Mel: I made the birth list in this shop and closed it in early September 2021. Unfortunately I have to review the review made a year ago because, although I found kindness and courtesy from all the girls and a particular care from Valentina , I managed to get the promised voucher for closing the list only today, 5 months later! Obviously I had to call and write 5 times as a reminder. Not great.
Anna: I bought 4 outfits and took advantage of the 25 euro discount and was told that if the measurements were not right I would be able to change them within 30 days. After two days I came back to change two with a smaller size. But they had run out of size for those models. I opted for two other outfits but at this point the discount is not me it was more done and I paid full price. The promotion hadn't expired yet !! I do not find this way of acting correct for a serious company not so much for the amount but for a matter of principle and seriousness.

Caroline Jean Hodges: This shop was a nightmare. There were too many products that didn't have signs such as name, price and info, so you have to wait for somebody to be free to explain them to you. The problem is, there are only a few members of staff and you have to wait a long time to catch someone. Once we did eventually get to speak to a member of staff, she was very rushed and spoke to us quickly about two pram models, didn't really leave us any time to ask questions or find out anything else before moving on to another couple. The shop is really cramped and there is no space to properly test the prams out, in addition to the fact that you don't really understand what you're looking at in terms of brand and price. Much better to go to Chicco on Corso Buenos Aires.

It is true , we don't expose all prices but it's because lots of hour products prices change dipending on the conformation ( duo?trio? type of frame?colours? type of car seat?), we do assisted sales because our products are complicated and need to be explained, for this reason we recommend making an appointment for a complete consultation! Our store is the biggest retailer in baby products you can find in the center of Milan, obviously Chicco is bigger than us, we cannot be compared, they are a large industry of manufacturers of children's items and can afford gigantic spaces, but there you can't find all the fabulous assortment of unique and special baby items that we sell! and the variety of the most beautiful and exclusive brands. Make an appointment and come back to visit us more calmly!

T. Moore: I will never return to this store again. The staff was not very friendly and not very helpful. When we came into the store, we were ushered to the back of the store and left there to wonder around. Not one salesperson spoke to us. We requested help on 4 separate occasions before someone was pointed in our direction. Every person in the back was helped before us even though we were there and asked for help before them. There was a language barrier, but that is no excuse for poor service. We were prepared to spend around €3000 to order everything we needed for our baby. Advice to the store: don’t treat people poorly just because they look different. You missed out on having great customers. We will order everything online at another store.

Anna Mäkinen: I had a very bad experience in Chicco. I went to the store and bought two dresses. I asked the cashier if I can go to my hotel which is 10 meters away from the store to fit the dresses to my daughter who could not come to the store. We agreed that if we don’t like them I can come back soon and return the dresses. They said that this is fine if I have the receipts and told that they will close soon. I came back in 20 minutes with the dresses but then the cashiers said that I can get a gift card or change the dresses to something else. This was not what we agreed. We agreed that I can get my money back. Now I have two dresses that I don’t want. I don’t do anything with gift card because I there it no Chicco on my country. The cashiers said that their understanding of English is not very good. I told them then that they should not agreed to something they don’t understand.
Caroline Jean Hodges: A really fantastic experience. We went in to buy a pram and car seat and some other stuff for our first baby and the guy working on the top floor (I'm sorry, I didn't catch his name!) was amazing. He was really thorough and knowledgeable and really took his time to explain and show different products to us until we found exactly what we were looking for. He signed us up for an additional discount with Chicco membership so we saved a lot of money too. When we went downstairs to pay, the lady at the till was really friendly and offered me some free baby classes both online and in-store, they also gave me a "benvenuta mamma" envelope which had loads of coupons inside to use for further purchases. A really memorable experience, excellent customer service. The shop is well-stocked, clean and spacious with lots of wonderful products to choose from.

Erica Vasile: I write this review after 2 negative experiences: - a month ago I go to the store to buy a baby carrier. On the top floor there was not even a clerk while on the ground floor 4 or 5 they were not doing anything. The shop is well stocked but those who work there completely make the urge to go away

Hostal Havana: Very large shop, you can find a bit of everything at competitive prices. The price and the variety of diaper brands are really good, a real fortune for me to have it close to home. For powdered milk instead I will opt for my usual brand not present there, even if I noticed that they also have a milk at a good price (which was almost finished like all powdered milk for Newborn around 10 euros per kg). However, it remains shameful that I have to go around half of Milan every time I stock up on milk so as not to spend crazy amounts with Mellin, Humana, and various speculators ...
