MOMO Milano: what do users think?
Bettina
Bettina: A great place to enjoy breakfast, aperitivo or dinner with a large variety of dishes and cocktails. Not easy to choose, so better to come again :-). A familiar place and in the vibrant center of Isola. Staff is friendly and food always fresh. Enjoyed a lot also to try some Senegalese dishes and fingerfood. Ideal to have an Italian breakfast or brunch on Saturday before seeing the market in the streets around.
Mai Vi Vu
Mai Vi Vu: Went there for an aperitivo randomly. Very nice people and atmosphere. The cocktails are original, they have Senegalese specialties and vegan options. Would definitively come back :)
Jacky Chen
Jacky Chen: What a pleasant surprise! Stumbled at this bistro on our way to the Milan game. Totally enjoyed the Aperitivo and great conversation with the owner Mo Mo! He was so nice to introduce to the little market behind the restaurant, full of Senegal cultural pieces! Thank you! Enjoy the food, the ambient and the company! Senegal rocks!
Lou
Lou: Lovely Senegalese-European place for food, drinks and small things! Wonderful service, very reasonably priced food and cool outdoor spots. Selling handmade Senegalese crafts and cloths is a great extra and really adds to the flair! 10/10 will go again
Coen den Haan
Coen den Haan: It was a busy day at MOMO when we where there. They have a nice terras in frond of het place. Also a small garden. The design of the place looks nice. There was some art on the wall and you could see a lot of food and what they had for sale. The smoothie was super nice, the food als also nice. We only needed to wait a long time for a menu because it was so busy.
Ivano Milan
Ivano Milan: Momo loves his guests and the experience he provides. I came a few times and the place is always busy. Order ahead of time if you want to try special Senegalese cuisine.
Oksana Park
Oksana Park: The food and coffee are good, but the impression was blurred by the speed of service: despite the fact most tables were empty it took me 25 mins to place an order and another 30 mins to get it.
Rob
Rob: “Cotoletta ala Milanese” more like wet flavourless cardboard on a plate. 0 crunchiness and boring unflavoured potato’s. Yet apparently this is the “dish of the day”
Alina Dima
Alina Dima: Coffee/juices and breakfast we tried were not bad (but nothing special either), but the service would really need some improvement. Slow, getting orders wrong or forgetting parts of the order. And not only they don’t admit or apologize for it, but they blame you for not asking in the first place. Too many other places around, not worth waiting 20min for an espresso and then being scolded for not actually ordering it. Seriously?
Ilana W
Ilana W: Had our breakfast here..was very good food and with fresh ingredients and coffee.Grazie🌹

Eric Yealland
Eric Yealland: Very nice place and a little less crowded than the Duomo restaurants. Food is simple and good. Nice partially shaded patio for 40-50 people. Salads and sandwiches mostly. Service was fast and pleasant. Gracie mille
Ela Nierojewska
Ela Nierojewska: Very well priced, delicious sandwich and great drinks! 100% recommend!
James Phelan
James Phelan: I had seen the great reviews so when I was in Milan I decided to check out this place for lunch after a day traipsing near the duomo. I ordered a breaded meatball sandwich but was told that they were out of meatballs for the day, the waiter suggested an alternative he thought I may like, thinly sliced beef with tomato, salad and tuna sauce. He was right! I did like it! I have never tried tuna sauce before in a sandwich but found it to complement the beef perfectly, almost like surf and turf. I enjoyed it so much in fact I returned the following day and ordered the breaded meatball one, which was equally good. Prosecco is a must here as is trying their famous espresso with ice cream in it. A really nice central area to come for a break in your day and take in the passers by. This friendly lunch spot offers great value and quality in Milan.
Kellie Huntington
Kellie Huntington: Great place. We had paninis which were lovely and the staff were fantastic - friendly and helpful
Thomas Neter
Thomas Neter: Great value, epic service, nice food.Top option for the area imo!
