Piscina Cozzi: what do users think?

Kristina Azaric: 33m long swimming pool in the city center. Beautiful building. Lockers and hairdryers present. Hygiene on a good level. Mostly crowded, recommend going swimming early in the morning. Note: my photos are from the “Museum of the Moon” event in 2019. Swimming under this amazing installation was magical experience.

胡惜缘: !!!A 5 meters swimming pool !! How amazing it is! Also you can find freediving course here!

Valentina Zanotto: Very large indoor pool with good opening times, even during the holidays. The building is historic, but the changing rooms are new. Even though it's not very close I tend to go there to swim when in Milan.

Maria Rose: I enjoyed the swim. Nice big pool. Wide lanes, very considerate swimmers, nice changing rooms, very clean, reasonable price. Beautiful place made of marble, diving boards made of marble. The past is here. I loved it.

Filippo: Very nice and clean 33m pool walking distance from Isola. Fee is 7€, make sure to bring also a lock as they are not provided. Staff is young and helpful.

Ecenur Yeşildağ: It was my worst swimming experience in Milan... Pool was clean... 33 meters is way more fun to swim instead of 25 meters, people looks nice but super crowded ... Swimming area also big enough to let people stretch, sit, etc... It was fun to swim but I think pool is uncomfortable especially when you just want to stay on the side to rest / to control your breath for a min... I don t know why it was 7 euros to enter while all other milanosport pools cost 6 euros. Changing rooms and showers are bad designed as like designed without considering how to move in the space... I was there yesterday and every 20-15 min lights were gone for a min or even more! (I dont know if it was sth planned related the moon exhibition...) It made me super panic while swimming and panicking is the last think you would like to have when you are in the mid of the pool!

Claire Gauthier: Historical milanese swimming pool. The place can get crowded, in my experience around 11am is usually the best time. If you plan on going regularly I recommend taking a membership.

Adrien Brunelat: I strongly discourage you to go to piscina Cozzi. The main reason is that it's very DIRTY. Now, it looks like it's not a big deal but in fact it IS. Just for you to picture it: - the floor is slippy because it's not cleaned properly - the hand holders at the end of the lane are a bacteria nest - the water is not disinfected enough I used to go there regularly and my nose would keep flow and I was sneezing (I fuc*ing HATE that) a lot for two days everytime. I discovered it was actually because of bacteria infections... Now don't get me wrong: I'm not a bacteria paranoid. I don't give a damn about it usually. But this is just too much and can't compensate for the pros of this swimming pool.

Olia Tkachenko: Great courses, amazing coachesVery recommended

David Clarke: Closed in the short term while refurbishments go ahead. Friendly, helpful staff directed me to a nearby public pool that was open.

Alessandro Picco: Small (20mt lenght) but nice swimming pool. Clean and with friendly staff. Booking is highly recommended most of all during the we

Odine Oldewage: Very good learn to Swim teachers excellent

Nicoletta Parazzoli: Top

franca arletti: Very clean, organized place and the people in the secretariat are very kind, they explain well everything that can be done, and cannot be done .... The nice thing is that you have to book to go there, and another thing that I think is important , that a maximum of 4 people can enter each lane. 🏠 the instructors are professional and very careful to enforce the rules when you enter you are asked for your name by the instructor who at that time and inside, thus avoiding that there are people who were not in that time slot. the changing rooms are always clean, tidy, everything is taken care of with professionalism ... I advise anyone who wants to be part of this structure to go there ...
Response: Thank you!

Michela “micpoet” Bellini: Cozy and warm private pool. A pleasant environment where you can relax in peace. Highly recommended.
Response: Thank you!

Stefano Fontana: Clean, friendly staff. Optimal frequency in the pool in the initial (7.20) and final (21.20) rounds (from Monday to Friday)
Response: Thank you!

Patrizia Fassi: My favorite pool.... The plus is the hot tub. Top
Response: Thank you!

