STRAFhotel&bar - A member of Design Hotels: what do users think?

Miranda Gambetti: This was a beautiful hotel. We were lucky enough to have a balcony and could see the church and people watching was fun. The staff were excellent, spoke great English, and the location was a double edged sword- it was in the heart of it all and it was in the heart of it all. The area is very busy with visitors. If you love being in the middle of it all- this is perfect for you! If you want something quiet, perhaps another location would be better. Comfortable bed, and nice bathroom with a tub.

Luis: The staff is very friendly and they do their best with what they have. High praise to Maria Grazia, she is a star. The location is unbeatable. However, if you are looking for the Marriott treatment especially if you have high status then you will be disappointed. Nothing is included and the €15 breakfast is in a cramped room with not many options. The rooms are spacious but not functional. Also the decoration was not my favorite (see pictures) and we had two single beds together instead of one king. The AC cannot be controlled by the guest, you need to call the reception and request a temperature. The other reviews mentioned the lack of power outlets which I agree with. Only one room appears to have the great balcony view that is shown by the top review video, the rest of the rooms have regular windows that look at the mall that is located right across.

Ryan Ko: Amazing location (like, the most convenient for so many tourist things) and great staff. Rooms are definitely more form over function but still plenty of space used efficiently with beautiful art setup. Bar downstairs is excellent and fun for both tourists and locals.Rooms: 3/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5 …More

Germaine Andrew: Amazing location (like, the most convenient for so many tourist things) and great staff. Rooms are definitely very functional. Had enough space & used efficiently with beautiful art setup. Distance to activities and places to eat & shop is prime!

Ali Al-Qattan: I stayed in many Marriott properties and other hotels, this hotel is the best one. It has the best location everything is near you. Service is perfect. Employees are attentive. Breakfast is good. Design was beautiful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nikki Klijn: Very good located but the price is way to high! Sauna costs €90 for use! On top of the high costs a night. Small room but nice balcony. We will not stay here a second time. Price far to high for this hotel.

Amer Nabulsi: For a four stars close to the Duomo, this is an incredibly convenient location. Close to lots of attractions. The room itself is of small/convenient size, though for a 4 stars is quite small. Or maybe Italy rooms ard small. The closets makes lots of noise, perhaps oiling the doors/screws would make it better and even checking the door closet for it felt as if was broken somehow. Check-in desk and lady were very helpful and released our room earlier. Thank you. Overall, happy to try again when have more time to spend in town. Thank you for having us.

Reem H: The rooms looks like they are under a construction walls are un finish. Rooms are very dusty. Blankets are very dusty. Management are thieves. My flight was canceled from the airline so I booked another one in 3 days ( the soonest). So on the booking policy it was saying for cancellation u pay 1 night penalty. But when my flight got canceled and I had the proofs the refused to return even a dollar nor even put it as a credit. They charged me $900 for the 3 days. That was really stressful and reducless. I will never stay with them again

Senato Hotel Milano: what do users think?

Jayme Mizzoni: Stayed here for 2 nights but the stay was short. Room was great size and very clean. The decor and scent throughout the hotel is amazing. Location was perfect, not in the heart of the hectic city but not too far out. 5-20 minutes from everything. The shower is amazing, great water pressure and professional blow dryer. The shower head with half glass door can make the floor very wet so you must be careful. Would definitely stay here again.

Dominique Wilson: Clean, modern and friendly staff. Great breakky spread in the cafe. Spacious room and bathroom, comfortable bed. Basic but tasty room service menu. Easy walk to Duomo and all the best shopping streets. Would definitely return upon next visit to Milano.

Polina Suvorova: Overpriced place which has nothing to offer but it’s pretentious decor. They overcharge you for everything - starting from 10€ DELIVERY fee for room service, which they bring two steps away from your room. When asked for anything from the reception -they laugh at you and say « no madam not possible ». They have no business area, no computer and printer available, everyone is unfriendly and unhelpful. Terrible breakfast. When ordered « eggs Benedict » for extra fee, got this:

Rupert Davis: I stayed at the Senato for 3 days. The staff were always polite, professional and friendly. The bar and cafe were pleasant and I enjoyed the cool outdoor courtyard while eating breakfast. The location is very good, only a 15-20 minute walk from most of the major attractions and shopping districts. The rooms look very nice, however they fall short in functionality. The shower was poor, the sinks had a lovely design but were hard to use, the bidet had very low water pressure. At night, there was also an irregular clicking noise that came from different points in the room. All in all, I would stay here again - however there are certainly a few points to note that take away from a 5 star score.

