KAIMAN KNIFE: It is the best MMA and BJJ gym in Milan! You always train with commitment and professionalism without any improvisation. If in Italy everyone worked in the same way as Garcia Amadori, combat sports would make a big leap in quality! I recommend it to anyone who wants to undertake a path of sporting growth both at a professional and amateur level.
Bryan Palomo: MMA gym run by Maestro Amadori Garcia, excellent courses both in the morning and in the evening until 9pm. It offers courses in grappling, bjj, striking, boxing and mma (also bjj for children). For those from Milan it must be a point of reference at 360 degrees as a gym in contact sports.

stefano colombi: enrolled since February in the MMA (mixed martial arts) course. the gym is in excellent condition as regards the aspect of construction materials and training materials, the tatami (soft carpet for training) in excellent condition such as the side guards, the ring and the bag space. The training is one of the best I have followed so far in the world of martial arts, with excellent physical preparation and clear teaching of the various techniques. The teaching is one of the most efficient I've ever seen so far, it consists in the explanation of the technique and in the immediate practice of it, to then move on to free practice where you can experience the techniques in the reality of combat, without stopping to try them with a ' opponent who does not resist, this gives the possibility to understand the mistakes and the strengths and to improve at an enviable rate. the social climate inside the gym is excellent, you will never find anyone arrogant or who wants to prevail over the others, there is cohesion in the gym group and you can understand it because by asking for a hand to prove something or for further explanations, everyone is available. what to say, if you are from milan and want to try a gym, this one is definitely worth a look.

Antoinette Turkie: This is a great dojo - friendly, dynamic and a place you can belong. There are courses for all levels and aims. I joined the kickboxing beginners' course with no previous experience. I was welcomed to the group straightaway and have made good progress already. There are intermediate / advanced groups also, as well as female only sessions. Highly recommended!
Francesco Passoni: I have been doing functional training for 1 year and I am very happy. The instructors are very good and extremely professional in a very pleasant environment. Different subscription methods also with entrance packages for those who want to try some lessons or are not sure they can be constant.
Giacomo Di Pinto: Excellent dojo for those who want to seriously learn the various martial arts that are proposed, but also for those who just want to improve their physical shape. The instructors are very well prepared, very nice and always ready to give advice and suggestions during training. The gym is clean, well maintained and above all comfortable for training because of the tatami mats that cushion any falls and impacts. Highly recommended!
Mattia Antolino: It is one of the best places to learn, improve and discover martial arts techniques, self defense, boxing or just to get back in shape. The environment is very reminiscent of the legendary Mighty Mick's Gym: informal, but with everything you need! I had the pleasure of training with Maestro William and I can only recommend him to everyone. His experience makes him indispensable both for those who have an agonist training (and want to refine their technique or just review it) and for those who are beginners. He is very patient, very nice and knows how to stimulate you in the right way. Last quality - which I always appreciate very much - is extremely humble. In short, highly recommended!

FedeU: I tried different gyms before deciding to join the Shark Muay Thai Team. Here I found a supportive space with men and women of every age. The training changes during the week, with both strengthening and technical exercises. Max (the coach) gives attention to everyone. Loving so far the workout, the positive environment and the humble mates.

It is very difficult to find a truly healthy environment in which to train in martial arts gyms, this is the right place to find a friendly, correct environment where we help each other to improve. Having said that, in this gym you struggle and work hard to improve every day.
Manuel Poveda: I started learning Muhay Thai in this gym a little over a year ago (with no previous experience in combat sports) and it is a path that I recommend to anyone. I immediately felt comfortable with both the teacher, Max, who is super experienced and good at teaching, and with the other students who, like me, started from scratch. Paulo June Munsod: One of the best in town, Elite Boxing Club is situated in one of the most central area in Milan, very close to the Cathedral Duomo and University, if you want to try a new adrenaline sport, I recommend this gym complete with every equipment, the staff are always available for anything especially the secretariat, instructors always at the top 🥇
francesco bonariol: I have been training for the elite for 3 years now, it is now a family. The relationship I have with the people in there is wonderful, and the coach is a super smart person with experience and many goals, he believes in the athlete. He is even involved in international tournaments. I recommend the gym to everyone, both for organization, for staff, and for courses that take place, for everything.
Massimo Consorti: The gym? beautiful, lived, true ..... the environment? .... it is a family where you integrate well without distinction of race, religion, skin color ..... here you put aside work problems and not !! The Boss? a madman at the right point to make you do a workout with lightness and professionalism .... here the time for a couple of hours stops!
Andrea Doria: After taking the test a few months ago, I immediately decided to join this gym because I found a very nice and professional environment. The times are very convenient because there are courses from 7.30 to 22. I have tried the mma and kick courses and both are run by capable instructors who are very good at teaching. There are a lot of courses, mostly martial arts, but there are also CrossFit courses. Recommended!

Eleonora Marelli: The best gym ever in Milan, in a central area and a few steps from the Duomo. Quality instructors and staff, a welcoming place where you can have fun as well as train. It offers a valid and unlimited service, unlike many gyms it is practically always open, from 6.30 in the morning until 23.00 in the evening, with courses at any time of day. Suitable for both beginners and for those wishing to start a career as a competitor, they plan many fights abroad and events for members to make groups. Also fantastic is the possibility of combining combat sport with functional training, Cross Training. Environment also suitable for children and adolescents, the afternoon is dedicated exclusively to them, they have fun with team games and psychomotor circuits. Unlike the prejudices that there may be about boxing gyms, the Elite Boxing Club is an easy-going, sociable place, where everyone is also available to give individual advice on the needs of customers. It can become a second home for those who frequent it, after a day of work it is a perfect place to disconnect from all problems and have fun.

I looked up places online and came across this place. I really love it. You have the option to book several classes in a package, allowing you to choose from a variety of workout classes (cross fit, boxing, personal training, yoga). Everyone here is super friendly, helpful, and welcoming and have been very accommodating considering I’m terrible at Italian. ❤️ I would 100% recommend!

CHANHEE PARK: Incredible beginners kickboxing session. Vahid is incredibly high energy and his enthusiasm is infectious. Great workout and learned 4 moves, with loads of 1-1 coaching to perfect technique during the warm up and the moves themselves. Best kickboxing training in Milan!

Carolina del c.: I contacted SHARPHIN STUDIO because I was looking for a boxing club/training studio. Since the first moment I texted their whatsapp, Vahid, the trainer and owner was super nice with me. I went for a trail session and absolutely loved the place. Everyone is super welcoming, language is not an issue (if you don’t know Italian there is always english). Even though I am not taking the personal class but the mini group classes - this are still very personalized. Vahid likes teaching technique and makes sure every exercise is done right. I highly recommend the place if you want a nice place to do boxing/ kickboxing. Haven’t done other clases but they look fun as well. You will love the place! Additional to the training which is AMAZING, the studio has a great location, it is super central in Milano and if your home is not that close there is a bathroom with shower and everything very well equipped.

Massimiliano Andreoli: I have been going to the gym for 2 years for the Calisthenics and Functional Training course. The environment is very familiar, it seems to be "at home" thanks to the courtesy and availability of the owners. The equipment is top-level with a large castle of bars and rings, barbells, dumbbell benches, parallel bars, box jumps, medicine balls, a lot of kettlebells, elastic bands and more. The instructors are highly trained and follow everyone's needs, at all levels. There are both individual and group courses and there is also the possibility of training freely with entrance packages. Highly recommended! come and visit us!!
