Vanda Samardžijová Podkamenská: In this store, I purchased two pairs of boots in sale. They offer variety of brands, and the selection was great, with everything looking exclusive and priced reasonably (80€-250€). One pair of my boots was ripped (ive discovered it in my hotel roomafter purchase) so I returned it to the store day after. They assured me that this never happens with this brand, and offered to exchange them for me, or to repair them (the repair should have been completed within few hours). We did not have time to wait for repair, so we exchanged the boots, and they gave us a small gift for our trouble. They were very friendly and professional, so I highly recommend this store.