Hala Algharbawi: Super nice hotel, friendly stuff, amazing location. I slept like a baby, comfortable bed, quiet atmosphere!Absolutely will stay there again!

Mariana Kostova: I am extremely disappointed with my last experience in hotel Senato. Nowhere before have a had such a case in a hotel before and I m a frequent traveller. I had purchased clothing from a luxurious brand which unfortunately I forgot in my hotel room upon my check out . I realized this had happened when i returned to my home country and started unpacking my luggage. I called the hotel immediately but they claimed they did not find anything in the room which obviously is not true. I asked for recording of the cameras and I was told those can’t be retrieved…Definitely not the type of experience and response you would have expected from a “luxurious” hotel in Milan. Be cautious if plan to stay in hotel Senato in the future….

Ian Rieger: Lovely hotel with beautiful minimalist design. Very accommodating staff. Perfect location.

Brian Jensen: Very nice hotel with friendly and helpfull staff. Good location near the city center.Rooms: 4/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5 …More

Joshua Kauffman: Still able to command the high prices of its prime from years ago, fueled by NYTimes recommendations, this is a good experience but not a good value. It’s not like the price produces a vibe or clientele that lingers in public spaces. My tip is to find a newer hotel with competitive rates.

Ahmed Adel: Small room When i asked the receptionist please if you have a good room will be glad He replied that all rooms are the same Is it good ? He replied yes for me and for 3 stars hotel if you need something better try the 5 stars hotels

Raitis Kols: Good and welcoming staff. In summer room temperature can be adjustwd with a/c so its very good. Also you can electronically shut down the blinds so its good for sleep. Bad thing is that it is pretty noisy and trhough the walls you can here other room bathroom water flowing and people in the hall talking.

Николай Андрюхин: rude attitude towards visitors. as soon as we took our luggage, we were kicked out into the street. they just kicked me out, saying that after we got our luggage, we can’t stay at the hotel. when asked to give us one minute to check things, they pointed a finger at the door.

Γιάννης Παπαγιάννης: We went there to drop our luggages. The receptionist was very rude, and only because we took 5 more minutes to get our luggages ready before dropping them there. I mean, what was his problem? there were no other customers and he was doing what he is paid for.Service: 1/5 | Location: 3/5 …More

Sun Flower: Receptionist man was terrible, touched one of my personal belongings without my consent, was very rude and had bad attitude. If this is the service in reception I think it tells something about service in general.

The Best Hotel: what do users think?

Helga Lena: Staff was very friendly and helpful since the moment that we walked in. Room was clean. A bit small and not organized very well, since it had such little space, but anyway for the price you pay it is explainable, and to be honest we were out all day so we didn’t stay much there anyway. Breakfast could be better, as there were not much things to choose from, and it was very slow. When something finished, it took at least 15-20 minutes to be refilled again, especially the prosciuttos and croissants. The best thing was that the Metro station was only a 4 minute walk from the hotel, and the Main Central Station on Milan was only an 8 minute walk. Also very close to city center by the subways which was a plus! Overall I would totally recommend!

Jack Green: Stayed at The Best Hotel, Milan for 1 night recently whilst away. The hotel is very centrally located with Milan Central Train Station just over 5 minutes away by foot. Lovely staff who were very helpful. Added bonus of a garden which we sat in. Also had breakfast which was very good.Rooms: 4/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great value …More

Rebecca Chen: Staffs at reception are all very nice! Good breakfast, good location! But room was very smelly from the sewerage, shower water pressure extremely low, difficult to shower.Rooms: 2/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5 …More

Lucy Blann: We had a good stay here. We were on the ground floor near reception so like other people report it can be noisy, so earplugs can be helpful, but if you are a light sleeper you might want to consider going elsewhere completely. The room and common areas were clean, and the breakfast was great. Limited choices but they kept bringing out fresh items as things ran out. Overall a good choice near the station.

