Michael Wood: We had so much fun with Clara, she taught us about the history of food in Lombardia especially regarding seasonal and local ingredients. We learned a ton (especially about gluten free cooking) and strongly recommend this to anyone!

Aviv Ron: very recommended! Clara is awesome and teaches you all the techniques needed for italian cuisine from pasta hand made and pizza etc... I recommend also taking the market tour before, it is a must.

cookandine: what do users think?

Kin V: The evening cooking class was a great experience which allowed us to learn a lot about Italian cooking. We liked being able to choose the recipes so that we could cook meals that we like and want to be able to make ourselves. Aurora was a welcoming host and good instructor. The meal we made was delicious, among the best meals we had during our time in Italy!

Dori Sedransk: Our family absolutely loved this class. We chose four recipes and he couple, also there at the same time, happened to have chosen other recipes, so we all shared. Everything was so delicious. Not only did we learn how to make the recipes, but we also learned the meaning behind certain things. For example, putting hot bolognese in the bowl before the pasta and again after, to keep it all hot. Excellent all around!

Claire Pollock: I traveled a lot around Italy and this has been one of the major highlights and best meals.Thank you Lucrezia and Aurora, you are really good at sharing your passion.

Mariagrazia Roselli: Fantastic group cooking class!

Ca'Lore: what do users think?

Anne Theresa Eidhoff: I attended the Pizza Class and I had a great time. Not only did I learn that Pizza dough needs time and a gentle and constant kneading, but Loredana was a caring and entertaining host. I was the only one on the class and she took her time to explain and present all the steps in detail. We did not only prepare Pizza but also variances in food based on the prepared dough. Though the price for the course is mentionable it was a fun and interesting afternoon activity - one you can bring home and invite family and friends to relive Italian Pizza moments.

Oriol: Great lesson! We learned how to do make an amazing lasagna! :-)

Margherita Rezzaghi: Very nice experience, Loredana very good and prepared.

Letizia Bertolaja: Fun activity to do in a group. Prepared and helpful staff!

There was another lady serving drinks and she was so professional and helpful. Food and ambience were great, ingredients used were just so yummy. Cleanness - excellent Music- excellent

Manon Braeckman: Amazing location, amazing concept, amazing people and amazing food. You are welcomed in an incredible space, an old factory, where the culinary hub is located. The staff is super friendly yet very professional at the same time. A great experience to learn more about cooking and in a joyful way.

andrea cerutti: Wonderful experience made as a couple. Tasty and easy to apply recipes. In addition to learning several new dishes, the two hours spent at Farm 65 were really fun. Super recommended if you feel like doing something new with longtime partner :)

Roberto Di Santo: I attended a fabulous Japanese cooking class! Super nice and very good chef (Japanese) helped us prepare delicious dishes to eat in company ... beautiful location, spacious and full of light. A highly recommended experience, certainly to be redone also with my company in a team building cooking key.

Manuela Nicosia: I attended the evening with Stefano Callegaro, where we prepared three fish-based courses. It was a great experience, with accurate explanations of all the steps. Definitely to be redone.

Monica Bianchessi: Large spaces, where you can organize both cooking classes and private events. Management is excellent. Alessandra, the store manager, is kind and helpful. Very good at solving any type of request. Furthermore, the cooking courses are at a highly professional level. The environments and workstations are clean and well organized. Congratulations to all the staff! Well done.

La Scuola di Cucina di Milano: what do users think?

Gianoli Sebastiano: What a beautiful cooking class experience The chef Giacomo was enthusiast to share his knowledge with passionate people coming from all over the world! Bravo! Perfect English accent also Highly recommended

Artur B: We had a fantastic day with Francesco! Although the Italian cuisine is not completely new to us, we learned a lot of new things about the Italian way of cooking. Very interesting! Francesco is such a nice guy, he explained everything very well and simple. Needless to say that the food was amazing. The market tour in between was really great! We discovered a lot of new things although not the first time at this place. All in all one of my best cooking experiences so far. Highly recommended!

Emad Salah: It was amazing time we spent with the greatest chefs in the world! What a beautiful and clean place, we enjoyed so much and a lot of beneficial cooking classes we got. Keep up the fantastic work guys!

Lily: Chef Francesco was great! We started the class preparing tiramisu - it soooo good. We then made our own ravioli and went on a market tour where we got to sample several food items like cheese, dumpling, truffle parmesan cream, I also learned a lot as from Francesco explaining how to shop for pasta or differences between red and blue lobster. After the tour, we watched Francesco demonstrate how to cook risotto for lunch. Francesco is patient, and had a lot of great stories. Very fun and yummy class!

