Camilla Ripani: Nothing is impossible for Ricci Hair Studios. I arrived with hair treated with all kinds of colors (now tending to reddish) and a dark ash regrowth with white hair here and there. I asked for a head that resumed the natural base, then ash brown with white inserts, to get rid of the regrowth effect as much as possible and stop dyeing myself, as well as obtaining a gray blending but with a modern touch. I had visited all the hairdressers in Milan, who had told me "impossible!", Before arriving here. Francesco, the owner, really wants to indulge the color and cut that you really want (it is not obvious!) And if you wish he can also give you advice on color shades. In his salon you will find professionalism, kindness, listening and pure humanity, which these days does not hurt. A big thanks.

Nancy Francolini: Friday was my first haircut with Cristian. I could not have been happier with his skill as a communicator and stylist. What did I like and dislike about my last haircut? Precisely how much length did I want him to trim? How do I usually style my hair? Blow dry? Flat iron? Dry naturally? He listened and responded to everything I told him. He cut my hair slowly and methodically and wasn’t distracted by colleagues’ questions or anything else. The resulting cut was beautiful but even more important to me, balanced and flattering to my unique features. I would have the bangs longer but apparently he didn’t hear frangia molto lunga. Two days later when I look in the mirror I see a cut that falls into place by itself. Last night I was at a party where 6-7 people commented on how stunning I looked. Even people I didn’t know approached me saying, “I had to meet this fascinating woman” and so on. Not joking. I was so overwhelming by compliments that I became really embarrassed. They used too much plastic for my taste. Mantels are use and toss (btw so small that hair get stuck to ur sweater), they use plastic cup to drink. What about using glass or paper cups instead?

She was so patient, professional, and really genuinely kind till the end. Trust me, I am a difficult client. I asked many questions, came late, change my mind many time and she was still supper patient, nice and professional. My hair looks very chic and beautiful.