ALICE HEIKKALA: Our stay was worth the money, however, we would like to provide some constructive feedback. Breakfast was sufficient, but there could have been more fresh fruits and vegetables available. Service could have been nicer, some of the staff was kind and helpful but some of them were arrogant and unfriendly.Rooms: 3/5 | Service: 2/5 | Location: 4/5 …More

vojin todorovic: I was here few years ago, and things have changed a lot in Italy since than. Price of everything went up. About staying in Best hotel, price was maybe the worse experience but hotel stays clean, quite although it is located in a busy part of the city. Location is great regardless if you choose to visit city on foot, or using a public transport (from main train station you will not need more than a 10 minutes walk). Food was ok, but probably not various as in some other destinations. Rooms are small especially the one with double bed, for those who are taller a narrow shower cabin will not be something that will like. Staff is friendly, helpful, wi-fi weak

Alex Rianna: The room was very basic and the toilet was very small and old fashion. For the amount of money they charge it is not worth it. The only good thing that it was close to the station.Rooms: 1/5 | Service: 2/5 | Location: 3/5 …More

Hotel Morfeo Milano: what do users think?

Jim Koeleman: Very good price/quality rating. Normally I go to more expensive hotels but used this one for an overnight stop and am amazed by the quality. What I liked: The room is modern and minimalistic with a really comfortable bed. Not much outside noise. They have free coffee and croissants in the lobby. There is a place to charge electric cars and they have late checkout. Perfect. Will definitely book again this hotel.

Diana Nemolkin: Great ultra modern beautifully designed hotel with nice breakfast, valley parking service, 10m transit from the front of the hotel to the center of Milan, good sized double room and bathroom, large view windows bringing in lots of light and city views. Very helpful and hospitable staff. Across the road there is a large shopping center with all you need shops. When we arrived on November 18 2022 there was an amazing Christmas market at the shopping center! Got cool designed jewelries and gifts for the family to take back home. For us it was a 5 stars experience! Thank you!

Lev Kapul: Great hotel! So clean rooms! Everything is new! Everything is comfortable! Breakfast very special and delicious! All staff very friendly and professional. And very kind!Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5 …More

Theophilo De Oliveira: Words can’t describe the elegance of this hotel, from the staff to the ambiance this is the hotel of your dreams, perfectly located in Milano where getting from point a to point b easy. This is a must visit to any visitor in Milano for either a quick recharge or a longer stay.Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5 …More

Indy: The room is very nice and very clean. The staff is friendly and can speak English. The beds are very comfertable. And they have good wifi and you can chromecast to the tv very easy! I would recommend this place!

Shadi Shafighi: Very clean and spotless rooms. The breakfast for the vegan person wasn’t very good. Fortunately they had soy milk and beans but the staff were so nice and when they find out we are vegan, they baked some vegetables for us. This was so nice. But there are some easy options like vegetal butter, cheese or vegan omelettes (with tomato, mushroom and tofu for example) which can make the experience very nicer for the vegan person.

Carlos Rodríguez Velasco: Highly recommended. Awsome costumer service. We had a personal issue and they helped us to find a solution, even though it was not their obligation. That is why, we would like to thank all the staff, from the manager to the rest of the team, for what they did for us. We would love to stay there again in our next visit to Milano.

Mr. Rawwrx: The room overall is alright, small, but alright. There is a TV, however it is smaller than my will to live. There’s not a single electricity outlet in the room so the if you want to charge your phone you better bring 2 forks and a potato and stick the forks into the potato and make it work. The beds are clean but not too much. Overall not a great stay.

Milano Verticale | UNA Esperienze: what do users think?

Goodyear: Very nice and modern hotel. Centrally located with good restaurants and bars near by. Friendly staffing, clean rooms, good breakfast. Very quiet rooms thanks to its good isolation, you barely hear anything from outside nor from inside. Curtains are very effective, the room gets dark when curtains are closed. Monitored underground parking with direct elevator to the hotel available. Rooms: Modern and spacious rooms, good isolated meaning quiet, efficient curtains. Nearby activities: Eataly is just around the corner, lots of bars and restaurants reachable by foot. Safety: Safe area

Kelsey G: What a delightful hotel! Outside of the biggest hustle of town which was nice. The rooms were modern, well equipped, and provided every you may need. Service was above and beyond from the front desk to the bar to the housekeeping staff. If anything the AC could work a little better on warm days. The free breakfast was also a delight and really was a nice way to start the day. Paid a little bit more to stay here, but it was worth it.