A. M. C.
A. M. C.: Great value for food and if you order only drinks they offer complimentary chips and peanuts. Friendly staff makes the difference
Forouzan Chavoshi
Forouzan Chavoshi: One of the best "sandwiches/ location/price/staffs" !Vegetarian options: Panino : pomodoro secchi e friarielli e scamorza affumicata

Why Nut: what do users think?
Willi Schukin
Willi Schukin: I can highly recommend this place, we were immediately welcomed by a very friendly staff member and got an insight into the assortment. The bowl was very tasty and you could choose additional nut mixtures, fruits etc. as a topic. The prices are fair and the quality of the food is very good. The shop looks clean and well-maintained, and everything behind the counter was also very clean. Free Wi-Fi is also available here! So in short: Great service Great staff Great food Thank you!
Laura Schoenmakers
Laura Schoenmakers: Delicious spot for a good, healthy, and tasty lunch! The smørrebrød stracciatella tasted perfectly in balance. Clean, simple, and so good. Just as the salads! The wrap was very nice, according to my company. The macchiatone was accompanied by pieces of chocolate cookie, which was light and tasty! The staff was very friendly and kind and the place is looking stylish. I would love to try more from the menu! Vegetarian options: They have vegan and vegetarian options. Dietary restrictions: They have gluten-, lactose- and sugar free options.
Csilla Bartyuk
Csilla Bartyuk: We really needed something easy for dinner after so many pizzas, foccaccias and pastries, so we were so happy to find this place! I had a great Bulgur con caponata! The portion might appear to be small, but super filling because of the nuts and seeds. Lovely owner who knows his products and speaks English. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Sebastjan Komac
Sebastjan Komac: A place where you will be welcomed from the stuff and will eat healthy food with great taste at any time of the day. Keep up with great work!

Deus Cafe Isola - The Portal of Possibilities: what do users think?
milad zoghi
milad zoghi: Cocktails were tasty and the atmosphere was really cool. Most staffs could speak english and were polite. The only drawback was their price. Most cocktails cost about 12€. I also put the first letter of menu for your convenience
David Murguia
David Murguia: Skip the aperitivo and go straight for the burger. That thing is a monster. Their wine list by the bottle is extensive however the by the glass is limited. Very vibrant look and feel. Recommend showing up before the local crowd (7pm). The vibe is Malibu/so cal on the inside with Milanese outdoor catchup classiness.
Mary Angelica Dupa
Mary Angelica Dupa: I love the secret garden vibe. Our table was by the terrace and it was nice to get some sun from their open roof concept. Food however was nothing special. It was mediocre for me. I was really excited when food started to be served. I love the pancakes but they were too small and thin. The cheesecake looks fantastic however it was only up to the plating and not the taste. I gave it 4 for the ambiance and and 3.5 for its food.
teodora duma
teodora duma: Definitely the best place I ever been. Lovely staff, the food was extraordinary (and I am a pretentious girl) I know about the brand and I love the quality of all the Deus services. I dont usually like fish but tuna tartare was yummy! Good cocktails with fresh ingredients and I love that they have a menu "deus style". I will visit this place anytime I will be in Isola.
Dario Grazioli
Dario Grazioli: Fast and polite service. Two well made and tasteful espresso at the bar cost 2€ so super fair prices. The cafe offers sitting tables both inside and outside and the vibe it’s super fancy and cozy. I love it. Will come back for an aperitivo or a brunch cause I wanna try the food as it looks super tasty and healthy. There’s also a DEUS shop right next to it which I strongly suggest visiting.
Zo Chesky
Zo Chesky: First thing first. They do brunch! Ordered the first thing on the menu. Best cheesecake I’ve had in Italy, it’s not too sweet which really brings out the cheesy flavour. The decorations are dope and juice are real fresh made you can taste the difference😃 Pancake is cold when I got em👎🏼 also the two green leaves are just sad ☹️ the pepper bottle is empty at my table, real surprise 😂
Shannon Kirkpatrick
Shannon Kirkpatrick: Beautiful outdoor terrace and good food. However, I found it to have very small portions especially for the price — I ordered a $14 breakfast of 2 small pancakes, 1 scrambled egg, juice, and coffee.
