Chris Sheehy: Ignore the reviews from negative people. I walked two miles to come here on my honeymoon in August and was not disappointed! Yes at times any casa del habano can be out of stock of certain cigars. However the gentleman working talked to me at length about what they had and what was an excellent replacement when they did not have the specific cigar I was looking for. His recommendation of the Trinidad vigia I was skeptical about and turned out being one of the best cigars I had this year. As long as you don't come expecting nothing but behike 52's and siglo VI you will be fine!
Wil George: Very disapointed. I have used these lounges throughout europe and this is one of the few letdowns Lounge wasnt open and selection was llimited. Guy give me advice on what other lounges to visit like

Fabio Song: If you are looking to buy cigars, stay away. I have being pushed outside the store and ordered to wait. Understood that a customer was being served. After 15 minutes i have been allowed to enter, expecting a fisrt class service. Big disappoinment!!! Few cigars, low quality and no service. I have asked for italian made cigars and the sales person just pointed some. I asked about the tobacco used, cape, características, and no feedback. Just " this is it". I paid for my litttle order of 100 Euros and left to never come back. Terrible experience. Ah, and he gave me a lousy lighter on my way out. Did not Understand why. Waste of time.

CENTUM Dunlop Mortgages inc: really disappointed, bought 4 boxes of La Escepcion in July, upon inspecting them at home I found live tobacco beetle in boxes and 32 cigars total destroyed with an infestation. No apology, no offer to exchange. Big loss for me. They just dont seem to care.

dog mile: This is a poor place to end up to. Few cigars choice, mostly davidoff (is this company buying any cigar retailer worldwide? probably). I asked for walking-cheaper-cigars and I had a vet bad answer back, I'm sure they don't even know what they were saying. If you're in town I'd avoid this place, and go straight to Casa del Habano or others, selling cigars is becoming an elitist jib in Europe, at least it looks like. There are places where you can buy any smoke without being treated as pest.

None of the salespeople, however, remembers an unresolved request for cheap cigars, so we believe there has been a misunderstanding due to the language or an incorrect interpretation of your request. Therefore we invite you to come back and ask for me (Fabrizio). It will be my concern to meet his requests, satisfying the best, as I usually do with all the customers who find in my shop expertise (certified by the many diplomas I have achieved), deep passion and extreme dedication, as you can see from other reviews released from those who visited us. We have to say that it's not true your comment about cuban cigars, you came with a specific question that we couldn't satisfy and we offer 2 similar kind, (please, keep in mind it's a terrible time to get cuban cigars in all Europe) we asked you to look at our cuban room but you left the store. We really hope to see you soon again for a good cigar!

Mr_flow: They selled me a blended whiskey i Said before i want a single malt. And i payed 75€ for this japanese Whiskey wich you can find for 30€ everywhere! What is wrong with this Store you have no idea about your Job!!
Karen Gervasi: So incredibly disappointed. I requested nice, mild cigars for my husband and was recommended a particular brand. They were so old and dried out they literally broke apart when he smoked them. They did not smoke evenly, and were anything but mild. Of course we were charged double their worth, as well, but I would have paid anything for quality cigars that my husband would love, because they are hard to find where we live. Really sad. We have a Romeo & Juliet also, I just hope that he enjoys that one. I hate leaving a bad review, but I think buyers should beware that they may very well receive a really old, dried out pack of cigars!
Sergio Ruiz: Today I've visited the store!! Beautiful place all the essence of the cigar!! I've been attended by the owner (I've assume was him) excellently, he recommended me one of their own brand cigar which I enjoyed very much!! Unfortunately I've just bought 1 Nolí cigar :( I certainly recommend the store, you can pay with card and after you can go to Piazza del duomo to enjoy your cigars or you can get it in there!!

Guido Varzi: Very unfriendly but most important the charge on accessories at least double of the normal price. My girlfriend bought the same humidor my parents bought for me for more than double of the price!!! It’s just a place for unlucky tourist.
dog mile: A nice old style milanese place for cigar pipe tobacco and pipes smokers. A must if you're in town. Prices varying and you can find an estate Castello pipe for less than €100. Huge selection of tobacco too, although in Italy is more expensive. Great for cigars as well.

Salvatore Carlucci: Very bad "experience". Arrived from outside Milan exclusively to buy a discounted pipe (as it was clearly stated on the site page). Arrived at the store, the kind saleswoman immediately and clearly said that the discounts were exclusively for online orders! With the same clarity, I pointed out that on the official page there was no mention of discounts reserved for online orders. Result no discount!!! I was asked to send a complaint email but look what....., done but not even the courtesy of an answer!! Great professionals!!! There are probably A-list online and C-list (in-store) customers. The fact is that I bought a pipe all the same but from a serious professional in a shop a few hundred meters away and with a discount! And not a Savinelli. Yes, he's a professional. Long live made in Italy

Fabio Pentori: High quality pipes, especially the Punto Oro and Giubileo series. The leather goods for the pipe holder bags are beautiful.
Elisa Orlandotti: I called to get information on my grandfather's pipes and a super courteous person answered me even though it was Saturday and explained to me how to behave with a used one of this type, even without treating it to them in the shop. To those who need the same answer they can tell the current list price which will then be revised and eventually you can rely on eBay.
