Mohanish Rao Ghorpade: The team here - Leo and Maria were amazing! Super helpful and friendly, they were very clear with every detail and shared all information correctly. They also gave us a free upgrade to a BMW since we were doing a cross country drive which was really helpful and sweet gesture from their end! He also suggested an opportunity to upgrade the car for a profitable price. The car was simply amazing (Volkswagen T-cross), rode 1300km with no issues. We are beyond happy:)
Ulrike Deslee: We were very happy with this small office at the Piazza Duomo. The young gentleman was very kind, we were allowed to leave our luggage for some time in the office. The information which he gave was correct, accurate, not trying to sell us all the extras by force just by gentle explaining. The car we got was clean, working well, on time at the delivery.
Ronen Mashal: I ordered a 7 seater from the site, to ensure we have room for luggage. Firstly, Sixt was the only agency providing this category. Cudos. We found the rental office very easily. The agent at the desk was very helpful and spoke clear English (still rare in Italy). The car was as expected, with ample room for 5 grownups and luggage. It ran smoothly without a problem for two weeks until we returned it. The return at the airport was easy and quick.
Gennady Unger: The agent (Elham, thank you!) was very professional and kind. I ordered "Sixt Roulette" deal and was pleasantly surprised. Picking was easy: the documents, key and car were ready in minutes. Returning car(Milan Airport Malpensa T1) was very easy and fast too. Overall a very positive impression and I will definitely look out for Sixt when I hire a car again.
M Madinina: We arrived for late pickup our vehicule and the lady at the reception helped us to collect our Fiat 500. She was very helpful and deserve 5 stars ! We were helpful to reserve and take the car within 1hr. They are also very well located in town. I would recommend using them !
Sara B: We were here in July and were served by Elham who provided us with an exceptional service, we asked for an upgrade and she was able to apply a discount for us to get the car that we wanted. She had a beautiful energy and her smile was contagious. We rented the car for almost 2 weeks, had no issues with it and returned it in Rome at the airport where the staff was also very kind. raj shah: Extremely professional and friendly company. No need to worry about overcharging, taking money after returning car under false pretences and trying to sell you unnecessary insurances . There is one price for the car and one for full insurance and a deposit of 250 Euros, which is returned upon no claims . I recommend taking their insurance for total peace of mind. The other great advantages are: all the paperwork can be done via email. Car is dropped of at the airport and returned there . So , you land , pick up your car and away you go to enjoy your holidays...... wish they were operating at all airports!
hardijs janovskis: Everything good. I was little afraid to rent car in Italy so I find this company had good reviews. After renting with them I understand it is for a reason. Everything was exactly how we arrange it on whatsup. Deposit was back in two days no problem. Car was in good condition, price was fair compared to other companies. They also delivered car where I needed it and was able to drop off at train station to go straight to Bergamo airport. Thanks a lot :)
Mahsa Kaffash: I had a great experience of using their transfer service from Malpensa airport to my home. Actually, during Covid-19 it was not allowed to use public transportation in order to get home from MXP. So I think Savaln Rent Car was the best and most economic option. Now I am eager to use other services they have. Highly recommended👍🏻
Salman Sadeghi: We had a wonderful experience with this Savalan rent a car service, we took a twingo from them for 4 days and from the point where we called them for the first time until we handed back them the car after our trip everything was smooth enough to be appreciated. Rates and the condition of the car both, were way better compared to Europcar and other famous services. Savalan himself is a great guy and remained a call away though out our trip, i will certainly use their services again.

MarinaRes: Amazing company! Sicily by car is the best car rental I have found, certainly in Milan and also Bologna! Fantastic staff, very polite and always super helpful. Cars are always high quality, very clean and well kept. Pick up and return super fast and staff available to answer any queries. Due to sudden change of plans I had to change the drop-off. All was done quickly and they replied to my email within 15 mins! I also got an upgrade. This is my go-to company in Italy.
Terry Sandy: We hired a Peugeot 208, picked up in Florence, nice easy handover. Nearly new car, drove 1000km and dropped off at Milan central station. Very good service from everyone we dealt with. A happy experience, would use this company again and give details to friends and family to use. 👍

Jessicah Amrine: We had a very nice and pleasant experience. There seemed to be some confusion over cars, but they upgraded us in the end. So no problem. The garage to get out is tight, but that’s Europe. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from them again.
Tom Du Toit: Very pleasant staff. Just make sure if you really want the insurance... it doubles the cost. But then again after the vacation and seeing the driving skills of the Italians, I’m glad I got the insurance.... Napoli and Rome was hectic to drive in!!!