Mario Muscarneri: Very kind. Nice service and good environment to train
Response: Thank you!

Andrea Varpi: I'm now a non regular customer one of those who go swimming for a while when time permits . This pool is a cult one, a modest price, and offers an excellent hydromassage
Response: Thank you!

Filippo Versienti: Clean and comfortable even for the little ones, super recommended

Marianne Brus Hesselvang: Nice place in the middle of the city. But we where not allowed in the pools because there was classes. The two pools looked very clean, but small. The height was around 130 cm. The price for to adults, a baby and a child would be 38 euro for around one hour. If you are going in the water, remember to bring the swimming caps... We ended up playing in the playground, that cost 20 euro.

duygu sefa: Very clean swimming pool and play area dedicated only to children. Very well equipped for the needs of babies before, during and after swimming courses. Professional and very kind staff.

Saide El Gaaouiri: Have a dedicated playground for children below 4 years which is perfect. Furthermore there are many other childeren in the weekend, so your child is not alone there

Homas Joyram: 👍great palce for kids. Children and also infants and toddlers can swim. Very hygienic. Kids corner. Great to play and spend time with family.

Pierre Polonelli: This is a ludoteque with swimming pool where swimming courses are held for both children and adults. It's a nice, clean and well suited location for kids birthday party as well.

Cansu Goksu: The stuff is very nice and helpful. A very nice place for kids so socialize, learn and play.

Raffaella Galante: Top

Cristiano G: The Taylor swimming pool!

Cristina Coego: Lo

Milena Calestani: Super cozy place, very well kept in every corner. It seems to enter another dimension suitable for children and beyond. Equipped swimming pools, play areas for children of different ages, room for organizing private parties, trained instructors and super helpful staff. Not to mention the dance hall on the lower floor and the headband workshop on the upper floor where workshops are organized to learn how to create headbands for girls and more. If you are looking for a space to do activities for your children, I recommend it!

Fei Zuo: Very spacious changing room with great water flow from the shower. There are not many people in the 50-meter pool.

Amanda Ereiz: Not the best swimming facility but I still go there. The ppl are very nice. The lockers are clean.. the showers could be cleaner but for a public pool it is good. The pool is clean. I like that you just pay when you want to use it. It is a nice place to go. You feel welcomed.

Vincenzo Prestera: Swimming pool just close to Piazza Abbiategrasso Metro station. You can reach this swimming pool by walking (5 minutes from P.zza Abbiategrasso) or with Tram 3,15 or 79, 65 buses. The Swimming pool is opened throughout all the year. During the summer the swimming pool is obviously without roof/covering structure and you can enjoy it relaxing on the surrounding garden. The swimming pool is equipped with several services (bar, showers, surveillance). During the winter/autumn are organized several courses for children, youngs and adults. The building is well maintened and cleaned. Average pricing.

eddie27387: Great👍🏻

Alexa M: Super swimming pool! The most clean and organised! I'll surely be back!

Olga Kapitonova: Good

Andrea Filippini: Over crowded on weekends. Big swimming pool.

Enola Maer: Nice,clean helpful personal

Ahmed Mansi: Looking forward to trying it.

Arshia Bahrami.m: It was good, just note that thier locker don't have lock, you should bring with yourself.

Vittorio Bernini: Good pool, however it's almost impossible to swim properly with more than 5 people per lane. Too crowded

Vincenzo Di Pisa: Clean, not so crowded and conveniently priced

Tommy de Jong: Just a small pool, when we were there in the midday on a Thursday we were only allowed to swim in one (of 5) small lane. Swimcaps are mandatory, and available at the counter at about €4. Entrance is €5 or €7 when 25+ years old. There is a pretty nice large outdoor area where you can chill on the grass. Located on the edge of a communal park next to a playground so there is some noise.

Anna Aglietti: my favourite pool in Milano. sadly often crowded. great window with view on the park. clean facilities.

