is normal also. The way he did it, was lying about gas prices in Italy. He said that gas will cost around 2,50€/l at petrol station and they sell you full tank at 2,20€/l. The business model of selling full tank, is familiar to me and that is not the issue. The issue was about lying to the customer to get more sales and personal bonus. We drove quite a much around Italy and and gas prices were 1,99€/l - 2,15€/l. This manner of employee damaged the trust of whole company of Sixt and it is hard to trust them anymore. 3. He never showed us any document or terms and told us to check them. I am not sure, if this is something people want to do or should it be done before hand in web, but if I am buying some services at the counter, I guess the documents changes and would be nice to have a copy of updated documents with me to show what have I signed up for. 4. After this service, he did ask for us to rate him 5 stars and give a great feedback. So over all feeling after all this was very untrusted about Sixt. My rental experience at Milan was unsure and I could not know if there was some other hustle that I could not notice. At last we were very disappointed about this selfish behavior of employee, which gave us bad feelings at the start of our holidays.

Darren Rycroft: Very friendly & helpful counter staff and both collection & return was very straight forward. The vehicle size I initially booked wasn't available and had to make an upgrade which cost me extra. That said, the vehicle was very economical and comfortable to drive. All in all, my experience with SIXT has always been good over the years.

Saeed Sultan: I have booked on car and paid online 25% of rental. Once I arrived they told me its not available and a similar car can be taken or up grade the booking. I have agreed to upgrade my booking with 23 eur per day. The old booking with 308 eur so and adding 23 per day for 7 day total should be 464. I were charged 929 eur and the employee was not clear at all with break down price. I felt they are using non EUR people and i had to take it.

Andrew Hones: Service and explanations were spot on. Car was ideal served it's purpose. Staff polite and helpful. Price was good with no hidden extras. Will definitely use them again.

Giyora Haron-Yehuda: This is going to be a rather long review, so I'll start with the bottom line: don't use their services, unless you have to. Why? Several reasons: 1. Like everyone else has already mentioned, you should get their Premium Cover (no excess). You don't want to start tracking dents and scratches on their cars, and from what we saw - there are plenty. We got a relatively new car, and it had multiple. 2. Their fuel tank "full to full" policy only works one way. They tell you they must take a deposit of €100, in case you return a non-full tank. When we received the keys, I showed their agent that the tank was not full (see attached photo). He said he'd write it down but nothing was done about it. When we returned it full, the lady at the desk just nodded and said she was sorry. 3. Yet again, even though the reviews mention it all over the place, the windshield wipers fluid reservoir was empty. It's like they don't do any kind of basic checks/maintenance on their cars before handing out the keys to the next customer. 4. Their shuttle service from the airport is broken. That was the worst part for us. We waited for over 30 minutes in the hot sun trying to board one, but people kept pushing us and skipping the line. Their "Parking Go" drivers don't speak English whatsoever, so our attempts to explain to them that it wasn't fair were in vain. What an awful experience to have after a long flight. Even after I called them and explained what's happening, we weren't added to the driver's list. In the end, we had to push through to get on one.

Jelena Synanovič: We just took our car and we do not know how it will be at we end, but from the begging it was a beautiful experience. Our flight was delayed, and we came just 21.30 at the airport. It was very busy and everybody were waiting for Parking Go shuttle to take to the office. As Parking Go has their own clients, clients of OK Mobility are at the end and priority customers are OK Mobility customers. Lady of OK Mobility, because of busy time, came to take us on her own! She was super nice, polite and quick in service! It is very important when you travel with two kinds, you are in new country and with a lot of staff! Thank you very much! By the way, they had now very nice prices with full insurance cover that makes your stay in ITaly with much less of stress!

Tra Lala: Shuttle bus at the airport is difficult to catch. Drivers do not speak English. If you don't have much luggage, just walk to the agency. It is easier and quicker. The most important before you decide to use the service -read the small letters carefully before you click "I agree"! There are a lot of things you should know. Make a photo of every scratch you see when you take the car. Make a photo how much fuel you have before you go. You may need the evidence at the end.

Luca Zanolin: We rented a car for two weeks. We booked a polo but we got a larger car (Captur). The guys at check-in were really friendly and they did not try to sell their own insurance - they simply explained how it works in case of accidents. No problem with the car, and the return was smooth - they did not check for damages that did not exist. All in all a service like the major brands but at a fraction of the cost!

