Federico Ruggiero: Great facility and high quality staff. In particular, during a period of injury I was followed by the team of kinesiologists who quickly got me back on track. I also decided to let these guys follow me also from an athletic point of view to improve my physical and sporting performance; with perseverance and dedication I must admit that the results are not long in coming, obviously the work is done in two. To conclude, I can underline that I am fully satisfied.

Di Zohan: I went there with a shoulder problem, after more than a month of treatments and more than 500 euro spent, I made 0 progress. I continually tried to explain my situation and was met with the same offer of treatment. I understand that sometimes it is the case in medicine. However, in my case they never bothered to question their diagnosis or refer me to another specialist. Luckily I went to a real doctor to understand my issue, otherwise they would have probably still charged me for the same useless treatments!

Tommy: I cannot say further that they are very professional, serious and put their heart into their work and it is the thing that makes the difference between them and the other rehabilitation centers that I have tried in the past (Marco the physiotherapist is a very, very professional person and also good Fabio the very good and professional masseur) They are honest people who still love their job! He gave me a specific treatment for my problem and gave me advice and suggested exercises to do whenever I finish my training or when I have the problem. In addition, he is able to communicate seriously and accurately with the patient, explaining what he is doing and why he is going to act on the affected part of the body. I was very satisfied with his work and recommend it to everyone.

Manuel Tarango: Before having my ACL surgery I met with the owner Marco and he assured me they had the capability to get me fully recovered after my surgery. We started off with at home visits and soon I was able to go into the clinic. Simona and Matti were my main PTs and they were both great! Francesca works the front desk and was able to handle calling my insurance to file all the claims and any additional information needed. Overall it was a great experience, they tracked my progress and got me up and running again!

Maurizio Marcon: I went to this studio as I booked an appointment for skin check-up at 5:30pm. Planned cost: 150€. I arrived 10 minutes earlier and I sat waiting for the doctor. As the time passed and nobody was caring of giving me any update on my turn, I started getting frustrated. Finally the doctor showed up and discussed with the secretary (a blond and very arrogant lady) who was next and I clearly heard them that it was the turn of a patient originally planned for 2:00pm. Simply put, they had completely reviewed the schedule without informing anybody. Just for ensuring, I went to the lady for asking for some clarification, but she looked “very busy” on the phone for few minutes before paying attention to me. When finally she finished the call I asked her: “excuse me, could you kindly tell me how long I still have to wait for my turn?”. She replied: “eeehhhhhhh...for very long”. Truly pathetic. No need to add that I simply took the door and I left in a matter of seconds. A truly unacceptable behavior and organization for a private studio where, since you are paying good money, it’s obvious for everyone that if you plan a visit for a certain time, then the doctor will visit you at that exact time. I would rate this studio zero if I could because they are clearly a group of “professionals” (...) that belongs to an era that doesn’t exist anymore. An era where a doctor can do whatever he/she wants without caring about the patients. My 150€ that today they didn’t earned are almost nothing, but I do hope that more and more people will make the same. Impacting their profits would likely (positively) impact their behavior and attitude. In brief, I extremely discourage to go to this studio so, maybe, they’ll learn the good manner (with specific reference to the secretary) and how not to make clients waiting for nothing.
Sonia Baglione: Very close to the Porta Venezia metro stop, this center was a comfort to me both from a physical point of view and above all from a mental point of view. I had entered it suffering from severe back pain (the pain of which radiated down the whole leg due to lumbosciatalgia) and after a month of initial laser and final exercises I came out as good as new. Now I have resumed leading the active and physical life of all time and I am very happy about this. In any case, it is good to keep in mind that only by exercising consistently will you be able to enjoy long-term benefits.