Bilikiz Adebayo: I attended this cooking class Saturday October 8th! My husband and I had an amazing time learning to make a pasta dish and tiramisu. Omg biting into that ravioli was my fav! Ugh sooo good! Giacomo was our instructor and he had such a great spirit about him. His way of explaining things and demonstrating was great. I just kept asking questions and he would answer and then give some history input as well. Overall 10! Thank you for having us!

Velibor Jakovcic: An excellent course in the preparation of Napoletana pizza! Chef Francesco was excellent, kind and accommodating, especially with our 10-year-old daughter, who found this course as well as the ice cream preparation course very interesting! For every recommendation!!Thank you

Chef and the City: what do users think?

Dan Flanigan: My department had a corporate gathering in Milan. It was our first time meeting face-to-face. We coordinated a private event with Chef and the City and it was amazing. Chef Ilaria arranged a special menu to accommodate a mixed group of locals and international visitors including dishes for vegetarians. The menu was great. Her instruction was was fun and informative. And it really bonded the group to make and eat a meal together. I can’t recommend this highly enough, and I hope to do it again the next time my team is in Milan.

Janick Ferrier Hickman: Chef Ilaria provided us an amazing, fun and interactive experience! Her humor, knowledge skill, and presentation made this cooking class!!! Well worth it!!! I recommend it 100%

Sara Dawood: Me and my husband took the class in Milan in our honeymoon, and cooked with chef llaria a whole menu! It was a wonderful experience for us, we enjoyed every moment and did not feel the time passing. She is a very professional and friendly chef, HIGHLY recommend!! Thank you chef for the warming hospitality.

Maciek Winnicki: Awesome experience, blending a bit of fun, a bit of learning, a (good) bit of great food to eat (which you prepare yourself), and a decent dose of good time spent in great company of Chef Ilaria. No matter if you come with friends, or (as in our case) with total strangers, you’re up for a memorable event. Well worth it!

jackie hardee: This is a must!!!!! So much fun & you learn so much. The instructor is so passionate about cooking and makes you feel like you’re the only one in the room. She gives you confidence in cooking the dishes. It’s like cooking in the kitchen with family laughing & enjoying amazing food. Can’t wait to come back 🙌🏽🍝

T Fo: The best experience for all ages! Our family of 7 had the best time making amazing authentic food!! Highly recommend

TEATRO7 srl: what do users think?

Ilya Kolmogorov: Last weekend we celebrated my 40th birthday by organizing a cooking event at Teatro7 Lab. We had high expectations for the evening, but they were exceeded on every account! I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the entire team of Teatrosette Lab, but especially to the Chef Stefano Callegaro. The venue was great, the food was absolutely delicious and everyone had a really good time. Stefano did a fantastic job by not only teaching us the secrets of the Italian cuisine, but also being an excellent facilitator of the evening, creating a very warm and trustful atmosphere. My friends and I had a fantastic time and would like to say a big thank you for that! Best regards, Ilya

Vanessa Bertuletti: HIGH EXPECTATIONS NOT SATISFIED! Negative points: -Too many couples and rather small space to be able to work well and freely. - The role of couples was simply to lay the foundations for the courses that had already been previously prepared by the Staff - Surprise menu that turned out to be very poor and simple for the price that was paid per person. It is not necessary to offer refined and expensive raw materials, it should not have been a complete cooking class but certainly the opportunity to learn something new and test yourself in the kitchen but it was not so. Chef Alessandro De Santis and friendly and helpful staff.

Stefano Francia: Wonderful experience with chef Alessandro De Santis, who was able to transform my initial embarrassment given by not knowing how to cook into a pleasant and fun experience in a short time. About three hours of time in which we had the opportunity to create a fantastic menu whose complexity was not a problem at all thanks to the directives of the chef and his trained staff who followed and advised us in all the steps. An evening that far exceeded initial expectations, certainly to be redone, highly recommended.

Simone Angelicola: Cooking lessons and couple activities. Informal, fun and well-kept environment

Fabrizio Stancher: We had high expectations for the evening, they were absolutely met or even exceeded! We had a lot of fun, learned something new and ate very well!

Paola Binetti: Pleasant and welcoming place; offers single-issue cooking courses of various durations.

Davide Meloni: Excellent choice of cooking classes. I had to change a date twice and they accommodated me very kindly and professionally

Luca Montanari: Just finished a 6 day Japanese cooking course ... Chef Hirohiko Shoda very knowledgeable and willing to answer all questions ...

fabio ricci: Excellence of food courses, where food is also excellence for takeaway in these hard times #botteghemilanesi

La Scuola De La Cucina Italiana: what do users think?

The honest Reviewer: Fantastic experience - Luca was exciting, attentive and shows us all the skills we needed to become a 5* Pasta Chefs. It is just a shame that his skill and wisdom did not rub off on me ( Shop bought pasta it is ) Buon appetito

Aurélien Mazeraud: Cooking course on 4 "primi piatti" consisting of looking at the MasterChef cooking in front of you. We cooked spaghettis by ourself and that is all. A potential for a great course but we need to put much more hands on.

