Elinor Ackerman: A gem of a store for religious items. High quality and fair prices, with helpful customer service.

Timothy Cobau: 5 stars. I had a complicated international order, and Giuseppe was incredibly helpful. He was responsive to my phone calls and emails, and was able to ship an ornament right to my home. He provided a great service to me, and I highly recommend his shop.
Response: Thank You!

Roberto Bonvini: Historical shop in Milan with a large assortment Very kind and competent people

Luigi Barbareschi: Splendid historical workshop in Milan. They deal with very particular products as they are religious articles. But if you need nativity figurines it is the most suitable shop, they have all kinds and origins! Find everything that can be given as a gift for a sacrament and for not long time also jewelry, always with religious content. They are truly unique!

Sara Brognoli: Friendly and helpful staff. They created bespoke silver bracelets with an attached angel. Honest prices.

Alberto Leonardis: A unique shop of its kind in Milan. A tradition that is renewed year after year. My father started it over 50 years ago, so this year too we have added a shepherd boy, in carved wood, by ANRI to our Nativity scene: the style of the sculptures depicted here date back to the original works of Prof. Karl Kuolt.
Response: Thank you endlessly

Dante Milano: Historic religious items shop in Milan a few steps from the Duomo. Kind owners and with great professionalism, also recommended for choosing uncommon gifts. To visit and recommend.
Response: Thank you!

francesco froiio: The SEGATEL factory is the laboratory no. 1 for those looking for sacred furnishings. It is a highly professional company with high quality experience. Their products are true works of art entirely and scrupulously handcrafted by master craftsmen. Recommended at 100x100.

Erica Galeazzi: If there is a place ... No, if there is a person who knows how to transmit the love he has for his work, this is Marco Segatel. The fact that the business has been handed down from father to son for 60 years also speaks volumes about their love for Italian and religious tradition and culture. In their workshop it is possible to fill your eyes with beautiful things, see ancient liturgical objects which they have restored and returned to their ancient splendor, or new ones created by art for clients who are sometimes on the other side of the globe. An exciting experience!

delio ciavarella: Unique for Sacred objects also good Marco son

Manuela De Matteis: Because they are engaged in their work and are welcoming

Oliviero Bergamaschi: Yes they sell sacred vessels.

emanuele Crivellaro: Professional and available

Mirko Valgiosi: Very good

doncristiano Castelli: Competence & seriousness

Christian Louboutin Milan Borgospesso: what do users think?

Alberto Pasanisi: Wonderful shop with very skilled and friendly personnel

Emma M: Fantastic friendly service and a great selection of shoes available. Thank you! ❤️

Caty Price Smith: Amazing service. Attentive without being overbearing.

Valentina Terenzoni: What can I say .. splendid boutique .. super kind Mr. Angelo in the purchase of my first sneaker ... efficient after-sales service .. the customer is followed even later in the requests for some models of shoes. My favorite shop ever❤

Giuliano Tartaglia: At the basis of the vision and mission of any luxury brand (and not), there is often the concept of sale not limited only to the product itself, but extended to the experience that can be made to the customer. The latter may not always be right, but he deserves respect and acceptance regardless of the related requests. My negative review is the result of rude and inappropriate attitudes on the part of the management of the boutique who, after requesting the quality check of a pair of décolleté at the appropriate locations, first thought of calling me rude and out of place (perhaps they also felt authorized given my age of 19 as the tones have changed later in the presence of more adult people) and then "satisfy" my request in a bad way. The shoes were sold to me with an imperfect box, without replacement cleats (which belong to each product) and with tissue paper (which is a reflection of how often the shoes were tried on or taken from the box) totally wrinkled. Perhaps the management was annoyed when, after noting other stains, I insinuated (but I repeat, the customer may be wrong, to "whoever is responsible" the arduous sentence) that the items may have been significantly used before the sale. It would also be advisable to review post-sales behaviors, before losing customers who are really interested in buying due to personnel who do not reflect the quality standards of the brand. Greetings.