Peter Carlsson: Great hotel in a good location for exploring Milano. Rooms are very nice and in super condition and the breakfast had a huge selection. Service level also very high - all members of staff we interacted with were extremely helpful. Overall great value for money (I would say the prices are very low for what you get) and a strong recommendation if you want a nice, modern and comfortable hotel

Sofiane: Great experience and lovely hotel. The staff speak English and the cleaning crew come daily. Very clean and very classy. One perhaps mixed opinion on the buffet that offers limited options for vegetarians and that we have to book for the gym and they charge for the spa and no there is no swimming pool for a 4* hotel

Amin S. Azar: In general, it was a pleasant stay especially with the helpful staff. However, we experienced three major issues: 1- Our room was downgraded without being refunded or briefing about it. 2- The breakfast was not attractive. The chef was selling omelette, which was very bizarre! 3- Unfortunately, despite being a modern and a new hotel, we encountered bed bugs and suffered several bites. We returned home with swollen feet, legs and arms, and had to take insect control measures!

Celeste Pham: Modern, clean and stylish hotel - service is very friendly and breakfast is also great. It’s in a fantastic location - close to the train station for the airport/Lake Como and subway. Also minutes away from Corso Como and Brera. Will definitely come back!Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5 …More

Ольга О: I’m shocked how good this hotel is!! It’s super classy, and service is sooo good, you’ll never imagine! I adore it! It’s best hotel I’ve ever been! Thanks Farid, Michelangelo, Luca and Daniele for your job! ❤️❤️❤️all staying was big pleasure!

Rachel Zip: Staff was very friendly and the spa was amazing. It was included in our visit and was such a nice way to wind down after a day of traveling and shopping. Do NOT miss out on the spa! Just ask the front desk to reserve a time for you. Would absolutely stay again! And it’s only a 15 minute walk from the duomo.Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5 …More

Dalb Goma: I recently stayed here and I am shocked that this place is listed as a 5 star hotel, I loved the decoration in the bar and the restaurant, also breakfast is a good 8.5/10, another ok thing is its 17 min walk to the duommo, but the rooms oh my God, so small, bed seems cheap, service is what you would expect in a 3 or 4 star hotel, air conditioning did not work. Also the place does not feel luxurious due to the area. Did not have a bad stay but definetly will not go back.

Mandy F: Great hotel! Very nice staff. Clean and comfy rooms. Location is superb. Love the decoration of this hotel. Breakfast was really good and diverse

Kearon Bowloski: Excellent service all around. Especially at the front desk which always took initiative to help us and solve any issue the room was super Super clean and hotel had great wifi and air conditioning

Bulgari Hotel Milano: what do users think?

Marco Tuninetti: I have stayed several times at the hotel through the years from 2015 onwards. Tried its bar, garden services for breakfast, happy-hour and dinner. Rooms are superlative. Garden fully recommended for happy-hour drinks and dinner. Restaurant menu and service has improved remarkably throughout the years. 5 star, my favourite Milan’s hotel.

Pioo olo: Terrible service Waiters don’t have idea what to do. Reservation’s management is ridiculously inadequate. I have reserved specifically for the birthday of my girlfriend and i have to sorry her for the terribleness of the sevice. Poor quality of the cocktails and food. I’ll never go there again and I’ll suggest you not to go

Mike Dohrmann: Incredible dinner experience! The food and service were fabulous.

Leena Sharma: What an utter disappointment and a classic show of snobbery. I wanted to take my sister for a glass of champagne for her birthday and despite the bar area being COMPLETELY EMPTY, we were told first by one woman that they were only serving lunch to hotel residents (this was at 16:00. Very long lunch service), and maybe we could try back in an hour. Subsequently we were told by another woman that the bar was fully booked all day and night. We pointed out that there was no one there and that it was my sister’s birthday and were met with judgemental looks and whispers between the staff. It was truly horrible. I guess we just didn’t look right, but the way we were treated was not what you would expect from such a highly regarded establishment. We have travelled the world and being treated so impolitely leaves a bad taste. Bad vibes Bulgari. Shame on you. Side note: we ended up at the Bar at the Armani Hotel which was a delightful experience in terms of venue and service, so we feel like won in the end anyway…

Marika Sorichetti: Love this amazing spot in Milan! It has a great atmosphere and amazing staff, the food is tasty and the prices are correct, considering the standard. The garden in particular offers some chill vibes

Reem rd: For room amazing room perfect locationFor spa really really bad one i tried hot stone and my husband try the classic one both are disappointed not worth it at allFor the coffee it is ok 5/10

VIU Hotel Milan: what do users think?