Arnstein Aassve: The chief was spectacular and very professional. A great experience!

Dimitri P: Academy of Italian cuisine located in the Cadorna area of Milan, excellent experience where it is possible to understand and learn how to cook well in a simple way, in a more pleasant moment to taste the foods prepared during the lesson, accompanied by a good beer or wine, all in a convivial! The topic of the lesson dealt with "street food", I can assure you that it looks like a "4 soldi" kitchen and instead it is one of the most difficult to do also thanks to the high quantity of food to prepare. Excellent condition of the chef Andrea Maloberti who managed to combine professionalism with the lightness of the lesson without making it boring or too soporific .... Experience that I recommend.

A S: I attended several courses at the school. Great chefs, very helpful, nice and true professionals. The modality of the course is very dynamic, each participant has their own place where they can cook. And then you taste all the dishes prepared! I will definitely come back for other courses.

raffaella p.: Yesterday evening December 14 was simply fantastic, very interesting but also fun. Chef, as well as the staff, available in explanations and always smiling. The head of the school is very nice. The large kitchen is well equipped. I hope to repeat such a pleasant experience soon!

Chiccohp2: The fish starters course was interesting, like the other courses followed so far, certainly the teachers I met are all very well prepared. It is a great experience to be able to prepare dishes with the suggestions of a professional. With Chef Morlando, teacher of the lesson I followed, I understood where I was wrong about some seafood products without having to ask questions, during the course we range from the notions and the various tricks of the trade, since there are other people in the classroom it becomes interesting to listen to the experiences of the others. people and questions with their answers. I like to cook I have always fished in spearfishing and line since I remember but cooking with a Chef from Campania who was probably born on the sea or certainly knows him well, everything is simple from the preparation and cleaning of the products to cooking.

J S: To be avoided. They are incommentable. After confirming the course they canceled at the last minute without even warning. All AFTER confirming it a few days before ... They made me look bad. They are the total absence of seriousness and organization. I am embarrassed for them.

Marko Jurkovic: Beautiful show cooking experience in a young, fresh and super clean environment. Staff very well prepared and above all patient.

Eataly Milano Smeraldo: what do users think?

Emad Abdelhamid: Nice place if you fancy buying expensive but very good quality of food. I had spaghetti pasta with mozzarella buffalo cheese. It was delicious but not the cheapest. The quality of food was good though. You could buy other food from there such as vegetables, fruits, cheese, wine, alcohol, meat, pasta, flowers, plants, sweets, chocolates, and many other things. The mall is located in the city centre and easy to get to. There is a place to park your bike for free.

Jezzer Pezzer: Was in Milan for business and stayed nearby. There’s one of these in London that I’ve yet to try but this one is pretty good and reasonably priced. Yes, it is a bit of a ‘tourist trap’ and you can get better food wandering off the beaten track but Eataly nicely captures the essence of good Italian food with plenty of fresh produce all in one place. The simple spaghetti in tomato sauce with mozzarella was tasty and so was the pizza. I bought some huge cherries too. They were delicious. Service was fine if a little matter of fact.

Faris Alh: This place is superb, we visited it 4 times during our travels to Milan, an excellent restaurant in first floor where they serve a very delicious fresh pasta and pizza. I love their margarita and four cheese pizza it was very delicious and crispy You can find all the ingredients they use in their supermarket downstairs and big variety of Italian pasta and cheese and herbs to cook the best dishes at home The staff were very helpful and nice, this is a must visit destination in Milan

Andra-Irina Vasile: Lovely market both for groceries and souvenirs as it has lots of artizanal brands as well. It is a bit pricey, but worth a visit. The restaurant upstairs has nice food, but the portions are not so big for the amount of money that you pay.

Kate Cast: I absolutely love this place. For a quick bite or high quality grocery. High quality meat, cheese, chocolate and any typical Italian dishes & food. Not the cheapest but deff worthy.Recommended dishes Pastries …More

The Schlatter Brothers: A very nice place with a great concept! It was my second time in an Eataly, after visiting the one in Sao Paulo. Eataly has a lot of excellent products, of high quality and therefore quite high prices. We took a cappuccino and were very surprised at the low price. Only 1,5 euro for a consuming it on site, where many other restaurants and stores in Milan charge 3 euro or more for it. This store is worth a visit.

Lori Adamson-Salas: One thing, do not come here if you are hungry and everything inside for dine in- dinner is closed. Nice place though for grocery shopping. A bit on the expensive side for some items, but there is a great selection of various food items. We really enjoyed the gelato inside.