Evelina Kenstaviciute: Nice park around swimming pool. Clean and new building, showers and changing room. The price was low. Unfortunately swimming pool is only closed and not big enough. For hot summer day the water was too hot.

Amelia: Great place to swim for real, people who want to tan also have a space outside. If you want to have fun and play in the water, I would suggest going to another swimming pool as this one only have lanes to swim

Lisa Duranton Jones: Nice little pool but they do too many aquagym classes - swimmers beware !

Natalia Kuznetsova: Typical public swimming pool, but clean and nicely located

alessandro amici: The swimming pool is indoor, outside there is a garden to take sun. It's too crowded.

Federico D: Nice swimming pool, recently built. The main pool is a long course. A smaller pool with warmer water is available behind the big one. Free hairdryers and showers. Phone does not work at pool level.
Response: Thank you very much for your review Federico. We are aware of the fact that phones don't always work at pool level. Unfortunately, the problem doesn't depend on us, but we are working to find the best solution possible, asap. We hope to see you soon again!

Chris Fuentes: This is an absolutely stunning pool. The facilities are worth every penny and will continue to come back through out my stay in Milan. My only negative feedback would be that they didn’t have a digital clock on either end of the pool which seemed odd for a high end facility. There was an analog one on one side. “Shrug”

Jonathan Chung Yee: Nice and new pool. Entrace cost 11€

Olga Bogachek: The pool itself is great and brand new. Huge and breathtakibg. The service is unfortunately average: long lines, dirty floors, strange inconvenient layout of changing rooms. Also, I've got an eye infection after the visit, so it speaks about the purity of water.

Gurbe: Expensive entry for a drop-in (€11,5) but you get access to a 50m swimming pool.

Mohamed Maiteeg: A bit overpriced but superb facilities.

L. Suriano: Very good

Andrey Gizdov: No place to leave a bike?? For such a high-end project, this is completely ridiculous

Paul Mateescu: Top...!!

Filippo Dicorato: Beautiful swimming pool, very kind staff... We have just renewed the course for my 8 month old son, with the new instructor we are even better than in the first 3 months. Prices certainly not low, but well spent seeing how well my son is and how many steps he takes forward. Perhaps the only flaw, having skipped 2 lessons due to the holiday closures, they do not give the possibility to recover the lesson (but they had already warned us when we signed up)

Stefania Maggioni: I am deeply disappointed with the swimming pool policy. I had chosen a course (attended by 3 people) and if I wanted to enroll for at least a month, I asked for only a minimal variation (to recover two lessons that I already knew I would have lost) to another day. the answer was no. I find that the myopia and the lack of commercial intelligence of the place is amazing. there are no people queuing outside and the courses are not very popular. rather than minimally derogating from their regulation, they prefer to lose a customer forever ... good fools!
Response: Dear Stephanie, We are very sorry for the review we just received. We try to treat our customers in the best possible way by offering various solutions to guarantee everyone the same treatment. Your request was for a subscription that would only cover one month and, as you wrote, it would not have fully satisfied your needs right from the start for your own personal reasons. We are the first to suggest and set up a long-term training program both for organizational reasons and to make the exercises effective. Upon joining, each customer was asked to sign the conditions for enrollment in the course, including the item underlining the impossibility of "recoveries". We try to make everyone respect the same procedures as it would be complicated and not fair to change the conditions for each of the hundreds of subscribers. With the hope that you will find the course that meets your needs, we wish you a good evening.

Aldo Cicchini Violin: New, beautiful and clean! I go there often with my daughter and even alone. We find ourselves very well

Cecilia Ahumada: Great professionalism. Gorgeous pools and modern, clean changing rooms. The best!

David WEBER: I go there on a regular basis, only for swimming, early in the morning. Staff is nice and patient, despite my poor italian. It's not brand new but it's clean and perfect for swimming.