AC HK: Outstanding hotel living up to top quality. Thanks for the amazing hospitality and warm welcome. Special thanks to Monica for the attention to making our stay special. The decor is modern and facilities are well maintained. We enjoyed the space in the suite. Great views from the rooftop bar as well. The location is decent near Chinatown, and felt safe in general. There is also parking available for those who are driving, at a fee, in an underground facility connected directly in the hotel.

maria dobbs: We stayed for a night and the service we received was absolutely fantastic! The staff is very polite and helpful! The room was modern and clean, to the high standards to make your stay pleasant! Lovely breakfast on the top roof terrace with the fantastic view! The hotel location in walking distance to the main attractions which was convenient! Definitely come back again for a longer stay to enjoy it in full fill! Thanks for your hospitality and the unique memories!

Rob Zamudio-Meyer: This is not a 5 star hotel. For one, they set the air conditioning at 19 degrees Celsius and do not let you change it….it gets hot in the summer and not having the option to change it is disappointing. It’s also very noisy outside- they give you ear plugs on purpose. The hotel has a nice rooftop pool (but basically no seating and they close out at 18:30) so good luck enjoying it. We also booked a reservation for what we thought was the fine dining restaurant but apparently they are closed for holiday but no one told us this. Overall- stay here if you want a swanky looking hotel for some Instagram photos. Otherwise, book the four seasons if you want a five star.

Jason Barnes: Stayed here with the family in October and loved it. Modern hotel, right on the tram line, excellent rooftop for apertivo and breakfast, 2 restaurants on the ground floor. Gym was pretty good and they have a sauna and steam room. Reception staff were most helpful.

Stephanie Wei: Great stay at Viu. Staff was extremely helpful and hospitable upon arrival. Rooms have a cool modern vibe. A few pot lights were out though so the room can feel dark despite the lights being on. The rooftop pool and bar are great. Pool a tad cool on the temperature side. Great little park outside the hotel for kids too. A bit tricky for using transit. A shame there’s no breakfast included for Bonvoy members.

Josh Mosey: - WOULD NOT SUPPLY IRON! (Said was security risk?!) instead charges heavy per item. See image. - Very uncomfortable beds and pillows. - Had to send back room service, pasta crunchy. - Rooms very basic, paid £700 per night. - Noisy location and hotel. - Swimming Pool stone cold. - Breakfast awful. - Had a letter to explain you can’t get in bars or restaurants at all. OVERALL DONT STAY HERE. We travel lots and now trying to find decent hotel and get out of here. *NOT 5* , MORE LIKE 3* AT BEST*

Cindy M: I am conflicted about rating this hotel. Savo, the Guest Relations Manager is one of the best in the business!!! He gets 5 stars! He went all out to make my stay PERFECT including having cake, fruit, and a welcome bottle of wine in my extremely spacious suite (to celebrate my birthday)! I can not say enough good things about him! If you select this hotel, email him in advance any special requests. He will make it happen! Check in was very easy although I was not able to check in early. All of the staff are professional and helpful. The hotel is not conveniently located to the Duomo (which I think is the “heart” of a short term stay) but the electric tram is fun to take (and safe at night). The pick up is literally right outside the door. The rooftop pool, restaurant, and bar is small (as noted in other reviews) with limited seating but it is still a nice addition to the hotel. I enjoyed the outdoor garden setting of the main restaurant and the food was delicious. Beware of mosquitoes, however. Bug spray was provided. The room was a bit too modern and contemporary for my tastes (I prefer old world Italian) but the size was impressive for an Italian hotel. There really aren’t any “views” due to the location but I highly recommend walking to the impressive cemetery ( Cimitero Monumentale di Milano) near by. Well worth the trip. Overall, I recommend the hotel but the real GEM is Savo!!! He will make your stay one of the best you have on your vacation!

Four Seasons Hotel Milano: what do users think?

MartelloClaudio: Great experience for a night wine drink and a quick dinner later. Alex the barman is great and very professional as the whole staff. Evrything is basically perfect and worthy the money you will pay there (a lot...). Reccomended. And Milan is a beautiful city, better than New York or London.

Konstantinos-Christos Zisopoulos: Amazing experience upon arrival! Our request for early check-in was confirmed although the hotel was fully booked. The staff was extremely friendly. Also they delivered special amenities for our anniversary!Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5 …More

George Petrov: Great service, decent food, plentiful wine list, but bread was stale and dry. For 140€ lunch pp I’d say fresh bread can made on the spot instead of chasing made up collaborations with Dolce & Gabbana with no value add.

jimmys kalis: the whole series of 5" star Four Season Hotels that exist all over the 🌍 are magical!!!!. But the Four Season Hotel in Milano is simply unrepeatable!!!! It takes U 2 other dreamy times and moments!!!!. Great in all areas, frm the fairytale suites 2 the coffee and incredible choices in international cuisines!!!!. Divine staff with full of smiles, ready 2 serve u at any time 24/7 and excellent cleanliness everywhere!!!!!. In a great location in the city of Milan!!!!.. I give them 100000000 thumbs up again!!!!!!. Definitely one of the most magical hotels on earth.!!!!!! With my respect and my appreciation and with my best best regards.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! See u soon amazing hotel.!!!!!!!!!!

