çağıl yetim: A friend of mine introduced me body oil and body cream from Elvy Wellness Center and I LOVE THEM. These products exceed my expectation. I love how quickly the cream and body oil soak into my skin without leaving grease lingering on the surface. And it lasts for a long time. I don’t need to keep applying every hour. Moreover, the fragrance gives joy and positive energy.

Mariantonietta did my massage and she was very professional and knows how to relieve the tension of the muscles. She also pointed out my problem and told me which kind of treatment I need to do. The place is very clean and luxurious. Monica is the spa manager and she is very friendly also and she speaks english, she explained to me all the details of the treatment. I highly recommend this center 👌👏.

One of them (a tall boy with curly brown hair - truly Italian) put an extra item for 33 euros in our receipt and pocketed this item for himself. We checked the receipt and found the "invisible" product in our receipt only when we had reached the hotel. Now we haven’t an opportunity to deal with the situation personally and return our money, because we are leaving Milan. So, people, it’s alert for you!

One of the stands was broken and it ruined my boyfriend jeans and left a wound on his skin I told one of the sales person then I think he told one of his managers and they didn’t EVEN APOLOGIES. I hope at least they fix it that it wont happen for others. So I just ask for a band aid. For someone coming from abroad knowing how Sephora is good at other countries and the customer is important this was a disappointment
Daniela Ovando: I have been here many times. The staff is usually very helpful and polite. Yesterday I went with my friends to buy a concealer. I love Charlotte tilbury, so we went to ask for help there. The lady that was in charge of the Charlotte Tilbury section, upon asking for advice, looked at me and my friend and said we were too dark and that Charlotte tilbury does not carry a color for us yet. This is completely false since I know the collection is very inclusive. I was repulsed by her wording... Since she was about the same color, if not more tan than I. I have never experienced something like this in ANY makeup store.
aarushi bansal: I would give it 0 stars if I could. NEVER PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER WITH THE STORE STAFF. They put the wrong address and then refused to take any responsibility for it. I spent 20 mins on the phone with a clueless and helpless customer service lady trying to resolve the issue. Conclusion was you dont get any compensation and place the order again yourself. They had the odacity to ask me to go back to the store physically if I wanted my money back. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE
l l: Very rude staff at floors 0 and -1. Only floor with normal staff is the first one, they were kind and not agressive at all. Other Milan sephoras are better to visit.

Immediately welcomed by the staff, it was a saleswoman named Laura who took care of us managing, after precise questions and advice, to direct me to the perfect products for me. A lot of humanity and professionalism, we will definitely be back!
Nicoletta Gilardoni: But what are you doing to these poor clerks? They look somewhere between sad and angry. They attack you at the entrance and then when you politely refuse their help, they hate you. Except that the shop assistants are not at all competent on the notes of the perfumes and therefore they randomly recommend the latest fragrance released. Give him some training and maybe a decent contract. In Italy, customer service should be taken care of!!!

Marian Almasry: I had the worst experience in this branch! DO NOT EVER get ur eyebrows done by Samantha!!! She cleaned my eye brows using a thread and i kept telling her its v painful and that my skin is very sensitive and it can bleed but she kept saying not to worry and everything is fine until i look into the mirror and i was shocked to find cuts around my eye brows and it was bleeding!! I tried to complain about what happened to the store manager who was SUPER COLD in his response saying that i shouldnt pay for the service and that they can use some creams from their shop to cure it and its NORMAL that people go out with cuts and it bleeds!! Veryy arrogant people and iam completely frustrated from what happened and will show all my friends all the cuts and bruises to warn them from ever dealing with that store! SHAME ON YOU SEPHORA HIRING SUCH UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE IN YOUR COMPANY!!!
Elvira Lee: Sephora is only if you’re taking the train. As a tourist who is double vaccinated, they wouldn’t allow me in because I have not received a booster. They don’t realise that not all countries have given boosters to everyone. So stupid!

The one in Milan Central Station in particular is quite difficult, because it is only accessible by those who have tickets. However, their staff were really nice and accommodating. Also, for a small space, they have almost all bestselling products.

Joshua Cornutt: My girlfriend and I got manicures and we were not very impressed. They cut both of us and left my nails very uneven. Further, they had her leave before her nails were dry. The people were very nice but the service itself could have been a lot better.
