TOSETTI Carla: DO NOT RENT A ROOM IN THAT HOUSE. IT IS SUCH A SCAM. The owner had the kindness to offer me a double room that I could rent as a single room. It was clearly written on the contract it would be a single room, they assured me I would be alone in the room. Only TWO WEEKS before I move in Milan, the owner informed me that It was no longer possible to rent the room as a single room : either I had to share my room with someone else, or I had to leave the house. I had only 2 days to make a choice. Of course I chose to leave but It was so stressful to find another room two weeks before I arrived in Milan, while I signed the contract and payed the Milano Student House FOUR MONTHS in advance!!!! Luckily, the place I found is so much better than the Milano Student House. I am finally grateful not to live in the house of such a hustler. This is not an occasional story because that bad experience happened to a friend of mine too. So BE CAREFUL and DO NOT GO THERE.
Anastasiia: The rooms are equipped with everything necessary for comfortable studying and taking a rest. In the district you can find everything you need. For all my two years in Italy, this is the cleanest and most beautiful place where I lived with very friendly landlords. Highly recommend this place!
Devereux Cisca: Lovely shared student accommodation with great facilities and atmosphere. Beautifully designed and suitable for all your needs. There is a terrace to socialise with other students when the sun is shining! Great proximity to the Bovisa Politecnico campus and the Bovisa station.

It is well furnished and organized. Antonino is so kind and helpful as a host. Another advantageous point is the people who u stay with. Most of them are also exhange students so u can help eachother and have a great time together.

Sofia Tapias: Milano Student House is perfect for students living near politecnico di milano. Is just a few minutes walk from the station , it’s near 3 super markets and it comes with 8 washings at a near laundry room! It’s very clean and very modern. I would truly recommend.

LGR: The worst experience of my life. I don’t recommend this agency at all. I give just one star, because the possibility of not giving any is not available. Lack of quality and professionalism: the apartment was in a horrible state and the service provided by the employees was not good. Also, not only am I the one who had a negative experience, but all the students I met who rented their room with this agency were also disappointed, and we ended up switching to other agencies and apartments.
Sanmeet Kaur: I got in touch with MilanHousing for a room I saw on the website and received the most brilliant customer service. All my emails and questions were responded to in detail and within a few minutes/hours. Once I booked the place, I was accompanied by the team to the apartment and shown around the house. A special mention for Simone from the MilanHousing team. His efficiency, patience and assistance from the start helped me book the place within a couple of days and thanks to him, I now have one of the most beautiful rooms in Milan.

Carlotta Iobbi: If I went back I would never make a contract with this agency, They rented me a house making me believe it was fully functional, as I arrived There was no hot water, there is no kappa the washing machine did not work, the bathroom was leaking, the house is very old full of cracks and stains on the walls it is completely dirty with irremovable dirt that cannot be removed, they solved some problems only after months of insisting arriving at exasperation for a little hot water, they are not available in understanding the problems the worse, grumpy and stingy owner is still The house has never been renovated who knows maybe. From the 60s if not earlier I would advise everyone against this scam agency

tommaso carmagnani: I have not stayed in their homes but I was able to view one in the Bovisa area at the same time as my move to Milan to study. The apartment was minimal but well cared for, a bit expensive, but the staff has always been very kind and helpful.

Francesco Marchetti: Excellent residence for university students. 400 meters from the design faculty of the Politecnico di Milano. Small but comfortable rooms. The assistance and some services are left to be desired, such as the ADSL which with only 20 mbit is absolutely not adequate for the context. I reserve the right to review this review for the future.

Bojidar Prokopov: Highly recommend! For the 1 month that I’ve been here I have nothing but good things to say. The rooms are all extremely clean and new, the staff is super friendly and supportive, the location is within walking distance of everything and the common areas and facilities might honestly be the best part- the fitness is really modern and has everything you need, the games room has all sorts of social activities and massive TVs and there is a literal cinema. Did I mention the actual cinema rooms that anyone can use? Find me another dorm that’s even half as good as this, until then Giovenale in my opinion is setting a new standard.

Camila Ardila: Overall it was a very good experience, the accommodation is next to Bocconi and if you are coming for an exchange there I would say it’s the best option since you are close to campus and with all the people from the university. You also have different spaces and study rooms which you can use at any time. The staff, especially Jessie, was always very friendly and always helpful when needed.

Alireza Habibi: Very bad experience there. Management of the residence is very disappointing. Buildings are nice and new but so many issues… Can’t have any guests after 7pm, no ovens in the kitchens, cameras everywhere, noises at any time due to the heavy doors, useless shutters, fees everywhere for anything, super expensive and inefficient washing machines… I don’t even know where to start. I highly recommend you to find an accommodation any where else in Milan if you want to enjoy your time there!

