cucu bau: THE WORST EXPERINCES I HAD IN MY WHOLE LIFE ! The envelope was left open in the mailbox, crumpled, dirty, even with the 'signature upon receipt'. By the time I got to the main gate, the driver ran away like a crazy. The shipment wasn't about sending toilet paper , but for a School Document , like a degree SS, in ITALY IS UNIQUE SPECIMEN. I asked myself why ? Why you people are you doing this ? I paid for the shipment, it wasn't for FREE, but it seems is not enough for the ups workers.....I checked my bank statements the money were paid. SHAME !

Mariopad13: When Ups Milano will understand that to be competitive you need a modern hub. The existing stables are giving everyone a headache. From customers, doormen and bosses, everyone is unhappy. Only the executives are happy, why? Could there be hidden interests? I will post a picture of a modern hub from France, maybe someone will understand something. Looks what hub are made FedEx at Novara.

shahzeen sajid: Worst experience of my life. Never use this company. They held my package that was coming from the UK to Italy, for 3 weeks. And after calling them a million times they did not help at all. All of a sudden they send an email saying I owe them 88€ customs fee for a package that was worth 70-80€ ; and if I don’t pay the 88 euros the package cannot be collected from collection point. Absolutely terrible experience and a total rip off.

Daniel Domingo: Worst shipping company ever. A scam. I got charged extra 53€ for a shipment of a luggage. After a 100 of emails and calls (if you don’t speak Italian they will not help you, which is sad for a “big” company like them) they sent me the bill where the price is different from what I initially agree and it was charged and they say it is due to overweight. When I hired the service it was indicated that the weight did not matter (up to 70kg) and my luggage was obviously lower than 70kg. Please do not use this company, they offer ok prices at the beggining but they charge you extra without a prior notice. And their service is awful.

Burcu Özkaptan: In January I placed an order from Amazon Germany. Little did I know that the goods were going to arrive from UK. In March (so 2 months later!), when the courier arrived for the delivery, they asked me to pay for the customs fee, which was not indicated during the purchase. I said I would not accept the goods and told them to ship the package back. It turned out they didn't send anything. After a while I received a bill for the customs payment of the items that I didn't receive and afterwards, I received another email from their lawyer threatening me to sue me! They have basically found the loopholes in the systems to extort money from people! When I called for the cancellation of the invoice, I waited for an hour for someone to pick up the phone, but to no avail!

Asma Benoun: Worse experience I ever had, they made a mistake on my address, and my phone number after were corrected many times by me calling like almost every day, and aramex, plus calling them for more than 20 days, telling them I need those doc urgent! So what you're waiting for! Jessica answered me, to tell me that she can't help because she doesn't know why my documents are still pending in Milan! If your employee cannot help then is useless. I was obliged to speak with Aramex mgm, thanks to him he solved your problem. I never waited for my urgent mail! From 18 May, they arrive 9th June!

Delia Delia: Since December 5, I've been waiting for the order still in transit, initially few replies and a shameful blame game between the Florence and Milan offices. One day they tell me they are looking for the package, the next day they can't find it and then zero news. In the chat on the site they do not respond. At the call center you pay and wait to then be told that the parcel is unknown. I hope in the future that the shops will allow you to choose between multiple couriers, so as to stay away from airexpress.

andrea zappa: Absolutely not professional. I had to receive a parcel from Italy, the tracking system showed that parcel arrived in my country but they didn't find me but nobody called me to my phone. Absolutely false. I contacted the seller and my address and phone number were correct in the system. Over 2 weeks to reply to the first mail asking explanations, and the reply was that they didn't find me at home and asking me what to do. I got a reply from facebook the same day writing that the parcel was traveling back to the seller. I tried to call them for 3 weeks and never answered to the phone. Unprofessional, the way the reply to the mails shows the rate of the company. Google can't let me add the real value of my experience, zero !! No coincidences, not bad luck, you can't reply to a mail after 2 weeks and asking me what to do of you know that the parcel is travelling back to the seller. Strictly and deeply from my heart i do not recommend this Company to no one !

Elia Piraccini: Transport from ITALY to POLAND. I am fully satisfied with the service provided by this company. I contacted the operator by email (Miss Alessia G.) and the response was immediate, professional and clear. The delivery arrived with 1 day in advance than scheduled. The packages were collected by TNT courier (not Skynet) 2 days in advance than the original booking, but all the services and description provided (both TNT and Skynet) were cleared and easy to follow.
