Food reviews around the world: I went there after one hour driving and the shop was closed!on google it says open on monday from 14,30 to 20,00 but it wasnt!!!! Im my opinion this is not acceptable and they should upload the info online time by time
Response: 903/5000 Hi, our shop respects the times indicated daily, however, it can happen, even if very, but very rarely, that we are absent for a maximum of 30 minutes depending on the tasks to be carried out since our activity is not carried out only at the headquarters , but by attending information conferences, events and often assisting our customers, sometimes at home. However, in these cases, a notice is always displayed outside the window that communicates the momentary absence with the relative reference telephone numbers for any emergencies. You probably did not wait for the staff to return to the store and did not call the numbers indicated. We therefore hope you can return to our shop to re-evaluate your experience and if, if there were no one, very rare case, call the reference numbers and wait a few minutes. Best regards.
