Rhea Dsouza: Great store. They have two and the the other one is just a 2 minute walk away. They have lots of variety. I needed a dog carrying purse/bag for my small dog, a poodle and they had it in many colors. They also has kittens but I am not sure if they're up for adoption. Also it is better to have Google translate with you because the store employees largely speak only Italian. They have everything you need for cats, dogs, fishes or even hamsters!

Charlotte: I have been to many pet groomers in Europe but this one is the best I have ever found! A place truly full of love for dogs! From the start you can tell that for these people it is not just a job but a passion. I found them after many bad experiences in Milan and I could not be happier. Carmen is an incredible person with true love and understanding of dogs. The haircut done by her colleague is impeccable and it was done very efficiently. Truly a professional and experienced team! Bravi!!! We will be coming especially from Monte-Carlo just to bring our poodle for a haircut.

Lea: Deeply disappointed! We went to the shop in via Pecchio with my baby at the end of the quarantine to buy two canaries (a couple, strongly suggested by the owner). All the indications they gave us were denied by the veterinarian to whom we turned after that - not even 3 weeks after the purchase - the female of the couple started to be mogia. From the reproduction that does not occur without a nest, to the sand on the bottom of the cage instead of newspapers or absorbent paper, to the health of canaries both with coccidiosis. In short: a real disappointment!

Justine Corbitt: This is fantastic pet store!!! They have so much to choose from, especially when it comes to dog food. They offer higher end accessories as well. Honestly, I feel like they have anything you could need/want. I just recently used their grooming service as well. They were very accommodating to my minimal Italian 🤣 my dogs groom only took about 2 hours and she came out looking fabulous... And smells amazing too. I've tried a couple other places for grooming and so far, this has been my favorite. I will definitely be bringing my dog back!! Thank you again. 10/10 🐩🐕🐕

Carlo M. Bajetta: Nice place, very clean, professional staff. Some of the pets seem to be quite expensive - at least to me. However, this is a rather complicated market and it's difficult work out the pricing policies these days... So, you may definitely give it a try.

However, for us it is not only work but also the production of culture in favor of the relationship between animals and human urban city enveinronment. We believe they can do each other good. Regarding the non-expansive puppies I suppose you have seen them in a moment of sleep. We are very careful in choosing breeders who are also able to follow the behavior of the mothers and we play a lot and pamper the puppies to reinforce their sociability. Have a good day!

Paola Def: BASSOTTINA ENTERS GRUVIERINA EXITS (but they say it's not their fault but mine !!!) for the third time we bring our dachshund Camilla for stripping. I withdraw it trembling and crying and I immediately realize that it is WOUNDED IN VARIOUS POINTS. I am told that it was already like this... but a professional groomer who finds a wounded dog in his hands... doesn't he call the owner to ask for clarification?? Camilla looked great!!! I take her home and immediately go to the vet, who tells me he has never seen such a "slaughterhouse"! Camilla cries, doesn't eat and trembles. thinking I'm dealing with serious people, I write everything that happened in an email..the girl I had already met wasn't there and, naively, it seems to me correct to report this unfortunate incident to the property...I don't ask for compensation, I don't ask nothing but their apologies ... in response the groomer calls me (not the property) who not only does not apologize but claims that the wounds I sent photos of WERE NOT MADE THERE (but what do they think? that a first door the dog to do the stripping and then arrived home starts to cut it for fun??) AMAZING stay away at least you
look meat: Never written a review for anyone but they really deserve it, I bought my dachshund at Animal House and in delivering it to me they were professional that it seemed like going to the NOTARY, to get it stripped I only bring it to them and in the end I leave it for them too retirement and also for dog education. In fact they always give me discounts just for me! :)))

Tania Sedini: I bought a gorgeous chihuahua last year who is my everyday love. Many puppies to choose from with pedigree. It is a retailer in the center of Milan and the prices for the puppies are high. I put 4 stars because they have so many really nice items for our furry children and the quality can be improved from the point of view of the materials used and therefore the value for money is affected. Regarding chihuahuas and pomeranians, you are spoiled for choice. I remember to be fair that the Chihuahua in the standard ranges from 1 kilo and a half in weight to 3 kilos, but most of the subjects that you will find for sale as an adult will easily exceed 2 kilos. If you are looking for a Chihuahua that does not reach 2 kilos, get information from breeders and veterinarians about the characteristics they must have before making a purchase. Overall I recommend Prince and Princess for the purchase of your puppy.

Tania Sedini: I bought a very cute Chihuahua last year and I am satisfied. In the hope of becoming "mom" again soon. It is a boutique in the center of Milan, a retailer so the prices are €€€€. My advice is to select the dog well according to your needs, also remembering that it is a breed that grows up to eight or nine months and then develops its muscles. The urban legend of the little dog that will weigh a kilo and a half or a kilo and seven as an adult should be taken with pliers even when you see a chihuahua that at 2 months (to be certified with pedigree) weighs 350 grams. And it's a legend that has lasted too long in the industry. Always remember that the Chihuahua is a small size, and is already a toy of its own. For adult size you need to cross your fingers.

Cons : - but I found problem with 2 things. - 1) I bought catnip toys for my cat, but later I found that my cat didn't like them because idk maybe the catnip was fake. I could literally feel the difference between its product and other brands catnip. - 2) Rude, unsupportive staff.

It is still quite crammed with pet food, there is enough choice, but if you have specific needs it might be best to call them before hitting the road.