Dario Ciro Vietri: Perfect place for a day of relax. Pool covered and uncovered, price cheap, good parking and near to the subway. The external pool is big, and there is the possibility to swim. The personal is kind and efficient. There is a bar inside the structure and a shop to buy everything you forget for the pool.

Marco S (MarcoVolo): Good environment.
Response: Thanks for the review

Kadiatu Kanu: I was there this past Sunday it was really mad fun..I enjoyed it very nice pool ❤❤❤

Boukasba Ahmed: Nice

Emilia Sandra Johnson: Best swimming pool in Milan

Silvia Pizzoccheri: For a Sunday of relaxation and freshness it was a nice surprise. Certainly we are not talking about a water park or bathing beach, but it performs its function very well. Hot showers, clean changing rooms and bathrooms, cool and well organized pool, perfect bar for a quick lunch. Maybe they should renovate the exterior a little, beautify it, but if one is satisfied, the place is recommended.

Clarissa Bartoli: Beautiful swimming pool, clean water, lots of lifeguards watching, changing rooms, bathrooms and showers all very clean and well managed. Nice relaxing atmosphere, I'll be back soon!

michele berra: Beautiful this pool with friends and children. We came at 13.00 and then we closed at 19.00 Piscina Lampugnano

Davide Viglione: Seventies plant still current and functional, were it not for the very poor cleaning of the common areas, especially the showers infested with hair and dander. Never seen such a thing, even blood on the poolside, which I promptly reported to the lifeguards who, however, replied that the "covid" does not stick with blood .. sigh. I recommend greater respect for those who give him food, that is, the customer Paradoxically until a few months ago they were all phenomena of anti-virus hygiene while now ...

antti a: Nice large pool. Lot of rules you can't know (no sunglasses in the pool, have to wear swimming cap...). The man on the door cheated on us when we bought the tickets and the caps.

李宫羽: Water is clean and in proper temperature, staffs are caring and keeping the pool in good regulation, the main flaw is the facility doesn't have locker and indoor shower, so you need to mind your personal property if you go there alone and take shower when you go back home. The pool is large enough and the deep area is not crowded, if you are good at swimming and live nearby, could be recommended during August since the other indoor pools are closed, make sure you have proper sun protection.

Izabella Chatzis: It was okay, very crowded and swimming caps are required. Not too expensive but the amount of people is unbelievable, not many places to sit with shade and I think you have to pay for an umbrella. If you do not have a swimming cap you can buy one there.

Ellis Davies: I took more please from writing this review than experiencing the hoards of infants inhabiting the broken concrete surrounds. Was told that swimming caps were mandatory and forced to buy one even though nobody within the pool area was wearing one. Didnt get to actually experience the pool water due to the swimming cap 'rule' that I found out in the moment of absurdity was my red line so went to a nearby shop to buy a Peroni cruda for €1.73, which was delightful.

Anum Ziya: crowded place during weekend, no privacy no place to sit or any shade to change the clothing. Ironically shoes not allowed but slipper amd sandals are permitted. Canrt use flotty for kids.

Stijn: swimming is good but grass is dirty, too many people to lay on the wooden flooring. Food is the worst i’ve eaten in milano.

Cecilia Caroline: Even though there were a lot of people there's plenty of space for everybody. The pool was clean and the staff was friendly. However you need a swim cap in order to swim in the pool

SAYED GHAFAR HASHIMI: A lot of visitors have fun every day nice place for coming with family

Helena Walter: Very good pool clean nice for children topless avaiable

Behnaz HP: The water was clean and the stuff were friendly. A nice exprience.

Stef Kostov: The staffs is nice, also it is not crowded like some other public pools. The dress rooms are kept clean and there are hair dryers. The pools are two - one 25m and the pther is for children.

Carlo Pietrasanta: Two swimming pools, the smaller for beginners and the bigger, 25 meter long, for swimmers. There are swimming courses for all levels and hours for free swimming. The personnel is friendly and helpful, the instructors competent and skilled with children. If you reach it by car, you will look for a parking lot in the nearby streets; better to go by bus, it stops very close to the entrance.

