Francesco Ramenghi: A small note at the beginning, the position in which the shop is located is no longer that indicated by the maps, it has moved to where previously H and M was. of the road. Backpack, sneakers, caps, hats and top-of-the-line coats which are a guarantee.
Marco Pallotti: Here is the shop for young people where you can find shoes, hats, gloves and clothes for a skate style and more. The shop is inside the Milan Il Portello shopping center and offers a wide range of youth skate sweatshirts at attractive discounts. Excellent quality price. Very young staff will help you what is right for you
Cristiano Boselli: 2 stars not for the goods, good and in some cases with convenient discounts, but for the service. I bought a pair of air max at 50% and the service was sufficient; more recently I went to the store to check the availability of a garment seen on the site but, despite being the only customer, it was impossible to talk to someone because the clerk disappeared before I could ask him anything, saying he would be back in " a second". After a quarter of an hour running around in circles, I went elsewhere to make my purchase.

Jaka Orehek: I bought a snowboard from Sport Mission last year. Due to the manufacture error I needed to return the snowboard and they send me a new one. However, the board they have sent has the same error. I contacted them again but they stop answering me. I have sent them photos of the board Sport Mission sent me as a replacement and Burton customers support told me that this board should be replaced but because I bought it from Sport Mission Burton cannot send me a new board directly. I do not recommend. Edit: Respond to you reply: I have been through a lot of Burton snowboard past 10 years and this was my third Burton snowboard with this issue. The firs time was on Burton Skeleton Key Twin (bought through official Burton store) and the second one was on Custom (bought through coyoti.com). In both cases the boards was replaced with no question asked. If you do not believe me, you can contact burton support and ask for ticket number 00105119. I had a conversation (20. jan. 2021) with Andrea R., who told me that you should be notified by their dealer service about my case. As I already told, I just wanted a respond to my emails from you and all this public exposure could be avoided.
Response: Dear Jaka, as you write last year you have a problem and we resolve it despite the problem was really minimal and we have to insist a lot with the manufacter to obtain a new board. After one year you have the same problem and of course we tried again to resolve it, but a problem that happen only with you in 15 years of our work with Burton need time, because is not easy to convince the manufacter that a so uncommon defect happen to times at the same customer. You write to us and we write to Burton and we are waiting an answer. You told that Burton support tell you that the board should be replaced, but no one in Burton have heard about your warranty. We work hard to satisfy our customer, and our reviews speak for themselves, sometimes is a long procedure and really hard, but sometimes when a customer is like you is absolutely impossible. I wish to all other snowboard shop never deal with you.

Velmurugan Siva Kamaraj: Great Products but Poor Customer Service! I bough a pair of shoes at this shop a week ago, where on the showcase it was mentioned that the product has a discount of 30 percent. But, the discount has not been applied on the bills. I have went to their shop trying to explain the situation twice but always has been neglected saying that the shoes that I bought is different from the one in discount. This is a total fraud given the fact that they gave me the exact shoes from the showcase saying that they have only one piece since it is in discount. Avoid going to the shop after 6 in the evening, they try to push you away even though they have to work until 7.30. Totally disappointed with this stores customer management team!
