Deborah Martin: I have been working with Jutta for several years. I lead a high energy life, with lots of international travel. I suffer from inflammation, tight neck, bloated face and stomach. I’ve tried all types of medicines, therapies from every corner of the world - Indian, Chinese, Rolfing and other lympatic work - none have come close to the excellent results I get with Jutta. She is a miracle worker with instant results I can hardly believe with my own eyes! She’s amazing! I only wish that I could have her with me always!
Jackie Nees: Jutta is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and a great massage therapist overall. She listens to you, makes suggestions, and is honest and constructive in her feedback. She checks in often to be sure that your are comfortable and that her work helps you. I find that her touch is more forceful with greater pressure than other massage therapists I have used in Italy, which is what I like and need. In Europe I think this is considered more of a "sports massage" I think whereas in the US we would call this "therapeutic massage." It definitely helps me with back and neck issues as well as plantar fasciitis. I highly recommend Jutta for your therapeutic massage needs.

The gratitude I have for this is beyond words. I am able to integrate the profound effects of her work into my whole life. I began moving my body without pain for the first time in a decade. I thought it impossible, but she showed my body that, in fact, it is possible. She is highly-trained, but I think more than that, she is intuitive. It seems that it’s not learned what she does, like she came into this life knowing. She processes the information my body gives her and synthesises it to give it immediate, healing feedback. I could not recommend her enough!

Le Creazioni Di Emy: After a demanding surgery in Brescia, I was asked by the doctors who performed the last checks to perform connective massages. Being from Milan (north) and having only the names of Brescia and its surroundings, I entrusted myself to San Google and after a while I chose the Arcobenessere center. What attracted me? The fact that it had a clear price list and that there was what I needed. So I called and was informed that I would be called back. Nicoletta was a real revelation! Calm and welcoming person, he did everything in his power to make me feel good, without wrinkling too much (as they had advised me instead). Well! I obviously recommend Arcobenessere wholeheartedly.

He checked to confirm my satisfaction with his pressure and my comfort periodically... I received massage from Giancarlo twice during my extended stay in Milano. The first when I arrived after long flights from USA and the second after travel, dance workshops and a small injury. My body was much happier both times. I highly recommend.

Tici Eats: I work out 5 days a week and usually turn to deep tissue and sports massages to help alleviate some tightness/soreness that arises. Golden Thai has a great deep tissue massage that helps work out the knotts that exercising leaves behind. Facility is pleasant and clean and the staff is courteous as well.

Sonia Baglione: Very close to the Porta Venezia metro stop, this center was a comfort to me both from a physical point of view and above all from a mental point of view. I had entered it suffering from severe back pain (the pain of which radiated down the whole leg due to lumbosciatalgia) and after a month of initial laser and final exercises I came out as good as new. Now I have resumed leading the active and physical life of all time and I am very happy about this. In any case, it is good to keep in mind that only by exercising consistently will you be able to enjoy long-term benefits.
Teresa Cardona: I did a shock wave cycle with the physiotherapist Federico. Great experience. Kind, attentive and nice, he "mitigated" the inevitable annoyance of the treatment.

Chiara Casuccio: The studio is very close to the Porta Venezia metro and therefore very comfortable. The staff is polite and very knowledgeable, the studio extremely clean. Jordi Kitto: Good physiotherapist and does remedial massage type work. Speaks decent English as well so I would recommend him to fellow English speaking travellers, it’s quite hard to find people like him that serve English customers. As an exchange student I was very lucky to have found Federico, he was able to help me with my tendinitis injuries. His service was clean and professional, and he seemed good at his job, would recommend.