Francesco Bartesaghi: Bad service. I ordered a product and was told it would arrive in a couple of days. After two days not having received any news, I requested and was told that the boutique to which the product was ordered had not yet given an answer and that, being the Christmas period, they could not make transfers (in the store I had initially been quite the opposite). So I was cleared with a "can proceed with the online purchase". New in Montenapolone: classy shoes but they still have to take shape well.

Rosanna Zanatta: Beautiful shop!!! A huge thank you to Simone, an exceptional salesman, very attentive and precise who, to satisfy me, was able to quickly find the shoes of my dreams in another Louboutin store, saving my birthday party!!! 💗

ermes fisinessi: Impeccable, my partner took a pair of beautiful shoes, we were looked after by Mr. Francesco, Impeccable, thoughtful and thorough. Thank you.

Matteo rizzi: Bad after-sales assistance.

La Stele: what do users think?

Roberto Pietro Repetti: The ideal place to buy a nativity scene! Craftsman available to customer needs. Recommended! Beautiful objects, small works of art!

Mario Polloni: Mr. Gianluca very competent and helpful person. The shop is small but well stocked with high quality items, nativity scenes, figurines and religious characters made strictly by hand! Recommended.

Mario Triberti: A small shop, not easy to find, along Viale Certosa. Discovered this year, even though I live in the area and the shop has a long history. They are craftsmen and make cribs, from the hut to the statuette, all of the crib made in the workshop on the back. I was amazed as I entered, I was a little moved as I stood, and I left regretting not having met them sooner. Such a place in Milan is to be treasured, it is a heritage for everyone

Kim Petrosky: Le Stele is a small but incredibly well-stocked shop. They have a unique selection of high quality items ... from rosaries, religious items and gifts. Exquisite crib sets are works of art. The prices are very cheap for the quality. Very nice and helpful owner. A very special shop with a very special spiritual feeling.

Paolo Robaudi: Another magical place in Milan.

simon luca grassi: Unique shop of its kind, it goes back in time. Sale of nativity figurines, huts and sacred statues.

Gianni Graziani: Wide choice of figurines and furnishings for the construction of the crib. Highly professional and specialized staff

Roby Colombo de Lellis: Fantastic!!! A place that fills your heart ... ancient flavours

Frank Francesco: Virtually unique place in Milan good and competent

Fausto Lionello: Friendly and lots of variety

Duomo shop: what do users think?

Krystel Hoche: A monument as impressive and awe inspiring as the Duomo deserves more. No interesting books about the architecture, no interesting souvenirs. Very small space with no variety. Personnel is very friendly though!

Karol Zagórski: You can buy tickets to Cathedral here. Long queues, it takes lots of time to byu them... lots of different things, souvenirs ets. You can buy bags, clocks hete, all of them inspired by Duomo Milno, it is very nice but too many people, not many staff. No toilets, not enough of signs.

Tatyana Prokopenko: They sell tickets not inform about dress code and they don’t refund

Sy Sharp: Limited choice of items but what there is available is reasonable.

Ashley Giardiello: Disappointing selection

federica di marco: Indisposed and ungraceful staff towards customer service. If the cash register is not manned, the staff cannot manage the counter. Bad service considering they represent the Milan cathedral.

Biaggini Christelle: The monument itself is of course magnificent and impressive, but the operation of the ticket office is not very efficient because the queue serves both the shop and the ticket office itself, nor very practical because if you tell the nice hostess that you pay by card it directs you to an automatic terminal where it is very easy to make a mistake (I thought I was taking access to the terrace and not!!!!) moreover the terminal is only in Italian or English (for an international site… bof). Also remember to bring something to cover water and bare legs (bare legs especially for girls...) because there is a dress code to enter the building (in case you have to buy a camisetta at the shop but that means say queuing again)…. Also the hours are not flexible. But the staff on the other hand is very friendly and gives good advice when you have access to it…!!!

ornella dusi: Many stocked and welcoming staff.
Response: Thanks ❤️

TAU DIFFUSION: Very kind and competent people
Response: Thank you!!

