I start by saying that the base was fantastic, perfect from every point of view, we made a lot of cocktails with real alcohol and not water and we learned the techniques to train them as a real bartender. Excellent also the intermediate that managed to speed me up, since we trained with 5 different cocktails, but only water and never alcohol was used in this course. Instead as regards the advanced I was a little disappointed, a good course that will also improve you, but I expected a more in-depth path regarding the formation of cocktails, since we trained only to pour the alcoholic parts of a drink in 10 different glasses and never to replicate them, leaving out everything we had learned in the basic, even in this course only water was used. I consider my experience in Barman online more than positive, you will not immediately feel ready to get on a bar counter, but it will make you work better, I recommend it to all novices in the sector, you will also find professors always ready to correct you and to make you feel at ease, especially Alessandro called "Il Lacce" is a teacher who will always make you feel at ease, professional, ironic, frank and without too many turns of words, I consider it the real strength of that school, since without his presence I would most likely not have continued the path after the base.
