Joeju Tay: Although limited selection but was what we need for samonite’s starred bendable hard casing. The lady staff was approachable even though it was empty when we arrived (she could have continue to browse her phone as it was the last 40mins of her shift). She showed us 4 baggages and we were convinced of the purchased. She also assisted us on the tax refund Application

Mark Ramos: Excellent service. The lady (sadly I forgot her name) that was helping us was very friendly. Came here to fix an issue with my luggage that was broken by the airline, but they agreed to fix it for free anyway. Really saved me the hassle of claiming the funds from the airline/insurance.
Rocco Abram: Bags look maybe a bit expensive for the average traveller, but the brand has clearly invested a lot, not only in quality (undoubtedly bags are among the best ever built) but also in the service. My bag had a major problem (my fault) and the guys at the Montenapoleone shop fixed it right on the spot without asking a single cent, given that the issue was so important to me, and I was ready to pay almost any amount, it has been a very pleasant surprise. Absolutely recommended! Of corse the shop is beautiful and has the last nice, sturdy bags you could dream of.

Mario Verdicchio: The kindest store assistant ever. Ms Barbara, if I remember her name correctly, took care of us in the best possible way imaginable. If you need bags or suitcases and you want to give Tumi a try, I fully recommend a visit to this store in the center of Milano.
Kitty Bling: Upon starting my recent Italy vacation in Milan and arrival to my hotel, my Tumi luggage handle became stuck in place. With the handle not retracting I was at a lost on how I was going to travel thru out Italy with a broken handle. I took my luggage to Tumi Matteotti to see if they could repair prior to me leaving for my next Italian city. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the part in store so I had to purchase a new piece to continue my journey. In providing what can only be called exceptional customer service, the store associate Ari stated he would try to order the part as a rush, repair and then deliver my original luggage to my return hotel in Milan (my Italy trip began & ended in Milan). To my delight, I received a message from the store that the luggage was repaired and would be dropped off at my Milan hotel. Upon returning back to Milan, my luggage was waiting for me. Just an amazing customer service experience and I can’t thank them enough as the piece is a favorite and I didn’t want to have to leave in Italy. Bravo!

Valentino Krenn: After the airline damaged my Samsonite suitcase, I went to the suitcase for a repair quote. The staff was very kind and evaluated that my suitcase could not be repaired, at no additional cost they issued me the document to be delivered to the airline.