Matteo Bersani: A point of reference for religious publishing, but not only, and for religious articles. Good availability, lots of news, attention to the Ambrosian world. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable. There is a good presence of specialized volumes, not always terrible, available elsewhere.

Maria Silvia Falconi: Kind and professional, the products of the monasteries are a real delight
Response: Thank you!! Very kind! Your comment encourages us to do better and better!

Domenica Di Pierro: Super stocked, maybe a little expensive even if there are some very nice things ... The only real criticism: the staff ... a smile when you are in a shop is always welcome.
Response: Thanks Sunday, he's right !! We will try to improve! 🤗

Elena Tininini: Catholic bookshop in the center of Milan. Courteous and professional staff, willing to provide any type of book not present in the bookstore. Also on sale are handcrafted products from monasteries and / or foundations.

C P: Bookshop specializing in religious texts, with an area dedicated to objects. Wide choice, well cared for.
Response: A thousand thanks!!!!

Marco Mascellani: Courteous and helpful staff, excellent assortment for the religious and spiritual sector with a good selection of titles from other sectors. Clean and tidy place for a pleasant consultation

Fabio Chizzolini: Unique texts for an extraordinary library. Prepared and courteous staff.
Response: Thanks for the review!

Paul Heller: Made an appointment about 2 weeks in advance, the woman working there, Francesca, remembered us as we walked in. Very helpful, very attentive, she assisted my girlfriend in finding the right pair for about an hour. Afterwards she gave her her phone number should she have any additional questions, concerns or any new purchases in the future. While the shop is small, they actually have more shoes in the back, such as the more classic heels.

'Jean Gray': Smaller than shops I’ve been to in the States. It was not a great shopping experience either. They didn’t have my size, which I kind of expected, but I was treated like a “browser” as if I weren’t seriously interested in getting the shoes anyway. I don’t need to understand much Italian to understand bodily language and facial expressions. Unprofessional children working here who would rather pander to someone short and slim than someone who purposely came with money to spend. It’s fine, I’ll purchase the shoes in Paris next week. Avoid this location unless you’re 5 feet tall and under 30.

H C: Very nice shoes and amazing consultants. Today I became Louboutin customer thanks to Davide who made nice team with Simon. Davide treated both me and my bf with a friendly attitude and high professionalism, giving helpful advice. This is a place where people are treated without any air of arrogance and models (e.g. for brides) are seducing.

Romana M.: Quite small shop with a few pairs of shoes only :-/ But the quality of shoes was excellent!

Sarah soong: Very knowledgeable and warm service

Eve Trektere: I traveled long hours to get a pair of shoes and nobody in the shop even spoke to me, it seemed they were more interested in each other than my money 🤷‍♀️ Very disappointing experience, can’t even say it was shocking as didn’t receive one 😳 I was in the shop for good 10 minutes and left empty handed 😔

Fredrick Browder: My wife found the red bottom shoes she wanted there.

Mohd Sulaiti: The best store for this markets in Milano.

Antonius van der Vorst: Via Monte Napoleone - Milan. The world famous Via Monte Napoleone is a paradise for design lovers. The street is located in the capital of Italian fashion with its famous Fashion Quadrilateral (Quadrilatero della Moda) bordered by Via Montenapoleone, Via Manzoni, Via della Spiga and Corso Venezia.

Angela Calderaro: bad service! no willingness to please the customer and find 1 solution. I strongly advise against the purchase of these products whose cost, among other things, is not at all convenient compared to other sellers of similar items.
Response: Ms. Calderaro bought a linen baptism gown and was not satisfied with the white color of the linen, which is different from two gowns she had bought previously. We explained to the customer that natural linen baths are always different from each other and that any replacement would therefore have presented a still different shade of color, without being able in any way to guarantee full customer satisfaction. We are sorry that Ms Calederaro was dissatisfied but some products due to their intrinsic characteristics require a little flexibility from customers. Thanks Customer Service Vaticanum.com