Igor Ozeran
Igor Ozeran: Great place for a brunch. The place has a motorcycle-themed interior and the stuff is very friendly
Miguel Fernández
Miguel Fernández: Nice location with indoor and outdoor seating, good for big & small groups.

Maia Bistrot: what do users think?
Ivan Wong
Ivan Wong: I like the pasta, simple ingredients yet fresh and delicious. Strongly recommended. We came here during lunch time, maybe the lunch menu is different from that of dinner time. nevertheless the set lunch hadn’t disappointed me. I also ordered house white wine and Prosecco. Both wines are good, refreshing and beautiful acidity to match with the pasta.
Gabriela V
Gabriela V: Gross experience. Italians who can’t make a decent pasta al pomodoro are a sin. Gross tartare - minced mediocre meat with no flavour, not seasoned at all, served with grilled vegetables that were cold from the fridge and some leaves. The cesar salad was just iceberg leaves served with dressing from a jar for EUR10. The risotto was like rice with milk. Awful.
Response: I respond to this inappropriate and untruthful review. I state that the pasta with tomato sauce that he did not like, only for this reason was canceled from the bill. The caesar sauce is made in the kitchen, but obviously she didn't like it like everything else. The tartare is served without condiments on purpose, maybe you didn't eat it as it was too much what you ordered, although you were advised not to take all those dishes for only three people, perhaps you expected not to pay too that?! No one eats rice pudding here in Italy, so it is difficult to get an idea of our risotto.
Paul Hilaski
Paul Hilaski: Good Lunch, shrimp salad and club sandwich at a very reasonable price. Small location and limited staff, come early for lunch with a little patience. A hidden gem amongst the high priced tourist traps.
Hewantee Jagoo
Hewantee Jagoo: Economic delicious Italian plates very difficult to find in city centerTiramisu is a must !!!

Lucas Sia: Decent food, quick to served and friendly staffs. All for an affordable quick lunch.
Anastasia An
Anastasia An: A very nice quick lunch option, with a short but interesting menu, and very nice staff. The prices are a pleasant surprise. Ordered vegge pasta, which was well cooked, and a home made tiramisu.
Response: Thank you very much Anastasia. See you soon. Andrea
Freshta Baher

Horto: what do users think?
Mathias Coudert
Mathias Coudert: Great place, good food, amazing staff ! In opposite of Mauro (the only 1 star review of this list) I never thought this restaurant was a 3 stars michelin… as they don t advertise as such !! The 6 courses menu was great, and kudos to the baker the bread was also really great !
mariana rodrigues
mariana rodrigues: Beautiful setup and extremely good service. But I left the place wondering what is their intention: km0? But with zero innovation? A very expensive menu with with a lack of emotions
Roberto Pizzini
Roberto Pizzini: Great restaurant, offering dishes made with local ingredients (i.e. ingredients sourced from places less than a hour drive from Milan). Good combination of tradition and creativity.
Eleonora V.
Eleonora V.: The new creation of Niederkofler, finally in Milan, is marked by extended times, gentle cooking and spontaneous herbs. The attention to sustainability can be felt entirely in the pig, directly from the Lombard Ticino. Tasty and balanced by the acidity of the pesto that accompanies it. The combinations are right, no gamble but the enthusiasm to discover the next dish remains alive. The young brigade was very good, headed by the Executive Chef Stefano Ferraro with his already brilliant experience and the Head Chef Alberto Toë, equally referenced professional. There is still service to run in and find that synergy that makes the kitchen and dining room dance to time, but there is time. In fact, there is still no sommelier to give value. Splendid location, with an unexpected view of the Gallery and the Madonnina. Very nice furnishings.
