Allyson Anatra: Very rude woman clerk today kicking all of us out at 7:40pm. Google says UO closes at 8pm so which is it? I recommend re-training your staff and teaching them how to not only to tell time but how to speak to their clientele with respect. Will not be returning.

P B: probably the simplest Urban Outfitters I have ever been to. The layout was quite different than my previous visits throughout North America, and the selection of items was not as wide here. As expected, the men’s section was rather small, not many items to choose from and the store brands were more prominently displayed as expected. The staff was welcoming and helpful, especially when I got lost in the maze of the women’s department and couldn’t figure out how to exit. This location has an accessible entrance.

Luisa Smith: We were served by a nice girl who tried to help but, overall, the service was terrible. Our eleven years old girl spent at least half an hour to find some trainers to buy and, when she finally chose some, tried them on and we went to pay….we were told they had made a mistake and the shoes had already been sold on line so we couldn’t buy them anymore! There was zero apology to the little girl who was obviously very upset. We asked the manager what happened and why on earth the girl was given shoes to try and then told she couldn’t buy them but the manager just accused me of being aggressive (I clearly wasn’t !) and said bluntly that they made a mistake and we couldn’t buy the shoes. Terrible customer service, not sure who owns the shop (or if this a franchise?) but they should look at the people working there and provide basic customer service training.
Ivica Opačak: Today I was with my friend in store and we was demanded to leave the umbrella after we came inside from doorman or security guard. After we finished with shopping my umbrella was stolen and feedback was ‘sorry’. Catastrophe!!!!!!!!!
Pan Mputu: I often eat at the cafe, the quality is really good. I love their panino Franco! The smoothies are fresh and full of flavour. The staff is lovely and friendly, a must if you are around Duomo!

So I approach them getting close and look at them but I had to ask them if they worked there cause they didn’t consider me at all. Once I asked was more polite, the other replied visibly annoyed withmono syllables. Little attention and maximum rudeness.

Very reasonable prices and some very tasty beer selections. A giant wall of shoes and a light selection of more unseen, eclectic pieces of brand name clothing (Nike, adidas, north face, etc).

팜므파탈캣 Famme Fatale Cat: It is said to be one of the top 3 socks famous in Europe. Even in the short time I was browsing the store, quite a few people came in and out for shopping. It was a very unfamiliar culture to me, who thought that socks costing more than 1,000 won were a waste. 40,000 won for one sock? It seemed that the cheap ones did that much, and there were a lot of pretty beachwear, but their prices were more unimaginable. I have heard that Gallo is the Top 3 famous socks brand in Europe. While I was browsing the shop, there were enough customers who bought socks and others. I just think that socks should be less than a dollar, so it made me feel strange.

uriel aharony: Reading the reviews on google, I have arrived the store ready to see a good collection while dealing with a monstrous staff - I was extremely happy to discover that the staff was super nice and helpful, but also not pushing, which In my opinion - is the optimal presence and attitude. The collection was for my taste. Great items, great concept, however I didn’t find anything that was good for me. The vibes were awesome, and the atmosphere was contemporary and hipsterish. The store was packed with 13-17 years old teenagers who for my surprise, had no financial difficulties to grab as many items as they can, without even trying them. Cheapest item was a black t-shirt with a price tag of 75 euro while the most expensive item I saw was a light leather jacket at the price of 950 euro. The average and median price per item in the store is around 200 euro. Have fun.

I liked that the staff didn’t talk to me or sell to me while I looked around, I prefer to look at what I want to look at - when I want to look at it. They were helpful when I asked for a shoe size and asked about other styles and brands that I was interested in. Once you talk to the staff (Andrea helped me) they are very knowledgeable about the designers and the cuts and materials of specific clothing and nice enough.

IB West: The sales were great in comparison. If you decide to go I suggest giving a few hours. They place things on the self all day. It will also take time to look through the lower and upper floors. They also have another location around the corner.

Or if nothing else a brand name on it so you can perpetuate their advertising at no added cost to them.

XOURCE: Amazing store with the best spray paints and markers. They also sell shoes and t shirts but mainly spray paints. They have a lot of color options and different pressure options and things like that. When I asked the staff for the best spray paint types for bikes they helped me nicely and quickly. The spray paints are cheap, they sell for €3.50 each approximately.