Veronica Mz: Your average local swimming pool, could do with a refurbishment

Massimiliano Matacena: Nice swimming pool close to the Central Station. Size is 25 meters and the changing room are always clean.

suranga dilhani: Good

Raffaella R: nice public swimming pool

Victor Zanni: Swam for almost 2 years and had a great time. Few people and most of the time a lane all to ourselves. Low cost and huge changing rooms. Too bad it is no longer open on weekends.

Ivana Capra: For the cost it has, that's fine. However there is always a certain overcrowding (free swimming in the evening) and always a lot of water x land in the changing rooms which are still clean

Corinna de Marchi: A good 25m municipal swimming pool, well maintained and practically always clean. Smart instructors every year. Very good system even with a not huge tank. Cold water but not too much.

La Li: The structure is old and needs updating. The courses are well done, as well as in all the swimming pools of the Milano sport circuit.

ANDREA: Hot water Pool

francesco Musio (Fra): large and well-maintained swimming pool, clean changing rooms and competent instructors. perhaps access to the changing rooms should be regulated (for only one child in the men's changing room I found mum, dad and two little sisters) and the use of lockers (some occupy two lockers)

Valerio Fonti: An excellent structure, clean and equipped with all services. Courteous and prepared staff

Sara Fiorella: Quiet swimming pool, large and very well equipped changing rooms for small children with playpen and changing tables, very friendly staff. The only flaw is the water temperature, which is warmer than a normal pool, but still a bit cold for babies

Matteo Arienti: Municipal neighborhood swimming pool. They have many courses available, especially for babies and children. Super friendly and helpful staff

Carmen LD: Excellent swimming courses also for children / babies. Good level of cleanliness

Maristella: Beautiful, welcoming, kind and attentive staff.

Caty: The pool has improved over the years; now the water is no longer freezing, but around 30 degrees, given that aquatic courses are held for babies, and rehabilitation. The cleanliness of the changing rooms and bathrooms leaves a lot to be desired. The showers are caked up and smell like shit. The changing tables and playpens for babies are always dirty.

Paolo Piscitelli: Small, ok for children but not so much for adults. Generally clean and equipped with all necessities. Good and friendly instructors. I negatively noticed an excessive ease in accessing the changing rooms, no one who asked me for a card, a document ... being also full of children ... I would prefer a little more security.

Luca Ambrosini: Swimming pool that I often go to for free swimming. Managed by Milanosport, it has good prices, the changing rooms are clean, as is the pool area. The water is very hot, and this can be an advantage for those who want to do less strenuous activities, but it is a disadvantage for those who, like me, want to swim "fast". Boards and pull buoy are provided. The staff is courteous and there is a parking space for bikes and motorbikes

Jonathan Chung Yee: Good pool for swimming. Entry fee is 6 €

Susan Adams: Clean, wonderful 25-meter pool with clean, warm locker room. Hot showers in locker room and on pool deck. Crowded during weekend hours. As of March 2022, reservations were required. You reserve for a two-hour period and you can stay in the water as long as you like. The swimmers in the fast lane are not very fast and oddly, pay no attention to swimmers who need to pass, even if you tap their feet. Challenging during crowded hours! But I love this pool. Cost: 7 euros. Staff is friendly. I showed my NYC vaccination app and that was sufficient.

Gisela Domej: Need to revise my good rating. Yes the pool is all modern, clean and easy to access. But: Last time I went there, a girl came into the lane, behaved like a queen and kicked me so hard in the ribs with her heel, that one of them broke. I had to get out of the pool. The lifeguards left her swim without any consequence. Excellent sense of justice! No more swimming in that pool.

P. Kerr: Great spot for a swim. Caters for Lane swimmers of all speeds. Friendly staff and good facilities. Very clean. Recommended. They also organise courses.