AtsuePop: I highly recommend to any student coming to studying in Milano to not go to Aparto because it will certainly ruin your Erasmus experience. Even though you pay an expensive rent, you don’t have your freedom to invite people. You are always controlled on camera (image and sound), you can’t invite your friends or relatives after 19h00. Furthermore, the security team, receptionist, all the staff I could meet are highly incompetent or are abusing of their authority; they have a toxic attitude. Everytime you will address yourself to them about an issue, they will try to put the blame directly on you, and take ages before doing something to help. If you were caught because you stayed after 19h00, the security staff will enter without warning at your place and have a condescending smile on the face, happy to put you outside. You can really feel they look down on students. I visited a friend of mine recently, who told me that she got a mental breakdown because of all these stupid rules and problems with the management. They are studying hard and they can’t have some peace; they feel trapped in this place. I’ve stayed later after 19h00 and saw the security staff and their toxic attitude towards students; condescending smile, happy to stop the good time we were having. We were having a chill night, we didn’t disturb anyone or mess with anything, but I really felt we were being treated like children if I dare to say it. They don’t care about the mental health of the students who need to meet their friends and just chill, and added to this the threats per email afterwards and the management that always blame you of any problem you point out, this is shocking.

sergio jimenez saucedo: The In-Domus internazionale is a residence of very low quality. The air conditioning had not been working for three weeks due to an incorrect sizing of the protection elements, but the worst is today. One of the pipes, apparently of very low quality or lack of maintenance, burst in the middle of one of the floors, wetting my computer. I attach pictures.
alejandro ferreras: I DONT RECOMEND IT. The water is very bad with a lot of lime, the chairs in the rooms are very bad and uncomfortable and the lamp does not illuminate well. to top it all and this is the worst, we have an average temperature of about 28 degrees, during the day reaches 30 degrees. is a shame that such a modern place of these terrible conditions and above fines to residents for everything. I give two stars because at least they have a gym and study room:)
Response: Dear Alejandro, the water problem was solved, once it was reported, we took prompt action in cooperation with the MM company (water service manager) because the problem concerned the Milanese aqueduct. The air conditioning did not work for a few days, but the problem was fixed and the system is now working, but given the emergency situation that is affecting the whole of Europe due to the shortage of gas, we have taken the decision to align ourselves with government directives that call for a more responsible use of air conditioning, keeping the temperature no lower than 25°. Penalties are levied on residents who repeatedly fail to abide by the rules, thus not respecting coexistence with other residents, who then complain about dirt and noise nuisance in common areas. The staff is always available and welcomes reports from residents, if there are any problems within your room please do not hesitate to contact the staff. Best regards, Staff In-Domus
atikete importa: Looks pretty modern but they have us living in the worst conditions considering the exorbitant prices: no air conditioning for the last month although the temperatures rise to 30°, no water pressure, no internet so it makes it imposible to study or communicate, etc. Definitely not an option to consider.

Uzo Umeh: Spent some time here as an international exchange student. Lovely atmosphere, made lots of friends and has a good study room and is at the centre of Milan and very close to Bocconi. Good place to grow in professional and Christian formation while having lots of fun.

r r: The parking attendant is the rudest person I have ever met. Angry and insulting heavily, screaming like crazy, people using the parking lot
Silvana Forte: Excellent student residence located on the sidewalk opposite the polytechnic and architecture. Organized down to the smallest detail. Rooms with one or two beds. Each bed equipped with bedside table, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Cleaning and linen change twice a week. Sink in the room. Bathroom and shower in separate compartments so as not to create inconvenience. Bright rooms, two very large study rooms and a classroom for papers for architecture students. Free admission every hour and guests welcome until 11pm. Access for those coming from high school with a minimum score of 85. Small tax concessions for merit and ISEE. Concierge service. The whole building is in perfect condition and well cared for.

Mara Pentzou: The rooms are very dirty without air condition . Unacceptable living conditions during the summer ! The Bocconi summer school is totally disorganized and unprofessional. They don’t answer phone calls , don’t reply to emails . They don’t even speak English even though they addressed to international students .

Berke Muftuoglu: The staff doesnt know english (at a international student dorm) which makes communication impossible. No a/c at nights and there are a lot of mosquitoes due to extreme heat at night. Dont let the pictures misguide you, there are inhumane conditions. I suggest you to choose spadolini which has a/c 24/7 if you are planing on staying that far from bocconi at summer.

Paolo Cason (CasonP): Modern and welcoming residence, equipped with what is necessary for the study and social life of guests. The recent upgrade of Internet connectivity makes access to cultural and recreational content more convenient.
Alessandro Brambilla: Positive and sharp environment of young people, the large courtyard is very appreciated, which favors socialization.

Sushant Tiwari: By Metro: 15 minutes to Cadorna, 20 to Duomo, 30 to PoliMi Bovisa, and ~40 minutes to PoliMi Leonardo campus. Place is newly built and has good facilities such as gym, parking, large and (if kept by students) clean kitchens and open balconies. Rooms are a bit small but worth the price and multicultural exposure. Staff is also supportive and friendly.

Virtual -Chris-: Nice modern Hotel with free parking and close to the Metro at a reasonable price but no Air Conditioning. It only circulates air at 23-degrees…Too warm… even in September. Breakfast items like eggs ran out. Would not stay again.

Valentin Mandache: The hotel ia great located. You have less then 10 minutea to the nearest metro station. The room was big and clean with very large windows. Breakfast was good, but the same every day. They could change something from time to time. The service was very good, friendly and helpfull staff.

Ruxandra MH: Pros: The staff is very friendly, the room is big and clean (it is cleaned every day), the breakfast is decent but kind of poor (mainly pastry, coffee, a few fruits, biscuits, milk and cereals). Cons: The hotel is situated right across a bar/pub and you can not sleep without ear plugs, it is very very noisy.

Sofia Tiktapanidou: Very fair price.. close to exit 10 of Milan. Comfort big room, very clean without carpet.The breakfast is in italian style. Free private parking in front of hotel.