Giulia Villani
Giulia Villani: I was in this restaurant a few days after it opened and I must say that there were several things to review, in the service, in the non-existent wine list and in the management, but in any case, overall the flavors were good, the quality products and the nice location and with a really beautiful view. Also know that it is quite expensive.
matteo Salvioni
matteo Salvioni: I was invited for a business dinner in this new restaurant just opened, the short km kitchen of the restaurant has pleasantly impressed me, particular combinations, very good ravioli stuffed with lake fish and the yoghurt mousse entré with ice cream to the nettle, too bad the bad weather we could not appreciate the beautiful terrace and view of the city. Excellent wines in combination.
johann wogerbauer
johann wogerbauer: Great experience, a new restaurant in Milan of the highest quality. The owner, Mr. Diego, welcomed us like old friends, cordiality and professionalism of all the staff, the menu, studied in every detail, was a joy for the palate. To try !!
Federica La Costa
Federica La Costa: Defining Horto an excellence is an understatement. This magnificent location perfectly translates the meaning of quality, research, passion and care. Dishes, spaces and service are positioned at the top of the range in the city. It is not just an exclusive restaurant where you can have a meal, but a one of a kind place to live a 360-degree dream experience.

Michelle Solomon
Michelle Solomon: We had a phenomenal dinner experience at Altatto while in Milan! We did the 4-course vegan menu and my partner (non vegan) loved it! They had the most unique dishes (tempura battered zucchini flowers to vegan takoyaki) and they were so thoughtful and creative. We also got all these extra things, like a yuzu shot and this cotton candy on a twig! It was all so interesting and delicious! One of our favorite meals in all of Italy! It is apparently Michelan star recommended, but definitely deserves a full star! We highly recommend going here.
Martina L
Martina L: Altatto is a little gem in the earth of Greco area. Fantastic atmosphere with delicious and authentic food along natural wines.Definitely a must to try !!
Nilesh Shah
Nilesh Shah: Not a reliable restaurant as my daughter’s friend has booked the table by email from US for giving surprise party to my daughter’s birthday and they have a confirmed us & when we reached there after paying hefty amount to taxi as we were staying very long away from the restaurant and surprised that whole restaurant was closed & we tried to contact them on phone after two days no one was lifting the phone. When we contacted them after 3 days they simply said we were busy on 3rd Oct for outside party So my review about this restaurant is very bad from hospitality point of view .
Response: Good morning to all the members of the table who have left a negative review each on our google, I will reply to everyone with the same message. as our email exchange and automated online booking system shows, there was no table reserved in your name. Because the reservations were closed due to an external event. After receiving a further request from you via email we advised that we would not have the opportunity to host you on October 3rd at our restaurant. Because there was no availability. If you want, I can attach the e-mail that on 27 September that says the exact words: “Unfortunately, at the moment we don't have the possibility to host you on October 3rd at our restaurant”. During the booking phase, among other things, no advance payment is made as all those who book through our website know. We are sorry you bought a gifcard and presented yourself despite the numerous invitations not to do so, the gif card can be spent at our restaurant upon reservation for the duration of a whole year.
Rutvi Shah
Rutvi Shah: We had one of the worst experiences ever with Them. It was my birthday, and my friend from the US found them, spoke to them and made a complete reservation so that my family could enjoy my birthday in Milan. They confirmed the reservation, did not pick up call for 3 straight days, and were closed on the day of reservation. They are not even refunding the amount paid as a a gift card. I’d rather you go to anything other than them in Milan!

laura
laura: Everything close to perfection. Absolutely in love with this place. My non-vegetarian boyfriend was totally satisfied as well by their outstanding cuisine.
Trate DeVolld
Trate DeVolld: Impressed would be an understatement. We had an outstanding meal with exceptional service. Our courses were filled with complex flavors and interesting aesthetics. My favorite new discoveries were the pickled dandelion and their vegan cheeses. I have eaten at Michelin star restaurants that couldn’t compete with our experience here - especially for the price! I would highly recommend this place to anyone and would love to come back again!
S G
S G: One of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. Reminded me of Jean Georges abcV in New York but even better. Creative and upscale without being pretentious. Seasonal Italian vegetables are the stars of the show and I think the menu changes each month. I’d love to come back and try again. Book your table and go!