David Clarke: An inexpensive means of getting in a few lengths whilst in the sprawling metropolis. The staff are very helpful; the facilities are clean and tidy.

Alessandro Barbone: Nice people in a nice area in Milano.25 m pool only bit not too crowded.Very convenient location for Milan center

Massimiliano Matacena: Public swimming pool (25m) well organized. The changing room are little (but they restructuring now - Jul 17).

Letizia: Clean and well organised, the istructors are pretty good. There's no enough time to practise free swimming, there are always courses.

Tajheer Mohamed Jaffar: Lovely environment with amiable people... Enjiyed the weekend with friends playing badminton 🏸 is fun... Its a worth to spend the money and time here..

Filippo: Super friendly and professional staff, restrooms very tidy and nice pool, not too crowded over the weekends.

Marian Bula: A good swmming place for childrens to leanr how to swim.

matteo grillo: Best indoor swimming in Milan DT. Quietly environment

Candice Howe: Hot

David Clarke: Excellent

Antonio Castiglia: The swimming pool is very well maintained and has recently been renovated. It is clean and efficient, the staff polite and professional. The main pool is only 20 meters long but you just need to know that ... do more laps. Crowded on peak days and times but almost deserted on Saturdays after 4pm. I particularly recommend the activities for children who have a dedicated pool, the instructors are really very good and able to involve the little ones.

Irene Andreoli: Inadequate water temperature for an aquatics course aimed at children aged 9 to 14 months. We exposed the problem to the manager, we were hastily liquidated. It is not what one would expect from a course paid €484 for a quarter. 2 stars only because the kindness and skill of the instructor.
Response: very kind, We are sorry you had an unsatisfactory experience. However, we would like to underline that, as we had already told you at the time via email, the cold episode to which you refer was not related to the water temperature, but was due to a problem with the heating and ventilation system in the rooms which was subsequently resolved. We can therefore ensure that at our facility the water in the tub during the neonatal courses is always brought to temperatures suitable for carrying out the lessons with the little ones. We look forward to seeing you again at the pool and send you our best regards. Column Pool Staff

ivano pezzera: We bring the nephew, who is happy. Kind staff and instructor who seems prepared and who stays with the children and calms them down a lot

Michele Messori: Semi-inground pool in the center of milan, friendly pool staff. Cramped spaces, tight changing rooms and quickly crowded even with limited attendance. Dark, not very livable and claustrophobic environment, narrow lanes. Arrogant and arrogant management, they denied a recovery of individual lessons to a sick 5-year-old child by attaching themselves to a contractual addendum on free paper which also contradicts the general regulations of the courses. Excessive prices for the level of service offered. Strongly not recommended.
Response: Dear Mr. Messori, We are sorry to read that his experience was not entirely satisfactory and that he found the structure dark despite the presence in the pool of large windows, rare in in-ground pools, and a latest generation LED lighting system. With regard to your report on the changing rooms, we would like to underline that we adopt the most rigorous security protocols in compliance with the directives of the Government and the Lombardy Region for the containment of the spread of Covid-19, scrupulously observing the established quota, and that we also provide a service of girls who help children to take showers, dry themselves and get dressed in order to limit the number of people who circulate there as much as possible. As for the lanes, on the other hand, the width of the same is the regular one, defined in compliance with the provisions of the Lombardy Region. Finally, coming to individual lessons, the number of recoveries available is communicated and accepted by the customer before purchase and naturally differs from that dedicated to group courses which are governed by a different regulation. We thank you for sharing your opinion with us, which is very useful for us because where possible it is in our interest to optimize the service thanks to the comparison with customers, and we hope to see you again in the pool.

daniele celauro: Excellent swimming pool in the center of Milan, position a little hidden and underground with respect to the ground. Competent, friendly and polite staff. Very clean and well looked after place. There are many activities and courses for children and babies. Perhaps the only flaw is the swimming pool a bit small compared to the average.

