Nonette CDO: Gucci Outstanding service from Simona, who patiently assisted and personally suggested items that she thinks I will like to give as presents to my family. The place is very clean, organized. They have a good selection of bags, clothes etc. The staff here seems to be all friendly unlike the other popular designer store. Location is excellent.

I went in for a belt and came out with a bag and purse too. Unfortunately I didn’t try my belt on properly so got the wrong size initially (make sure you try before you buy). Came back and exchanged it for the right size at the flagship store near buy, no issues whatsoever. Overall, really happy with all my purchases. Would definitely come back. ❤️

Use Global Blue so we can get a reasonable tax refund for our purchases. Planet tax doesn’t do CC refunds in Italy and has a horrible provider- forexchange which doesn’t give fair value. Please change for your customers!