Marcin Przybylski
Marcin Przybylski: Not a typical place to eat. Whole dining experience was a little different than usual. From the entrance to the end, hospitality, atmosphere and care for the details was on spot. One of my favourites things about the place, is creating something different and bringing things usually used for a side, to a rich and aromatic dish. Would highly recommend for people who love discovering and playing with food, looking for something more than eating delicious meal.

alberto giacobbo: Inside the Four Seasons in Milan there is this excellent restaurant; the setting is elegant but a little cold, the menu has very inviting dishes; we choose fish, with an excellent carpaccio of red prawns, very tender and tasty octopus, steak of sea bass with artichokes and squid with chickpea sauce. All very good. In the extensive wine list we choose a good Atesino white by the glass. Attentive and precise service. Account adapted to environment, quality and service.

Julia Ferrari: Exclusive location, very kind staff, complete wine list but prices quadrupled ... excessive especially for first-rate wines .. minimum price 70 euros on the menu. Massi IL Diretta
Massi IL Diretta: Excellent breakfast, an excellent cappuccino and the lady stuffed me an empty brioche with Nutella bringing that touch of dessert that is always good. The staff are pleasant and pleasant to have a chat with them. Possibility to consume both inside the room and also in the external gazebo.
Paola Mora
Paola Mora: I come to this bar every morning and every time it is like being at home! Silvia, the owner, is really welcoming and the cappuccino and brioche are excellent. And if you want to entertain yourself for a lunch break, try the puccia (stuffed in different ways) and finish on a sweet note with a pasticciotto. I am sure you will not be disappointed!

bar Milano: what do users think?
Natasha
Natasha: Have been multiple times with different groups for brunch and dinner and everyone is always super happy that we chose Bar Milano. Tracy and her team are incredibly hospitable, Spritz’s and drinks are fantastic, and ambience is like no other. Their Vodka Pasta is a personal favourite of mine but I do miss the recipe of the old lamb lasagna!
Response: Thank you Natasha!
Jason Sentell
Jason Sentell: This is our favourite place for date night in Singapore. The food, service & especially the cocktails are stunning. They are famous for their various Spritz options. If you are looking for some chilled out vibes with awesome cuisine and amazing service - this is the place for you.
Response: Thank you Jason!
Cheryl T.
Cheryl T.: We enjoyed our meal here. The food is delicious and reasonably priced, service is warm and quick, and ambience is fun and casual. We especially enjoyed the pappardelle as the pasta was perfectly cooked and sauce nicely seasoned. We will be back 👏🏻
Response: Thank you Cheryl!
g.y.r
g.y.r: Initially finding the restaurant upon a visit to their sister restaurant, Pasta Bar, I was unsure of what to expect from Bar Milano. However, I left more than satisfied after enjoying a hearty pizza and a lively atmosphere. The pizza was flavorful, not too big, and just the right size for my table of two to share. We ordered two plates of pasta respectively, both very filling. Overall, portions are big enough to last you a fun night of chatter. What stood out the most was their atmosphere. The dim lighting and live music contributed to the mood created. Seeing that most tables were Italian diners, I could tell their food must be at least a bit authentic.
Jamie W
Jamie W: Decent joint for good food in a cosy spot. Just a shame that our server, who’s a really nice man though, got our orders wrong three times (which was every time we ordered something). That itself definitely will affect my decision to return. The restaurant itself can get quite noisy and they also have musical performances so try not to sit at the table by entrance and corner if you would like an audible conversation without shouting. We had their Burrata and peaches, Penne Alla Vodka and Fish stew. I do like all three dishes but I felt that the fish stew was more clam shells (without meat) than anything else. Breads are not super tasty, dry and hard, which is quite a surprise in an Italian joint.