Domenica Di Pierro: Clean, organized and top quality. The instructors from 10 and praise. The girl at the desk with long red hair is an angel on earth with the sweetest smile and manners in the world. Thank you

S.é.C. Sport & Health Club: what do users think?

Lei Qin: The atmosphere ,facilities and trainers here ,all satisfying .

jorge ocampo: The place is very accessible and clean.

Klevis Metohu: Top!!!

MARIKA CAMPANONI: Hello, I have been enrolled in water aerobics since October for back problems. I am very satisfied with our teacher Rosy, she is very nice and follows us with affection and professionalism. I can honestly say that my back has benefited a lot and my persistence is rewarding me. Thank you all and I will definitely be signing up again after the summer. Hi Marika.
Response: Thanks from all the staff, we will aim for 5 stars then :-)

Andrea Cammarata: .an area gym, not very large but well equipped. The swimming pool is small but functional. There's never too many people at the same time and it's good

Francesca Romano: Definitely an interesting gym, right in the center of Città Studi. - Decent weight room.. perhaps a little small and during peak hours, it becomes difficult to train without interruptions. - Swimming pool not suitable for those who intend to swim long distances or for those who practice swimming seriously: small and with columns in the middle. But certainly nice and suitable for taking courses in the water or a swim without too many expectations. - Spa not huge but perfect for a touch of relaxation after training. - staff, nice instructors. Continuous cleaning of the changing rooms and the structure. -versus: 1) accessible student prices but after 26 the offers are not so attractive. 2) offer made only on the day you visit the gym and valid for 24 hours only. 3) inability to pay by installments. 4) it's not possible to pay for just one month (even just to try it out) but subscription packages for 3/6/12 months. 5) due to Covid it was not possible to obtain any reimbursement for the months lost but only a voucher to obviously be applied to their subscriptions so either you have the opportunity to go to the gym or you practically risk losing your money. Overall it is certainly a nice structure with a nice environment and nice staff but there would be some aspects to improve.

marta piatti: Dislike and rigidity: apart from the first time when I found a very nice person at the reception, the other times I was treated badly and said NO to all my requests (for example to be able to see the newborn girl enter the pool room from the glass - estimated time spent in front of the glass of 30 seconds). With what you pay, a little empathy should be included in the price, especially when it comes to courses for children .. Furthermore, I find it wrong that you cannot recover even a missed lesson by paying 300 euros for 10 lessons! (Another thing to which a sharp NO was said and without the possibility of replying). Hope things change soon.

Mauro T. C.: Gym complete with everything you need to keep fit. A plus is the swimming pool and the hot showers. Generally uncrowded from Monday to Friday until 18.30 / 19.00, after that time it gets fuller but nothing unmanageable. Highly recommended.
Response: Hi Mauro, a THANK YOU from all the STAFF :-)

Miryam Cannizzaro: My experience at this gym was BAD. I purchased an annual pass a few days before the closure due to the pandemic (February 2020). During the first "wave" (March-May 2020), I did not receive any response to the emails sent and, upon reopening, a voucher was imposed as a form of recovery of lost weeks. Furthermore, during the reopening period (June-October 2020), the hours and the quality of the services were greatly reduced, creating a disservice to those who frequented the club in the evening and during the weekend (despite the cost of the subscription remained unchanged. ) After the second and third "wave", at the reopening of May 2021, the voucher was again imposed as the only form of "refund" of the weeks (and months) lost, without the possibility of extending the subscription (now expired), and forcing the customer to sign up for a new one, provided however that they adapt to extremely short hours and a service that is equivalent to half of the paid one. The voucher proposed by them, in fact, is nothing more than a way to FORCE customers to sign up for a new subscription for a service already paid for but which has never been used, in contravention of the provisions of article 1463 of the civil code. My request to receive a refund of the amount already paid, sent by PEC, has never been answered. In conclusion, I strongly advise against joining this club, as the lack of seriousness and poor quality of the service are not worth the cost of the proposed subscription.

