Marc Jerome: Our family of five stayed three nights at this property. I want to recognize the staff, the service and the facility. The staff was warm and professional all through our stay. The treatment rooms, sauna, steam room and gym were all terrific. They were especially welcome after a cold day of walking the city. Kim, the massage therapist, was excellent. Overall, we enjoyed using the Spa at the Mandarin and would recommend it highly.

Kenya Bonita: As a seasoned patron of many spas, I could not recommend the Spa at Mandarin Oriental Milan enough. After 2 poor experiences elsewhere in Milan, I decided to splurge and come here. It was the best decision ever. Skilled, professional and courteous always. I recommend the Detox and Revive treatment. The manager Virginia went well out of her way to accommodate me. All of the therapists are exceedingly well-trained, but treatments from Jovi were a highlight for me. I have a metastatic recurrence of breast cancer, my body is very damaged from chemotherapy and multiple surgeries. My nervous system is very delicate. I felt such relief coming here. The pool is very tranquil and I really enjoyed the steam room with essential oils. The body products are high quality and aromatherapeutic. The facilities are well-maintained. All of these things are rare to find in Milan, as most places are dungeoness and run-down with linens that smell rancid. Not here. It is worth your patronage!

T S: The spa was excellent and we pretty much had the entire place to ourselves. The private spa suite was lovely as was the tea, fresh fruits and nut which were laid out. I would certainly return, Martina(if I spelt correctly) was excellent throughout and a credit to the Mandarin Oriental Milan, she was exemplar of the standard of the hotel.

Limitless Subconscious: Very relaxing,great selection of treatments,calm and peaceful ambient and my favorite room was the one with heated ergonomic loungers and it was so relaxing I felt asleep.The only thing that needs to be improved is the quality of drinks and snacks at the bar where there are very few choices available but everything else was great.

This spa experience- although it is amazing here I would say isn’t massively relaxing if that is the sort of thing you are looking for. Me and my boyfriend had so much fun trying all of the different rooms, it was one of the highlights of our trip!

AMAZING PLACE, SUPER KIND STAFF, DELICIOUS HAPPY HOUR, WONDERFUL THERMAL POOL (even though they are really shallow), GREAT SCENTED SAUNA. It’s WORTHY EVERY PENNY SPENT. You just need to bring a Swimsuit and BOOK (highly recommended in the weekend). QUITE PLACE where you can RELAX. SUPER HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Si Jenkins: We decided to visit in the late evening to take advantage of bathing and relaxing under the stars. It was quite busy, so hard to use changing rooms comfortable. The de-stress essential oil massage was wonderful and well priced. The only problem if thinking of going as a family is the evening is full of couples. Rachel Genevieve: My friend and I visited during the evening time and stayed for the five hour slot- could have done with five more hours! So many options of relaxation, open pools, saunas and steam rooms, a real variety to treat head to toe. Definitely worth an evening time slot, just to laze in a hot pool under the stars! The evening appetiser was delightful, a solid selection of bread, meat, cheese and snacks, with plenty of drinks options alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Chilled water on hand at all times. Never felt too busy and overwhelming. Can be a little annoying with the odd couple not respecting some of the spaces (you can kiss as much as you need, just stop blocking the pool ladders). One pro tip - bring your own towel. Even though you’ll get given one, it’ll no doubt get sodden by the time you’re finished and you’ll want a spare dry one back in the locker.

Geneva Ghee: This was a great spy directly in the center of Milan! Hands down one of the most exhilarating spas I’ve been to. I would have taken and uploaded more photos but this was an experience I didn’t wanna take up too much time trying to capture it. You just have to visit and see! 10/10 recommend.

Nes The Veiled Side: I had my anniversary blog event and the service was good The particular caffè we ordered were ok as a taste but as a presentation were wow The location is beautiful I wanted a table outside they said it was booked for an event Then when I went outside to take pictures there was a lot of empty tables !! Vabbè

Yellow Bunny: This review is for the wonderful attention and service by Rosario at the hair salon. I had a hair emergency and he was kind enough to take me in last minute. He was very kind and welcoming. I have lot of hair and most stylists cringe when they see me, but Rosario did not mind, he was glad to take me in and was perfectly capable to work with my hair. My hair was silky smooth when he finished, I loved the products he used and I could not have been any happier with the results. I 100% recommend him and will definitely return to see him when I am back in Milano. The front desk staff were all wonderful as well. Thank you!

The massage was a mix of acupressure, deep tissue with oil and stretching positions. I felt much better after the massage and I will definitely go back! This is a quality massage at a very reasonable price.

Nevaeh Kay: Visited Milan for two weeks and needed a good massage after being in the office all day sat at the desk for long hours. They made me feel super comfortable; they’re super sweet and kind in there. I did a 90minute massage and the prices are amazing for what you get. I had another massage for a similar price for 60 minutes and it was terrible, this was exactly what I needed. However, if you’re not a fan of the back cracking at the end, best to mention at the beginning because it may come as a shock. I will definitely go back.

Maggie: Gréât massage thaï traditional style (which is simplisme to deep tissue but with a Thai style of more back cracking and some assistantes stretching at tte end. Very clean and relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. Most speak some basic English but it varies by the person. Had two massage in a week while traveling in Milan due to back pain and it seems different person has a slightly different style. I like Anna’s style the best snd it fits my needs exactly on the level I need (maybe a bit stronger than I am used to at times but very good 👍🏻). Felt so much better the day after! Helped with my upper back and neck tightness. Not the cheapest in town but with high quality and great location. Will be back next time in town. ☺️