Ems Huang
Ems Huang: Excellent food and service at bar Milano Very cosy place. We tried the crab rigatoni, the pasta is Al dente, topped with adequate amount of cheese and lovely crabmeat chunks For the fried pizza, we got the one with burrata and Parma ham. The Parma ham is so fresh!! The pizza base reminds me a little of fried youtiao. Very delicious, must try! The meatballs with sauce is QQ and Savoury Tiramisu has a good balance of liquor and coffee, moist but not runny. Also tried the starters ricotta with truffles. It a deep fried ball or ricotta topped with truffles and cheese shavings. The taste is a little bland for me but texture is ok.
Response: Thank you Ems! The arancini now comes with a flavorful dipping sauce which we think you’ll like next time :)
Daniella
Daniella: Delicious pastas, will be back to try the others! However, the dessert we had (molten lava cake) wasn’t great.. Casual, fun ambience. We sat near the kitchen and heard a little commotion happening in the kitchen, hehe.
Warren Hou
Warren Hou: Had a lovely dinner at Bar Milano for the first time and I must say I was truly surprised at how tasty the food was and the ambience was nice a cosy. Will definitely be back!
Wilfred Mong
Wilfred Mong: Had an amazing brunch at bar Milano. Food and service are excellent and they specialise in unique Italian Spritz Cocktails. Will definitely be back again 🙂
Cassandra Loh (momotoar)
Cassandra Loh (momotoar): Special thanks to Dave for the top notch service! The entire vibe of the bar changed once their singer came in with the live music and the bar patrons were vining along to the music. Defo worth a visit again! Drinks were delicious along with the tiramisu -- could tell they were made with high quality ingredients :)
Response: Thanks so much!! Our live music happens every weekend, and Thursday. So happy you enjoyed it as much as we do :)

Let’s Brunch Cafe: what do users think?
Tiara W.
Tiara W.: This place is located on a corner in East Baltimore and just opened up this summer so it is fairly new. My family decided to eat brunch here and we had a great experience. The waiter was a little new but, he was attentive and sweet. Brunch all day but there is a full bar downstairs. We sat upstairs to eat and it felt really exclusive. The mimosas and strawberrt henny punch was great. My family loved the waffles and crqb dip. We would go back to visit.
J.J. NewBerry
J.J. NewBerry: Upon entry the place looked very promising. The owner was very polite greeting us from the bar. We came in with really good expectations, especially since friends referred this place to us. After we were told seating was open. We sat and took a glance at the menu which very vast but cluttered with many an option. As our waiter Ahsime*^ approached us his demeanor was very un-enthusiastic but despite, It’s Saturday morning so it was paid no mind. He asked were we interested in ordering any drinks. I asked for an old fashion with (Bullet Bourbon) He looked puzzled- The owner chimed in and pointed to the wall filled with various liquor’s and said “We only have what’s up there” no suggestion was giving. As I sat, I noticed the place was relatively empty. I debated what my drink would be. My partner asked about the “fried green tomatoes” Ahsime*^ blurted out we don’t have “fried green tomatoes”. No substitute was offered. We ordered the 6 deviled eggs with shrimp. They came out literally 3 minutes later. The shrimp was hot but the deviled egg, it self was cold … Which was odd but it sufficed due to our hunger. Our waiter came back we ordered(The rest of our meal). (Myself) the shrimp&jumbo lump crab meat omelette (egg white’s) and my other a (Denny’s grand slam themed breakfast) and I ordered a “Hendrix Gin” with tonic and side of lime. The owner made it (She did suggest a drink the “Baltimore Zoo”). Which I’m assuming is their take on a long island iced tea. The drink was served, I took a sip most people like strong drinks. But it tasted as if I had drank a bottle of rubbing alcohol(yikes). As we waited for our food. Other servers and a young lady who came in sat at the bar across from us. Discussing that the day was slow and feared they wouldn’t make any tips. As well as menu items that they no longer carried. Though the conversation was amongst themselves. It was kind of inappropriate, With the chiming in of our server hoping he gets a good tip. As we sat waiting for our food, Our condiments were brought to us for the pancakes. The syrup and butter slammed on the table as if we were aggravating