Andy Battell: Bit tricky finding the ParkinGO courtesy bus to begin with, but nothing really insurmountable & took less than 25 minutes from exit of airport to rental office. Very pleasant young fella sorted us out, without fuss, in a new rental. Easy return process & found all the staff personable. I’ve rented loads of cars & this was definitely one of the better experiences . Thanks.

Prakash Rajendran: The pickup location is few kilometers outside the airport. But there is a shuttle leaves every 5 minutes from Exit 4. The Staff is extremely helpful. Both while picking up the car and when there was any information needed during rental and while dropping the car as well.. Paulina and Martina are really very helpful and thank you for excellent service-minded attitude and assistance.

Daniël Oostenbrink: Great price, even better service! Thanks to OKmobility we were able to enjoy our lovely holiday. With beautifull hiking trips, fantastic restaurant and a lovely wedding at Lago d'Iseo. OKmobility ensured us we could enjoy this holiday. At first we were a little scared if we could book a car with a debit card. We were so happy when Alison picked up the phone and told us it was possible to book a car with a debit card. When we arrived three days later at Bergamo airport we were picked up with a shuttle bus that is leaving on the left side of Bergamo airport. At first we could not find the shuttle bus, but after a short call with Alison we immediately found the bus and in 5 minutes we were at the car rental. In 5 minutes we were ready to leave with our beautifull Renault. During our trip we made a little scratch. When we returned the car, Lorenzo told us it was fine, because we paid our insurance of €25 a day. We are so happy with you Alison and Lorenzo. Alison, thank you for our carefree Holiday! Stefan P.: Loved the fast service. I had booked a car with full insurance, so there was no fuss when I returned it. Also I got what I booked, not "or similar", as it usually happens with rental companies. Moreso, the car was not a basic model, but a mid-spec one, which is a plus for a rental company, in my opinion.

Aleksandra Przygoda: I really can't complain. I made a reservation for a car via website and I chose "premium" insurance. When I took the car, they only wanted 100 euro deposit. I spent a week travelling, when I returned the car there weren't any problems, they gave back 100 euro deposit in like 2 days. I recommend this car rental :)

Nicole Newman: They have hidden costs and thus become very expensive!!! We rented last week and were very unhappy. On the phone they told us that we have to pay 1200 euros for the insurance. We tried to take this large amount in cash with us, but there they said that we cannot pay with cash at all and that we can only pay with a credit card. Credit cards are not used in Romania and they asked us for an additional 125 euro penalty because we don't have a credit card!!! But they still took this penalty money from our debit card account!?! It's weird, isn't it? If we had known this disgusting detail, we would have bought from another company with +10 euros that would not have asked for so much money. So they are actually very expensive!!! They promised us one brand of car and gave us another brand. The car did not have a full tank of gas and there was no windshield fluid at all.

george saguna: Picked up the car from Turin and dropped it off in Malpensa. The van had a lot of dents and bumps and scratches but the interior was perfect, everything was functional. Pick up was long and full of documentation to sign. They requested a physical credit card (did not allow a debit card) and due to the card holder not being the same as the one who booked they charged an extra insurance coverage of over 100 euro (for the second driver). Drop off on the other side was much easier and extremely quick. The only problem is the lack of directions to get the the right parking area. From the motorway always take the left as if you are going to go back out and once you are nearly past by terminal one then take the entrance in the left. The signage is small but once you are in they are the first on the right. The distance from the drop off to the departure terminal 1 is about 5 min by walk.

Victoria Schaefer: Had a great experience overall with Sicily by Car. I had already filled their online form and sent my documents, they checked everything and it took around 10 minutes to have everything signed and etc. There was no queue when I got there. The staff was helpful and the car was new and clean (C3 Aircross). There was a small dent on one of the side panels and someone from their staff quickly came by to register that so I wouldn't be charged for that afterwards. Returning the car was also very straighforward, didn't even take 5 minutes. My deposit was returned just a few hours after that. Next time I'm in Italy, I will happily rent a car with them again.

He was alert to the fact that we had mistakenly chosen an electric car that was going to be a problem with our mobility in the north region of Italy. In the end, his suggestion worked for us. Mike Lim: Exactly same make and model that I have requested. Was early on arrival and they allowed me to pick up the car. Receptionist is very friendly and advised me that it is better to pick up the car earlier before the crowd comes in. She also kindly extended my return hour by 30min. Car pick up relatively easy but make sure you do your inspection and get the rental company to have it recorded. Not just for Sicily by Car but I guess for all. The car condition is clean and good although there is an oil change signal. The return is also smooth.