Luce Pellicani: Bad customer management. As already pointed out in other reviews and by the lawyers I contacted, submitting the post-pandemic voucher on the condition of a new subscription is an illegal and commercially incorrect practice and, despite the various emails sent about it, there was no intention from part of the structure to modify these conditions. Not only was I not allowed to attend the pool for the time equal to the value of my voucher, but I was also denied a refund. The only alternative proposed was to subscribe to a new annual subscription, under penalty of losing the voucher, at new conditions of significantly reduced timetables and services. On balance, these gentlemen are making up with the money belonging to the customers. The structure was reported to the Competition and Market Authority. In the meantime I hope that as soon as possible it can be managed by people who know what it means to run a business. In any case, congratulations: doing everything to lose even your loyal customers is an Oscar winner.

Milanosport - Centro Sportivo Murat: what do users think?

Alessandro Scarpellini: Nice swimming pool, very good prices for young people even on subscriptions. Gentle and serving personnel; well cared common spaces and very useful hairdryers into change rooms

Francesco Mancastroppa: Excellent swimming pool with qualified staff My 2 year old nephew goes to swimming lessons It fits perfectly Some difficulty for parking

Stefano Veneri: Beautiful sports center, well served and above all ample parking available, a pole of a little bar inside would not be bad

Fernanda Duval: My daughters take the pool course at their facility. They have a great time and I too because they have fun. Clean center, respects the COVID legislation, kind and helpful, they have hairdryers, comfortable changing spaces and always tidy bathrooms, showers with always hot water available. Any doubts they are ready to answer. I absolutely recommend.

User1571 Rum: Beautiful small but clean fish there are very fun aqua gym courses

Luca Tognoli: Honest communal swimming pool with friendly staff. Clean and with functioning services (showers, hairdryers, lockers). They have both lockable cabinets (to bring from home) and safe boxes with keys for your phone and wallet. In summer, an outdoor solarium with sunbeds is available (for a fee). Admission 6 euros for adults for free swimming, children free. They do swimming lessons for all ages but they don't have grandstands. There is also a small pool for children from 0 years. However, it completely lacks family services.

Marco Pucci: Covid - 7pm: you enter by reservation, they make you wash your hands, changing room with single cabin, shower before entering, all your clothes in a bag by the pool. all perfect! Then 10 boys arrive and all the spacing measures fall on deaf ears. I ask the director for clarification and she tells me that they are all relatives. Yes, relatives! All cousins of the same age kissing in the pool. I ask for safety distances and the answer is that the seven meters must be respected in length (does Covid not transmit in width?). I am not a keyboard lion, but if I have to cover my helmet with an envelope for safety reasons, what good is it if once in the water there is a group of people who do not respect the rules? In addition, in the tub alongside there were elderly people swimming a few centimeters away. A little more seriousness for this splendid swimming pool in which I have always felt comfortable and which (if the general rules for this emergency are respected) I will continue to attend.

Matteo Savino: Great staff, the instructor I lead the #1.

Sonia Pizzini: Great mockery for all those who are attentive to anti Covid regulations. I book online by choosing afternoon admission from 3pm, mistakenly thinking that the system provides for a quota of entrances and instead I see that there are already more people in each lane in the pool. I ask for explanations to the employees who, in a not too cordial manner, reply that by law there can be up to 7 people in each lane. I have no doubt that 7 can fit in a lane, but someone should explain to me how the hell 7 can swim, since we talk about swimming. Are we kidding? I don't even change, I go out and I certainly don't come back !!!

Silvia Miracca: I wait half an hour, with another gentleman in line after me, for Fabio to finish giving information and on my turn he gets up and with the mask tells me that he must go to the bathroom, God forbid. We wait another 15 minutes and I ask, something has happened, they tell me that he is not in the bathroom he went into the tub, congratulations!