him. Finally our food came out quickly. Upon first glance everything looked amazing. But as we began to eat. My partner noticed his home fries were ice cold (not to mention looked as if they were just brought out of a local market freezer bag.) I notice my egg white omelette was egg beaters (not what I expected) as I sliced into the omelette it was literally 3 or 4 shrimp and about perhaps 2 scoops of crab meat. That was slightly discolored. I assumed it was from being cooked. My partner began to eat the pancakes, And made a face of disgust. Hid behind a smile as another waiter checked in with us. The pancakes were airy bisquick* pancakes. Not homemade or at-least, I dunno an attempt to look home made. To wrap things up the meal was utterly horrible. The location of this restaurant seemed very promising. If I wanted breakfast made from my home kitchen. I would’ve stayed in and cooked myself. The whole point of a dinning experience is to try things that you normally wouldn’t or can’t make yourself. After such a highly anticipated meal from our friends suggestion. The $72 check wasn’t worth it. My suggestion is hopefully they find their niche. Because unfortunately that wasn’t it. I will say on the plus the location was beautiful. It was decorated very nicely and it was 1 very enthusiastic server there. Inspite* of what was going on made things seemed pleasant. On a side note, I believe they microwave their bacon…Perhaps they’ll improve maybe we’ll return but as of today regrettably it’s a huge NO!
monica dickerson
monica dickerson: First time visiting. Had brunch with my daughter. Had the French toast special with a pitcher of strawberry mimosas. Will definitely return and recommend to family and friends.Food: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Kate Gilbertson
Kate Gilbertson: Wanted to love this place, but it needs some help. Was told at the door it would be 30-45 min wait for food, no problem. We sit down and the menu is HUGE. We order right away, but end up waiting over an hour for it to come. We know they just opened so we expected a bit of a delay as they figure it out, but it seems like the kitchen is overwhelmed with all the different menu options and can’t get the food out efficiently. Our waiter wasn’t friendly, didn’t look at us when we ordered and didn’t respond when we asked him questions about the menu. Tables could be pre-set with cutlery, ketchup, butter etc. to reduce how much waiters have to go back and forth. The waitress serving another section was very helpful and apologetic about the wait, and we felt bad with how much she was running around. We got an omelette and French toast; the French toast is fine, omelette is massive and stacked with meat. We thought ‘hey maybe they just need a few weeks to really get going.’ Just after we left, my boyfriend started feeling queasy and was sick for the next hour. It’s one thing to wait awhile for food, but things need to be cooked properly. Hopefully they get these issues worked out as this would be a great spot to have in Remington.
Tonaza Burgess
Tonaza Burgess: My girls and I had brunch yesterday and the staff were great...April the bartender and J our waiter. The owner was very personable and made immediate corrections when needed as well as solicited feedback to make his establishment better...that was a bonus!. I had the honey old bay wings and funnel cake fries and they were amazing. We will definitely be returning.
Julie Foster
Julie Foster: Everything was delicious!!! I can’t give five stars because every thing offered on the menu wasn’t available. Initially I ordered the fish and grits, only to be told that they sold out of grits the night before. (Could have instacart’ed it. Or grabbed some on the way in that morning… just my opinion). Ended up getting a breakfast platter. The potatoes were buttery and crispy, seasoned well. I also really enjoyed the crab dip.. which was more so like a deconstructed crab Rangoon. I plan to return. Hopefully for fish and grits. Dietary restrictions: Knowing I can’t have any of the stuff that’s loaded with gluten, I had my mind set on the grits which was most disappointing.
Lisa Scelsi
Lisa Scelsi: My breakfast was excellent! The brunch special breakfast platter. Fluffy buttermilk pancakes. Bacon nice and crispy, eggs over medium and fried taters. Prices very reasonable and great portions! At least try it once. You won’t be disappointed. Just remember to let them know how you want your fried eggs to be cooked ie over medium etc. Same with your 🥓 Enjoy!
