Teresa: Great discount designer clothes and shoes. The store was jammed with everything from missoni scarves to dolce and gabbana shoes. Worth checking out.
IB West: The sales were great in comparison. If you decide to go I suggest giving a few hours. They place things on the self all day. It will also take time to look through the lower and upper floors. They also have another location around the corner.

Daniel Bao: Not worth your time, all the items are randomly stacked. Not by size, and they are only giving about 30% off.

Nicholas Hood: If you like designer, and want to save money or find odd sales and deals, last years style or any other number of lower priced higher end articles of clothing then this is probably the place to come. Although still at times quite expensive, the alternative for some may be totally unaffordable and this place their best chance to rock something stylish! Or if nothing else a brand name on it so you can perpetuate their advertising at no added cost to them.

Luigi Gargiulo: Entering a place like this you expect the best service, and by service I mean speed, presence of the range of products, at least those on display. Result: entered and exited after 45 min to buy a smartwatch chosen in 2 minutes. The displayed product was not available, after having chosen another model among those available, the cash desk indicated a price when reading the barcode, the case another and the website another. The only positive point was the availability of the order which, despite the embarrassment, was quick to opt for payment with the lower amount. I hope it was just a bad moment.

Completely devoid of the confusion that unfortunately is typical of the store in Corso Vittorio Emanuele, here you can be followed with the courtesy and kindness typical of the best high fashion brands. We had the opportunity to be served with the utmost professionalism by the courteous Miss Zhanna, who over the years has learned to know our tastes and anticipate our needs. Dimitri P: New headquarters of ACMILAN moved from Via Turati in the center of Milan at Via Aldo Rossi in the Portello area in Milan. There new headquarters is completely renovated and with the concept of uniting the administration to the shop/show room and bar restaurant open to all fans, Fundamental in Via Turati were alone offices and tralatro not open to the public. Casa Milan, as it has been named, has the its peculiarity in the greatness of occupying surface. From the photos you can notice a multi-story building and sited on a large surface that includes also a museum where all of them are exhibited trophies and memorabilia. The latter is paid. Then the well-known architect and designer Fabio November, the one who designed the structure, wanted to give a shape with the "offset" roof a very high part a go down to the other side. The permanent transfer took place in 2014.
Marco Rubertelli: I was in this shop on a trip organized by the Milan Club Paolo Maldini La Spezia. The restaurant is located on the first floor of Casa Milan and can be reached directly from the museum. Inside you can find many AC Milan branded items and customizable t-shirts. For holders of the Cuore Rossonero card there are discounts on the price tag.
Alessandro Coletti Conti: Very nice shop, the low rating is due to the snootiness and rudeness in particular of a salesman at the checkout who, with a polemical and annoyed tone, points out to all customers holding a fan card that to get a 10% discount on the goods the physical card must be shown and the online receipt of the card purchase is not enough. Various questions arise spontaneously: 1. In the Milan online store, the card code is enough to AUTOMATICALLY obtain the discount on all the goods, because in the store you are so stupidly focused on displaying the piece of plastic and do not let the relative code suffice, making it weigh to the customer as if it were "at fault"? The only thing the company should care about is that the buyer owns the CRN, not that they physically have it in their wallet. 2. If the card has not yet reached the customer due to shipping delays (months upon months !!!) attributable exclusively to the company, how can you point the finger at the customer? The receipt must be sufficient for you to associate an identity document with, if necessary, to verify that it is in the name of the right person. 3. Treat customers better, with this haughty and pissed off attitude you are not going anywhere. Education first of all.
Diogo Decker: Assorted shop, also interesting. Too bad for the products not priced (customers are forced to look for the salesman even if only to ask him how much it costs). The only available clerk was also listless and without patience. I wanted to get some gifts and they would also have made a nice receipt with more pieces from me, but due to the poor quality of the service I left and I have no intention of returning.

Desilio Neto: Very crowded, queue to enter and didn’t have my shirt size to uniform number 1, although I bought the number two. You can customise your shirt in the store, but have to queue again
Qiu Pengxiang: The shop locates in the center and easy to find. The shop was very crowd yesterday probably because of too many fans for the champions league match against Chelsea after 6 hours. Almost every popular size of fan articles on the second floor was sold out. No staff takes care the second floor, all staffs are busy dealing with customers on the first floor. The shop is just too small for a such famous club. The worst thing is the shop doesn’t sell scarf, one of the most used fan articles!

Ondřej Mareš: I´m warning others about very bad customer service. I did my best and tried to change a size of bought jersey (sent a request ca 1h after its online purchase, btw. no chance to connect with the store directly via phone) - REACTION of the service AFTER 4 DAYS, when the jersey (customized) was already delivered. Of course there is no chance to change it now as it was customized (even with IBRA on the back, guess one of the most selling jersey). Sorry, but this is very poor interest in own customers and fans, even beyond the borders of Italy.

Hugo Leo: TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I made an online order for 2 jerseys. After realizing that I had made a mistake with sizing I attempted to modify and cancel my order (within 30 minutes of placement) using the correct online forms. The reply I received was generic and of no help regarding no cancellation of customized products once they have been made. After more cancellation attempts through the online form and unanswered calls, I received and email 11 days later saying that the order is ready for dispatch! 11 DAYS after attempting to cancel my order! Now I have 2 jerseys that cost $220 AUD each that don’t fit me. Never again will I buy from this store.

Suparat Angkerdchok: After reading some reviews it seems like I was not the only one getting the worst experience here. I wouldn’t said it was racism but since many reviews with 1 star are mostly Asian or non-whites, so you decide. We went there in the afternoon last week. Me and my husband had a flight in the evening so we wore comfortable clothes which I’d say it’s polite enough for anywhere but well, may be not for the SA in this shop. The blonde SA looked super arrogant since we walked in. First I thought it was just her personality, but afterward it sure wasn’t. We were there to get a wallet for my father so we showed them the picture of it. After we got the wallet we want to see some men’s ties. She opened the drawers and just stand there, staring. We had to take all the ties out by ourselves while the SA STARING at us like we were not customers but thieves trying to steal things. When I asked her if this tie was black because the light made it seemed navy, she didn’t even answer. I couldn’t explain everything in words but when you see discrimination, you know one. If it wasn’t for my father’s wallet(which he asked us to get one for him) we definitely would not spend a penny there. My experience in Italy overall were great. People were nice everywhere. EXCEPT HERE.

This review is how it should have gone. Instead nothing like utopia. You are made to feel so privileged and should be grateful to be allowed inside to spend a lot of money for what? It’s ALL a name. A brand. A very expensive one with so very little customer service. I’m still waiting for my turn. Just like buying a lottery ticket to get a chance to spend a lot of your dough.
