GERALD BOUCHEZ: Queue 1 hour to do a PCR test is not acceptable in June 2021.

Domenico Colella: I call the previous day to inquire about a specific exam and I get confirmation that they do. The next morning at the reception they cannot find the exam. Half an hour of research, consultations, phone calls, etc. before discovering that they do the exam but on the condition of sending it to another laboratory and paying it privately (despite having a regular binding) "only" 80 Euros. Result: morning lost, withdrawal not performed and a lot of frustration. To make the experience even more annoying receptionist with mask down all the time and continuously interrupted by customers looking for personal favours.

Meryl Louise Brown: If you have a good amount of time to spend then it’s a good service to do your swab tests, but just to warn you that the place is so busy in the morning and that there is no seamless process in place. Everyone tells you that you have to wait, then one receptionist talked to me in a rude manner just because I was asking about the next procedures. I understood that you are busy but no one has to scold me in the morning just because i was asking on the next steps, and because I can only speak in English. The second person who attended me is very nice, the female nurse was kind as well. Results for antigen came in quickly (~10 mins)

Daniela Mana: I have been twice for a gynecological examination and collection of reports on two different days. The first time I waited 1 hour, the second time 30 minutes. In both cases I was called only after my insistence. Visit hasty and with little empathy. This center is spread over two floors, there are obvious communication / organization problems between reception and doctor. Logistics and organization must certainly be improved, as well as attention and empathy with the patient. Bad experience. Too bad because I have not had such experiences in the other CDIs in Milan, Porta Nuova and Cairoli.

Amy Dohlman: The staff members were all extremely professional and helpful and the entire Covid PCR process and test was smooth and efficient. However, the instructions for accessing test results in Lombardy (Milan) were entirely incorrect and caused us no small amount of angst as we were unable to figure it out until about midnight the night before our flight. We finally found it by randomly clicking around their site. For reference, ignore the instructions they give you to access your dossier. In Lombardy, you must instead go to the "Online Reports" area of their site and then click the yellow button to access reports in Lombardy and Piedmont. That takes you to a screen where you can enter the test code and codice fiscale given to you by the staff and your results pull up just fine, in a PDF in both Italian and English. That report was more than enough to satisfy the US requirements and was entirely satisfactory, once you actually found it.

Elisabeth S.D: NEVER DO A COVID TEST FOR TRAVEL HERE. I’ve done a covid pcr here because it was requested for my trip, and the result was : ,,weakly detected “ Not positive nor negative, only that stupid thing. Next day i’ve done the test again in another clinic and the result was negative.

Roberta Oteri: Today after six months of waiting I had three X-rays to do because of very strong pain, I arrive from outside Milan appointment at 12:45 I think I lost half an hour to find parking within 4 minutes late the reception was empty there were just two people but the ladies at the counters were busy chatting to each other, doing everything calmly and taking over for the lunch break.I looked out, pointing out that I had an appointment and that I was coming from outside Milan and that I was in pain for I was urgent I asked if at least the radiologist could arrive that I had arrived while they made me wait they told me to stay in my place and they made me wait for another quarter of an hour when they called me it was my turn now the radiologist was gone. Such behavior is unacceptable in addition to the rudeness they have had but the lack of humanity for such a job is disgusting among other things to walk and try not to arrive late I also hurt my hip which was already sore. I called the urp but they did not even deign to answer the phone I sent an email I just want to see if I will receive at least one answer in the meantime I skipped the radiographs which were urgent because I have severe pain and now there is no more room! Of all the ladies that there were the counters there had been one who had picked up the phone to warn the radiologist not to leave while they made me wait even if the acceptance was empty! Shame!

Bruce Madden: I have been to other CDI in Milano, so I was expecting a not positive experience. My Italian is not so good and I expected that to be a major problem, as it was at the other CDI. A big Grazie Mille to Laura V. She used her Google Translator App, it was amazing. The place was clean, bright, efficient all the workers smiled and were quite pleasant. I was in at 8:20 and out by8:40.

Eric Perlmutter: My family booked this house for aug 12-26 of this year. We thought we might not make it so we told the broker to try and rent it for those dates so we could get our money back. He then tells us the "Owner already rented it out!" We said we were going to let family member use it and the broker says its rented. We paid over $10k for this and the owner refuses to give us our money back and she is trying to get paid TWICE. So selfish and greedy. We will be having all our friends and Italian friend post reviews on this site until the owner refunds our money and realizes what a greedy person she is. Shame on you.

Angelica Gori: Embarrassing medical service to say the least. This afternoon I went to the medical clinic in VIA LIVIGNO, and the doctor on duty proved to be absolutely unprofessional, not very empathetic and incompetent. At first he seemed visibly annoyed (he sighed and snorted) because he should have dedicated 10 minutes of his time to a patient; during the visit, done hastily, he was very rude and made me feel quite uncomfortable. Leaving aside the human and ethical aspect, from a professional point of view he also proved to be incompetent - prescribing me drugs without giving me a precise diagnosis. I was amazed and shocked by the treatment received.

USGAAM: I can’t register or get my money back, because technical support is inefficient and the bug on the site doesn’t let me do so. For 2 weeks I can’t either get the result or money back. I mentioned this to the reception and to the technician and they told me they would do what they could even if the normal timing for the report is within 4 working days. Three hours after the exam, I received notice that the report was ready. Sincere congratulations. You have listened to my needs and it is not for everyone. I highly recommend this center !!!!!
