Alexander Pálffy: We came to buy many shirts. Took them 15 min to notice us. Then we left. Slowest shop ever. Too arrogant. This company is useless. UPDATE after your reply: I asked a few locals here in Milan and they all confirmed this store is repeating above described behaviour on a regular basis. I strongly suggest to look into this as you will lose a lot of customers ;)
Beau Goradia: Got a suit here at the very last minute before a wedding. My luggage did not arrive on time from Canada. Off the rack but fit like a custom suit after a few adjustments!! Staff was super helpful. However, it can get really busy. Best to call in before hand.

ed pa: Visited the shop to buy a polo shirt, was told i could not try them on due to covid regulations, and that they had a button down shirt for sizing i could try with the same fit, hard to believe . It is September 2022, how can there be restrictions. I was told i could buy it, try it at home, and come back to return if it didnt fit. TERRIBLE SERVICE
Georgia Temple: Very nice quality clothing and fairly priced, not too cheap and not too expensive. We, although had a bad experience when trying to have a custom suit ordered. We had initially been given a price, after we took all the measurements and went to the cash to pay, the price was 40% more. Surprised by this, once the manager came to talk to us, he told us how we misunderstood as to how ordering custom suits worked. We absolutely did not misunderstand, they told us the price was 10% from the rack price. This absolutely disappointed us and ruined our shopping experience for all the other articles we ended up buying.

Raúl Campos Delgado: Tourist Trap. The store is OK, but nothing spectacular… The staff is very rude and have a poor understanding of their products. I went there with the clear objective of buying a nice jacket and the attitude of the sales man was so arrogant that I just escaped after 5 minutes. There are way better options in Milan to have good quality clothes with a kind service.

Elina Malkki: I witnessed a terrible situation yesterday. I was waiting for the locker room staff to take my clothes. Then the lady came out of the locker room and asked "does this look big on me". The workers looked at each other, burst out laughing really hard and said nothing to the lady. Then she asked if they could bring a size smaller and the staff said "No" and ignored her after. I hope the lady did get a hold of a manager or something. I am just a witness and Im still disgusted. I cant imagine what that lady was feeling. This happened 24.6.2022 at 7-8pm.
Hr Schiller: What a s***hole. Main shopping hour and only one, I repeat, one cashier open. Several people complained since people lined up forever. Very disappointing since the store and location are great.

Allyson Anatra: Very rude woman clerk today kicking all of us out at 7:40pm. Google says UO closes at 8pm so which is it? I recommend re-training your staff and teaching them how to not only to tell time but how to speak to their clientele with respect. Will not be returning.

P B: probably the simplest Urban Outfitters I have ever been to. The layout was quite different than my previous visits throughout North America, and the selection of items was not as wide here. As expected, the men’s section was rather small, not many items to choose from and the store brands were more prominently displayed as expected. The staff was welcoming and helpful, especially when I got lost in the maze of the women’s department and couldn’t figure out how to exit. This location has an accessible entrance.

Enter Luigi the store manager and his team. Gave me an amazing personal shopping experience and helped me with expert recommendations. Asim Drebi: Terrible sales people, all they care about is taking your money, with out offering good service. My brother and I bought stuff for over $2,000 and then after I got to the US I found out that the tailor messed up all out pants. All of them are super short, we couldn’t wear them at all, and I personally ended up giving them away. What a waste of money. That’s why I said the sales people only care about pushing you to buy. And they don’t care about taking proper measurements.
Dries Moerman: Not suitable (pun intended) for business / travellers. Decent suits, but unreliable delivery (2,5 days later than promised, not counting weekend days). No communication on delay, even when calling the store yourself. The staff in store & store manager are not able to make a decision on neither shipping or refunds. Shipping options or costs are not made concrete. Return policy is not respected, even on company/chain level. * Update: 3 months later the chain has reimbursed me 10% of the purchase price.

Yousef Alsuhaimi: I bought a short from London and wanted to exchange it in Milano. Ms. Li-Wen, a Boggi Sales Associate, could not find the same model and color. I was leaving Milano next day, so she did not give up. She took my mobile number and contacted Boggi Geneve in Switzerland (as it was my next destination). But she could not find it there either. Two weeks later, I contacted her to inform her I was coming to Milano again. She was on vacation, but she still managed to personally coordinate with other stores to deliver it on time before my arrival! In addition, she made an appointment for me with Mr. Oliver, her colleague, to come to pick it up. And indeed, Mr. Oliver was waiting for me and handed me my new short in about 15-second time! He told me it was all set, and he would complete the lengthy process of exchange (since it involved stock and currency from adifferent country) with the cahier. I truly appreciate the quickness and friendliness of Mr. Oliver. From now on, Ms. Li-Wen will be my personal shopper. These types of professional employees are such a big asset to any company. Wishing them all the best.

I bought a couple of pair of pants, the pockets completely disintegrated after two days, and they would not let me change it because thay have a policy that says that if you wear their clothes, they will not change them. after some discussion they changed my pants and I was "lucky" they said. Samuel Gerhard: Unfortunately, my first purchase at gutteridge was paired with a very unfriendly conversation when i tried to return the product. On back of buying a new white shirt for the office I was told it would not be possible to try it on before buying but I would have the chance to try at home and return if it doesn’t fit. Didn’t fit so wanted to return, the staff said only a change of products is possible, and unfortunately there are not even vouchers so I would have to take my shirt with me again until next time when I want to purchase something at gutteridge. Two things that absolutely disappoint: 1. Not being able to efficiently return a shirt which was not given the chance to try on in the first place 2. Disrespectful manner towards the client when trying to find a solution

Luis Lopez: Went in to look around, Andriy showed me just about everything the store had available without being pushy. He was friendly the whole time and explained the different materials that they used. I didn’t buy anything initially but returned later in the day and picked up a scarf. No regrets
Mattia Tarelli: I went to get a small tailor edit to my suite. After getting in, one of the employees told me that the tailor was pretty busy, but that I could wait “one moment” and he would let me know whether it was possible or not. After more than 30 minutes nobody got back to me. After following up, the same employee asked me to wait “one moment” again and didn’t apologize for the delay. Absolutely unacceptable customer experience, will definitely not return.
