They are very friendly, a lady called Chantal is always helpful and smiling, and they have the vcorrect suggestion for the kind of contract you need based on your stay in Italy.

I replaced the screen of my iphone xs Max, I state that I have tried countless times to contact Apple support with poor results, I needed to repair the phone as soon as possible, not trusting the questionable repairs made by some retailers (of dubious origin ), I looked for a shop that could give me a minimum of trust. I contacted the Iphone clinic in Buenos Aires, not knowing them I was a bit hesitant to leave my phone, but the store managers were very kind, they assured me that the work would be done immediately and if I wanted I could assist , of course with the safety distance and with the mask (I want to specify it). The work was done quickly and with professionalism, they explained to me what they were replacing and how, they tested all the functions several times and issued a receipt and warranty. I am not a technician so I cannot guarantee for the components inserted, but in my opinion also the screen resolution seems to me of the same category.
