Enthusiastic I have always attended the lessons; Giulia and Serena the teachers are really fabulous, I won't say a word about them except thank you. In November I get an email in which they tell me the dates of a certain hair course. Shocked, I call the school and discover that without my knowledge, in the contract I had signed, they had also included this last course, which I could not attend due to work. In short, the sales clerk, Mrs.Anna, had sold me the hairdressing course included in the advanced makeup course by telephone, so when I went to sign the contract, completely ignorant, I didn't think they were three separate packages but only two , just as they had sold them to me. Obviously no reimbursement and well 600 euros (4 lessons plus a plate and a phone of very poor quality) thrown away. Another girl in my same class, with a hairdresser mother, had the same problem as me. I summarize by saying that when they have to take the money they are super nice, when instead there are problems to be solved they wash their hands even knowing they are in the utmost wrong. Eye, the boss deserves much less than a star !!!!!!

The course is explained to me again and the presence of the wig part is repeated to me. At that point, without filters, I say that I don't care, also because my mom is a hairdresser. In the end, in order to take the make-up course, I accept. I start the basic course enthusiastically. The teachers Serena and Giulia are full of passion and professionalism, they explain clearly and believe in the potential of their students. The basic course is really beautiful, structured in the smallest details with both practical and theoretical lessons. I discovered that the modules could also be purchased individually only after the first lessons, talking with the classmates. This is the thing that disappointed me the most: Dishonesty just to sell. It was a difficult period for everyone, for me it was a great investment, which could have been approached differently, but thanks to dishonesty and the need to sell without being transparent, I threw away some money that would have been useful for me. The basic course was supposed to start in September but no one had any news ... Exactly on 27/9 we receive the email with the dates, first date 17/10. 20 days notice ... will be fine for those who are at home doing nothing but not for those who work and have to organize themselves with colleagues and managers. With the first lesson of advanced make-up I realize that the dates of the wig are not yet known. (I tried to ask for a refund but to no avail because they have this clause that says they will not give back any cents. Which was fine with me when I signed up but NOT when I later found out that you could very well avoid the course I DID NOT CARE about). Advanced course: to be reviewed. Some very interesting parts but not structured like the basic one. You are free to experiment but let's say that I experiment at home, at school I would like something more organized. On 9/11 I decide to contact the reception saying that I will not be able to attend the hairdressing course for work reasons, I am told that by February they were already full and therefore I would have to wait (no one knows how long)…. I started the hair on 03/04/22. The teacher seemed very patient and professional to me, but the course was not organized, the lessons were not planned. We were shown: smooth fold, wavy fold and banana. Obviously 4 lessons to learn how to style your hair are nothing, so perhaps it was better to focus on some crops to connect to the bridal makeup. If you are interested in the wig maybe it can open your mind a bit, but for me I immediately pointed out that I was not interested in the least, it was how to easily steal my money just because I was interested in the make-up course. And that's not how it is done. This fact has embittered me so much that although I have always attended every lesson, I am delighted that it is over.
