What can I say: super quality oil, coming from different regions of Italy, perfectly in line with the flavor I love, and also carefully wrapped. Omar Al Tamimi: This is one the places which will let you want to live in Italy. It’s very nice and convenient and you can find many of your grocery here. Not only that. There is a small restaurant inside which you can have a good food. Not only that, they have a Tax free so if you want to take some gifts to your family or friend you can get some olive oil or balsamic vinegar with great taste.

You can first order the items at each section (vegetables&fruits, fresh meat&fish, tea&chocolates, deli, cheese&cold meats, bread etc.) and pay everything at the cashier after you've finished ordering. It is unique in the fact that there are no carts, and you receive individual cards to pay for everything at the end of your purchase. The food is wrapped like a gift and packaged. Beside the high quality of the food and delicious multiple ingredients that you can find in Via Spadari 9, the big difference is made by the Peck Team. They are incredible professional, always smiling, keen to help and no matter if you are a good customer, an annoying one, one in a hurry, a rude one (unfortunately I've seen some) the team always gives 100% trying to make your experience unique! I was lucky because l had the chance to be served by Mr. Pier Luigi 👓, the Michael Jordan of the Deli, a true Super Star 🥇! He is a living food encyclopedia. He can tell you everything about any product they have in the store, how to cook it properly, how to eat it right, what mistakes to avoid. Therefore if you are in Milan, pay a visit to Peck, you will never forget it and if it is your lucky day, you will meet Mr. Pier Luigi! He will made your day!

We visited with children and we were looked after very well and with no fuss. The food is classic Milanese, such as their risotto, bresaola etc. Cured meats are delicious. Fabio Mario Scalise: After many years of constant frequentation of the store in via Fara (first with my parents, then even alone), I will stop going there. I will try to go to the store in via Melzo, even if it is very uncomfortable for me and my elderly mother. Today, in fact, I was accompanied by my mother now almost 90 years old and at the checkout the products were stacked without any care after registering at the cash desk, even if it was clear that I could not be both loading the products from the cart and at the same time. to take them back and put them in the bags. The cashier seemed bitten by the tarantula and continued unloading products without caring that the more delicate ones ended up under the heavier ones. Obviously, kindness and customer care are no longer part of the DNA of the staff of this store, apart from the girl who usually serves bread and cheeses who, on the other hand, is always very helpful, kind and caring, especially when she meets elderly people and clearly uncomfortable. A unique pearl, in a staff of a decidedly insufficient level. Add to this that the same person at the cashier, after we pointed out that some products, previously appreciated, had been replaced and that the substitutes were of lower quality, replied in a listless tone that "what they received and that we had to write to the general management ". good example of "customer care"! Unfortunately, this is not the first example of this bad behavior; these episodes have been repeated for some time now in this store. This had never happened years ago with other staff who recognized you, cared for you, interacted in a kind way, even though they certainly couldn't work miracles. Sometimes it doesn't take much to show the customer that you care about his presence! I would say that two things are enough: 1) a minimum of education (at least towards the elderly) 2) be happy to have a job, which these days is a rare commodity. Evidently, neither of the above two elements are part of Natrura Si via Fara anymore (apart from the girl serving bread and cheese, whom I will be sorry not to meet again).
Annalisa Marturini: I go there often. Good products, kind but rightfully expensive. The one in via Melzo is very very beautiful. I guess I'll leave the store in via Fara, where there is less variety of products, especially in the often old fruit and vegetable department. Sin.
Secret Santa: Attention: on August 10 it is closed An organic chain that feels good every time you go because the staff are so friendly. It is also advantageous to purchase daily necessities and alcohol as a lunch ticket provided by the company. The Frank Sausage sold here is the best choice. Even if it is expensive, it is worth it. Germana Pisa: The products for sale are excellent. The prices of Natura Sì are not higher on average than those of a non-organic supermarket. The offer for many products is very diverse.. Such as e.g. Sauces and jams and breakfast items and juices. Eggs are certainly safe. Fruits and vegetables ok. I consider it a point of honor for the market to offer the possibility of depositing waste vegetable oils, cork and other separate waste collection.