Alex Troy: EXCELLENT hotel! I really enjoyed my stay. All staff were super friendly and helpful. The concierge was amazing. An amazing stay. I will be back soon!

Travelingwithyourhabibi: beautiful hotel located in the heart of Milan, from the moment you enter the hotel you feel like in a palace, very luxurious, a contrast between Renaissance and modern, the attention of the staff I would say that it was 8/10 compared to the others where it is 10/10. The restaurant is very tasty but the service is very slow.

Hind Al-Emadi: Four seasons hotel Milano was a spectacular experience everything was amazing staff were very friendly and the food was delicious overall I would love to visit it again because it was an unforgettable experience.

Dimitris Drakoulis: Very stylish, quality cafe and dining inside the hotel.

Hotel Andreola Central: what do users think?

Cveta Gezkovska: If you like those beautiful old buildings with plenty of marble and wood, then this is your place! Perfectly located next to the Central train station of Milan, yet very calm. The bed was comfy, the bathroom - spacious and warm. The staff is kind and helpful. And visit the restaurant, the food is delicious, the service is perfect! Highly recommend and definitely will come again

Diana Laskowska: I had bigger expectations regarding to 4 star hotel. Shower was broken and not cleaned well. On the bathroom wall was rest of some dirt or mold. Room was very hot and air-conditioning was not working. Lack of bathrobe. Lack of free water, tea and coffee into room. The room was looking for some refreshment... Service staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Leah Bever: This hotel is absolutely NOT 4 stars. It’s so dated in the design.. mold under the trim in the bedrooms. Dings all over the paint, the elevator is a million years old. Save your money… would not stay again. Way way way over priced and dirty.

Kenneth Leong: Shocked when I saw the dirty water coming out of the bathroom tap. Their water heater needs to be fixed as the hot water that comes out is dirty while the cold water is clean. Definitely not 4-star hotel standard. The ceiling also has a hole and the light bulb is falling out of it.Rooms: 1/5 …More

andreea cornelia: Everything was good, friendly, helpful ( and the receptionist a nice person) till a waitress ( from breakfast) she screamed to our daughter that she need to eat at restaurant if not we need to pay for a croissant 🥐 very rude person, very bad CRM. We had breakfast included to the room but we needed to check out at 7:30am . Before checking out we went to have breakfast in short time, we needed to leave and the little girl 12 years old she didn’t finish her croissant and she wanted to take it out but this waitress show up from anywhere and screamed that if you take this croissant out you need to pay I didn’t see from a long time such a rude person She was just a kid, plus is not permitted to scream at someone else kid . Thank you

Bożydar Mazurski: Nice staff, hotel offers good quality and is conveniently located close to central rail station. We had a room with windows located high, so for view you need to climbing a little bit 😀

fareena ashton: Beautiful hotel with italian marble. Lovely breakfast staff and buffet. Nice size room. Central to trainsRooms: 4/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5 …More

Best Western Hotel Mirage: what do users think?

Lukasz Wulnikowski: Nice place, clean with good breakfast and exceptional staff! Access from centrum through the tram nr 14, around 20-25 min ride. Affordable price.

Umit Erdogan: Clean hotel, friendly and communicative staff, you have all the necessary amenities, also rooms quite well heated, not too far from center, good value for price

Mark Blanchfield: Conveniently located near tram. Approximately 30min tram travel into Milan.Room was a little too warm, other than that very comfortable.Rooms: 4/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Great value …More

Dmitrijs Ralovecs: Very clean hotel. Good breakfast.

Ali Abdul Azeez: Excellent Housekeeping and Breakfast service adding value from the reception team tooRooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 4/5 …More

Andreas Löffler: Nice place. Very clean and very friendly staff.Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5 …More

Prashant Gupta: The stay was good but on the last day at checkout they charged €5 per person per day as a tourist tax which was not mentioned anywhere on the website. Also the rules said consumer could get 50% discount in months of July and August but he said they were old and did not consider. That was the only bad part. Else I think the stay was really good.
