Linley McConnell: while I did have to wait in line for the store, I respect the staff want to ensure and intimate shopping experience for their guests. The store does have limited selection, due to a shortage of stock, the the manager (a gentleman) was extremely helpful in letting those waiting know what was available.

The lady staff was approachable even though it was empty when we arrived (she could have continue to browse her phone as it was the last 40mins of her shift). Jessie Sun: Excellent selection of suitcases from a variety of brands at a range of reasonable price points. The assistant was able to help me find a new carry-on I was happy with within 10 minutes (an American Tourister carry-on for €128 euro). Also, a comparable Samsonite suitcase was on sale for around €80 less than the Samsonite store I went to yesterday.