Michael Trowbridge: All round positive and smooth experience. Well priced, extremely smooth collection with no pressure on insurance up-sell (despite us booking through a 3rd party and selecting no insurance at booking). Even gave us a free upgrade. Drop of was easy and they even allowed us to drop at a different location (another airport) without any extra fee. 45min late due to bad traffic and they had no issues with that either. Will book with Sicily again in the future.

Simon Mattern: We rented a car for 6 days. Price was quite cheap for ~150€. The car was very well maintained and cleaned. We were pretty happy with everything, accept the payment method for the deposit. Unfortunately, it was not mentioned or communicated upfront that whenever a "debit" credit card is used for the deposit, another extra fee will be changed. We paid ~185€ just for using the "debit" credit card for the deposit (300€). Very disappointing. The 300€ Deposit was later refunded

Mattia Ricci: After having fixed the appointment for today at 3 am, registering on the site and confirming by phone, I found myself waiting in the square for more than half an hour: one seller was already busy and the other (not busy) claimed that the my appointment was with the first. Eventually I had to leave for a personal commitment. It can be seen that they have already achieved turnover.

Joycelyn Yeo: Again, I would choose not to give any stars if I had the option. I had provided some feedback earlier on, only to have hertz customer care get in touch and inform me to take it up separately. Ultimately the issue could not be resolved and I was told to go back directly to the counter at the airport. Ridiculous service. The point is that we were treated horribly and with no respect at the counter. Unfortunately I did not manage TK get the names of the counter staff but they were two ladies, one with long hair and the other with short hair. Why would I go back to resolve the issue there. Hertz only cares about their image and money. Pointless. Do NOT rent from them. There are many other car rentals there, go to them instead.

Matthew Bruner: Do NOT rent here. We followed the staff's direction and inspected the vehicle on our own prior to leaving. Upon finding more damage, we informed the staff and they noted it on our paperwork. After dropping off the vehicle, they blamed us for the EXACT damages we pointed out to them. Despite this and despite sending timestamped video proof showing the damages were there before we rented the car, they still charged us. They refuted any evidence we sent. Do yourself a favor and rent anywhere else.

Kameran Hildreth: To whom this may concern. I mad reservation for a car from Hertz car rental got the best deal at the time. But once my plan arrived to the location for pickup despite a 1 hour delay in which they were aware of but didn't honor my reservation said I was a day to late when my reservation was set for 11 pm. Even though I prepaid a month ahead of time. The biggest problem to me is that I wasn't informed that my reservation was cancelled by Hertz with no email or phone car nor voice mail saying anything of this.............................. they also didn't approve me for another rental when ask . Customer service gets a honest-1 .......... I am so sorry for any customer who decided to rent a car from then..

Bill Hallyburton: Finding the location to return the car was a nightmare. No sign directing you to turn right just before departures and incorrect directions from Google Maps. I’ve never had such a frustrating ordeal in 40 years of renting and returning a car.

Yazan EL: I have rented from Thrifty which is under Hertz in Malpensa Airport. We arrived to their office around 8 AM and there were only 2 person in front of me. It was quick and the service was very good. However, Hertz was much more crowded and I have heard that people need to wait 2 hours to get their car. I got Fiat 500 L with Automatic transmission, a decent car 👍

francis gaelle: long waiting cues, 3 deskworkers do each 1 client/hour. Avis and Europcar next to Hertz do 1 client/10 minutes. I've made reservation via Holiday auto's, my reservation/payment included one way fee, Hertz counted another 100 euro extra for oneway fee !!! Take photo's of your bill (they deliberatly use cheap ink that dissapears after few days, so you don't have any prove left) I know after waiting too long you are in a rush, but don't forget to take pictures of the car, not all the damage is recorded by Hertz, they will charge you that on return !!!

Marika Reis: Never rent a car from HertzSlowest personal in history. Been waiting for 2h and 5 people have been served. I still have 6 numbers to go. Also a lot of personnel in the back but no one serving customers.....

CINAR AZAKLI: I rented car from here. I demand a person to look our car when i drop off. But they didnt do it and took the keys. They demand 530 euro for missing electric cables. Now we are going to settle in the court. Take a video before drop off. It may need in the future...
