Anastasiia: The rooms are equipped with everything necessary for comfortable studying and taking a rest. In the district you can find everything you need. For all my two years in Italy, this is the cleanest and most beautiful place where I lived with very friendly landlords. Highly recommend this place!
Devereux Cisca: Lovely shared student accommodation with great facilities and atmosphere. Beautifully designed and suitable for all your needs. There is a terrace to socialise with other students when the sun is shining! Great proximity to the Bovisa Politecnico campus and the Bovisa station.
Rishi Raj Anand: Nice, cozy, green and clean. A hassle free lookout for all the international students. Good way for spending your exchange here. Lovely flat mates, friendly and helpful landlord. I had a wonderful stay here.
neslihan irtem: Perfect for exchange students who are gonna stay for short period of time. Especially the ones from Politecnico di Milano would be so comfortable about location and the apartment. It is well furnished and organized. Antonino is so kind and helpful as a host. Another advantageous point is the people who u stay with. Most of them are also exhange students so u can help eachother and have a great time together.
Novemvilla: Very convenient and safe place for students. Most of my room mates are also exchange students. Apartment is well equipped with all basic needs. Recommend!
Sofia Tapias: Milano Student House is perfect for students living near politecnico di milano. Is just a few minutes walk from the station , it’s near 3 super markets and it comes with 8 washings at a near laundry room! It’s very clean and very modern. I would truly recommend.

All my emails and questions were responded to in detail and within a few minutes/hours. Once I booked the place, I was accompanied by the team to the apartment and shown around the house. A special mention for Simone from the MilanHousing team. His efficiency, patience and assistance from the start helped me book the place within a couple of days and thanks to him, I now have one of the most beautiful rooms in Milan.

Albjon “ONI” Lami: A good solution for my trip
tommaso carmagnani: I have not stayed in their homes but I was able to view one in the Bovisa area at the same time as my move to Milan to study. The apartment was minimal but well cared for, a bit expensive, but the staff has always been very kind and helpful.
Francesco Marchetti: Excellent residence for university students. 400 meters from the design faculty of the Politecnico di Milano. Small but comfortable rooms. The assistance and some services are left to be desired, such as the ADSL which with only 20 mbit is absolutely not adequate for the context. I reserve the right to review this review for the future.
Marcelo Nunes: I lived in this place for 3 years and the only complaint I have is the price, which is very high, other than that everything is perfect

Bojidar Prokopov: Highly recommend! For the 1 month that I’ve been here I have nothing but good things to say. The rooms are all extremely clean and new, the staff is super friendly and supportive, the location is within walking distance of everything and the common areas and facilities might honestly be the best part- the fitness is really modern and has everything you need, the games room has all sorts of social activities and massive TVs and there is a literal cinema. Did I mention the actual cinema rooms that anyone can use? Find me another dorm that’s even half as good as this, until then Giovenale in my opinion is setting a new standard.
Tomas Parodi: i had one of the greatest experiences ever! met a lot of people and made really good friends! The game room was out usual spot to have fun and chat! Amazing people in reception, very attentive and nice! nothing bad to say about this place!
Camila Ardila: Overall it was a very good experience, the accommodation is next to Bocconi and if you are coming for an exchange there I would say it’s the best option since you are close to campus and with all the people from the university. You also have different spaces and study rooms which you can use at any time. The staff, especially Jessie, was always very friendly and always helpful when needed.

Tehseen Ullah (Hafa): An accessible and huge area covered by this building, surrounded by lots of food options
Uzo Umeh: Spent some time here as an international exchange student. Lovely atmosphere, made lots of friends and has a good study room and is at the centre of Milan and very close to Bocconi. Good place to grow in professional and Christian formation while having lots of fun.
Cristiano Patrese: Top-level university residence with very elegant and welcoming interiors. Excellently structured and organized, it is the ideal environment for off-site university students.
Luca Scorretti: Clean environment, large silent study room, courteous and polite boys.

Silvana Forte: Excellent student residence located on the sidewalk opposite the polytechnic and architecture. Organized down to the smallest detail. Rooms with one or two beds. Each bed equipped with bedside table, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Cleaning and linen change twice a week. Sink in the room. Bathroom and shower in separate compartments so as not to create inconvenience. Bright rooms, two very large study rooms and a classroom for papers for architecture students. Free admission every hour and guests welcome until 11pm. Access for those coming from high school with a minimum score of 85. Small tax concessions for merit and ISEE. Concierge service. The whole building is in perfect condition and well cared for.
Marisa Pedrini: A citadel, beautiful to see the continuous movement of the boys. Excellent and very clean services. Many solutions for breakfast or lunch, beautiful park during the day with the benches !!!!
Stefania: Among the ready meals there are often very good things, those made on site sometimes leaving something to be desired. Unfriendly staff. Good organization.

Omer Gavriel: Great place and great staff! We have felt very welcome on our stay, and the room was great. The main issue for yourists may be the location.
D. T.: Best place to stay in Milan!!! The location is great. The rooms are absolutely amazing. The prices are acceptable. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful! Everywhere was clean, really hygienic. It’s a safe building with lots of security. Oh and there is a huge private parking! Nearby you have Lidl, Mediaworld, a bakery, etc. Just perfect!

Silviu Ristea: Very good place to stay near Lambrate Metro station. The room was clean, the staff very polite and the prices are very affordable for this kind of offer.

Sushant Tiwari: By Metro: 15 minutes to Cadorna, 20 to Duomo, 30 to PoliMi Bovisa, and ~40 minutes to PoliMi Leonardo campus. Place is newly built and has good facilities such as gym, parking, large and (if kept by students) clean kitchens and open balconies. Rooms are a bit small but worth the price and multicultural exposure. Staff is also supportive and friendly.
Vishal Kalia: It is located in outskirts of city. Students who prefer peace and more cultural interaction should opt for this residence. Supermarket and parks are very near. ~40 minutes for leonardo campus and ~25 minutes for bovisa campus
Umer Farooq: One of the best students residence, clean and air conditioned.. far away from polimi but near to subway. It takes 40 min to reach piola.
Dareer Bin Khalid: A really nice student residence. Great staff and clean environment.
Saad Malik: Close to the metro station but in the suburbs of milan. Generally it us well equipped and well maintained student dormitory.
Emre Danışan: Good dormitory for students to stay. Aldo has a cool sunset view :)

Valentin Mandache: The hotel ia great located. You have less then 10 minutea to the nearest metro station. The room was big and clean with very large windows. Breakfast was good, but the same every day. They could change something from time to time. The service was very good, friendly and helpfull staff.

Ruxandra MH: Pros: The staff is very friendly, the room is big and clean (it is cleaned every day), the breakfast is decent but kind of poor (mainly pastry, coffee, a few fruits, biscuits, milk and cereals). Cons: The hotel is situated right across a bar/pub and you can not sleep without ear plugs, it is very very noisy.
