Jacqueline Simon: I bought a Kurt Cobain Signature Fender Jaguar at Gino Guitars, as it was one of the very few places that had it in stock - and I searched for it online all over Europe. As it was a very special gift for my newly-wedded husband for the day after our wedding, I was a bit on edge when there was a problem with the UPS delivery (a problem on my side - the address was simply too long for the UPS system). Jari: Gibson sgj Gibson sgj The first impression was that the guitar is very thin and the neck seems to go on indefinitely, but it is also very solid and has no weak points. The guitar is also very simple and has nothing unnecessary, the finish is thin satin, and no binding or trapezoidal inlays, which is cool, this is a pure rock machine. Sound The acoustic sound of the guitar is really great. It’s nice to play guitar without an amplifier. In the electronic sound, the clean sounds were pleasantly surprising, and the dirty sounds were useful but not very special. The guitar is easy to play, even if the neck is not the thinnest. The hardware is also good quality, but the tuning often needs to be adjusted, it’s not a big deal, but annoying. Gino Guitars delivered the guitar quickly, the guitar was clean and well packaged. jeroen van reenen: Really nice experience with Gino Guitars. I was looking for specific Gibson Les Paul tribute HB. I accidentally ordered the wrong colour. After I contacted them with WhatsApp it was no problem to change the colour. They helped me after the shop was closed and showed me some pictures of the guitar in the colour I wanted because they were not show on the website yet. Four days later the beautiful guitar arrived at my place in the Netherlands. At first I felt a bit nervous ordering a guitar all the way from Italy. But after my experience with their customer service I can highly recommend this company!

Daniele Bortolotti: Great shop, one of the best for electronic music in the area, and perhaps in Italy. You will find extremely knowledgeable and kind staff, and excellent customer service. I can’t stress enough the high quality of costumer care I experienced, I had some issues with some of the items I purchased not fitting my specific workflow, and they unwaveringly helped me solve them and accepted returns immediately.
